Contras: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Contras: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Prós: "Although we departed late from Paris, it arrived on time to Mexico City. Most of the stewardess very professional and kind."
Contras: "Although we traveled in Business, all business cabins were full of children, tired crying, walking around. My suggestion to AIR France would be that the small cabin of business were assigned to adults only. Regarding food, some options were not available when our turn came."

Prós: "Crew was friendly and professional, fresh croissant and hot chocolate on my short flight. As many airlines charge now for any and all food items it was nice to again experience fast and efficient food and beverage service without the tedious hassle of ordering and paying. I’d gladly fly Air France again. First time, but likely not the last."

Since I had selected lacto-ovo vegetarian, it seems I was not allowed to select the standard vegetarian option. Hard not to have cheese on an Air France flight - just saying :-)"

The entry attendants were inconsistent with hand luggage size and took my correctly size soft bag to check but allowed larger hard luggage on the plane."

Contras: "IBERIA crew lacks manners & are simply not pleasant. Plane was delayed 2 hrs & crew only told publicly what the problem was about 30 mins after original departure time. Food has been reduced & of less quality. Entertainment system wasn't working & crew didn't seem to understand it's their problem to fix it. It finally worked 3 hrs into the flight."

At that point, for some reason the heat came on between rows 39 & 46 (we were in row 45) & was on all. night. long. on an overnight flight. Crew was baffled & didn’t know how to fix. I was melting & miserable — impossible to sleep. Cramped, basic economy seats. Awful experience."

Prós: "I didn t like when a chose to fligth in Latam and thrn chance for iberia"

Contras: "The crew was rude and Inattentive. They keep the cabin so cold, most people more miserable and had their blankets all they way up to their necks, and still cold. Seats were very thin and not very comfortable and so close together, there's was no room to stretch out at all."

Aside from not helping me getting on the plane, and or another connection, they proceeded to tell me after the fiasco that they are in no way elligble to refund anyone and are a 3rd party, therefore not liable. $700 and its not there fault. They just pushed all the paperwork"

A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Contras: "Started boarding really late and 20min late taking off. Arrive almost and hour late. Breakfast was a dry roll with a slice of ham and cheese, half a kit Kat, and a yogurt."

Prós: "The flight was nice, take off and landing went very smoothly, small turbulences on the way but nothing serious. Flight was on time as a result."
Contras: "Seats are not comfortable specially during almost 12 hour flight. Though I picked my seat when getting my boarding pass, they changed it in the end."

Prós: "On time departure and arrival and a friendly crew helped keep this flight smooth despite some turbulence. The fact that there have been electrical outlets on this route for so long is a testimony to the Continental heritage."
Contras: "The seats in economy are just so tight that sleep on this short overnight flight was almost impossible. The lack of more recline (as in the recarro sears used on the LH/LX products) and short pitch make it hard to either work or sleep. The small plane size makes this sardine feeling worse and slows service to the rear of be craft."

Contras: "I was seated next to an obese man who was racist and homophobic, and when I asked the flight attendant if I could move to the empty seat next to me because he was taking up a chunk of my seat, I was told “no” because I am not a united mileage plus member. not so nice! If i pay for an aisle seat I expect to be able to “sit” in the whole seat (and not to mention free from hatred)"

Prós: "Pretty smooth despite high winds and on time."

Contras: "Felt very cramped which did not make for a good res eye flight from LAX to EWR."

Prós: "The crew was friendly, and the flight time was an hour shorter than scheduled. But those are silver linings to real problems I encountered."
Contras: "This flight was actually from Denver to Kona. There was 1.5 hour delay due to mechanical issue with plane, so we had to switch gates and planes. That wasn't so bad. What made it bad was an extra 45 minute delay because apparently maintenance forgot to sign off on the new plane. Also, the space below the seat for my feet and carry-on was unacceptable. All the aisle seats like mine had only half the space of the window seats for their feet. If you're in an aisle seat on that plane, it's impossible to fit anything but the size of a small purse under the seat in front of you. And the middle seat fares only a bit better. Finally, with 7 hours of flight time plus about an hour waiting to depart from gate on plane, the crew ignorantly decided to hand out the Hawaii form to fill out within 2 minutes of preparing to land. Many people didn't have time to fill out the form before being required to put tray tables up. Fortunately, these forms aren't as serious as going thru customs, but it's stupid to pass out the forms that late into the flight expecting people to complete them."

Prós: "The check in with united was rather disappointing. The staff working with united were not clear with instructions and rather rude. Checking in can be a rather stressful process when there are long lines and tons of people.... this person was just short, unclear and rude."

Contras: "The cabin crew insisted that we had to claim our baggage in Houston and go thru customs with it. THEY WERE WRONG! . we wasted 15 mins for luggage that we then found out did not need to be picked up as it was routed direct to Vancouver. This almost made us miss our next flight and caused us a lot of stress. We had specifically asked the crew to check as we thought it was ticketed to Vancouver but they insisted WE WERE WRONG"

Prós: "Everything went very smoothly. Food was just ok. I had the omelet which was mostly cheese. You had access to the entertainment only if you had your own system that would tie into the United app. For most people, it was probably not a big deal but I had to download the app before taking off (they did warn you numerous times) and if you didn't do it, you were out of luck."

Contras: "After you get used to Jet Blue, it's tough to fly with United where there is no inflight entertainment unless you bring your own gadget. There are no in-flight snacks other than a tiny bag of mini pretzels or over-priced "snack boxes" for purchase. For short flights this is fine, but for 5 hour flights, it's a bit stingy. The biggest frustration with United is the small space. If you are a small child, great, but for adults, it's just terribly uncomfortable. Truly a "herded animal" experience."

Prós: "I had no complaint when I flew from Newark to Lima.flight attendants were nice and respectful they knew what they were doing. My travel back to the States were different. Since it was an overnight flight i expected to sleep most of the time. When I was resting suddenly one of the attendants literally scream in my ear to ask if I wanted chicken or beef??? I was like" can you see I was sleeping? To me that was rude. Also they didn't coordinate to serve drinks they took more than usual to serve. No one even ask if we want more drinks or not. Hope they do better"

Contras: "My flight was delayed three hours. The staff behind the gate were extremely rude and unhelpful when I or others would ask details about the flight. They failed to provide us with anything other than "All we know is what you know," which is extremely false as they knew the whole time that the flight coming in was delayed, which delayed our flights. The crew onboard was extremely rude as well, telling me I could not have two cups of Coke when I asked for a second (I was thirsty, and we were waiting for 3 hours to board the flight). Also, the flight attendant kept knocking on the bathroom door while I was in there, and once I got out, told me I was limited to 5 minutes during flight (which I have never been told, and have been flying for years). Needless to say, I probably will never be flying United Airlines again."

Contras: "One of the stewards spoke ill and loudly of a passenger he was irritated with as passengers were exiting the plane in Houston, which I found to be incredibly unprofessional."

Contras: "Delays in boarding caused me to reschedule to another flight, which the attendant was damn near unable to arrange. The reschedule somehow caused me to lose my window seat even though I was on the same exact flight. This overbooked flight ended up being full of all kinds of grumpy and upset passengers (rightfully so). Uncomfortable seats just made it that much worse. Poor job overall"

Contras: "Flight left 13 hours behind schedule. No hotel room provided."

Contras: "Cancelled and rebooked on a different airline with a long layover."
