Contras: "I sat next to a creepy intoxicated man during my flight and I was not helped out. When I first sat down he was speaking to me and trying to hit on me but I showed that I wasn’t interested. I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!"

Prós: "Delta sent a text which notified that our flight was to be delayed and we were free to seek an alternative flight. Delta was able to get us on an earlier Flight land then delivered our luggage the next morning. Delta sent an e-mail with the driver's picture, name and picture of the vehicle. The driver called to notify he was on the way. Excellent service."

When we knew flights from Frankfurt to München ran daily. Very disappointed. Byron becker we flew from Florida Orlando fo Munich Germany and paid a high price for traveling. Also we were bumped three times fro, Frankfurt to. Much each time on standby. Very disappointed. Sorry but this is the truth."

Contras: "I have flown on many budget airlines that were more comfortable than this flight. Hard uncomfortable chairs with a lack of leg space (and I'm only 1.70m). The food was poor and the service was worse- i pressed my call button for a drink mid-flight and it kept getting cancelled without a steward coming. Finally, after pressing the call button about 10 times a steward came and begrudgingly brought me a drink. Choice of movies was poor."

Late arrivals caused extra stress on Connections and We had to run across the airport to catch the connecting flight. Flight getting delayed both ways makes me rethink about LH Flights. I will be careful and wont like to travel on LH ."

Contras: "I didn't like the fact that the person sitting behind me kept using his knees to make my ride uncomfortable because I reclined my seat too much. Instead of talking, he was rude in action. The stewardess did tell him that I had a right to recline when he motioned to her. I think the seats shouldn't be allowed to recline so much even though it is more comfortable for a long ride. The screen is very close to one's face when the passenger in front reclines all the way. The airport didn't have any compatible charging ports for iphones from the USA. But the plane had them. That's good. It would be good if mobile check-in boarding passes were acceptable."

When I booked my flights to Spain the website should have alerted me that I needed a passport with an expiration date of over 3 months. Contras: "HOT. The plane was 90% of the time. It would tease you just long enough to start to fall asleep, then bam! You wake up in a sweat. It was 9.5 of 10 hours of a low boil sweat. The most uncomfortable flight I've ever been on. Apparently a known issue, including the condensation leaks on people sitting next to the window. (Guessing that's why the A/C was left off.) Also one of the bathrooms was quickly out of service. Another would auto flush if you tried to sit down. And another the green light was on whether occupied/locked or not. So 3 of 4 in Economy had at least some kind of malfunction. The power tinting windows never responded to the buttons - assumed they were on master override. Finally, the seats were pretty compact. I would describe World Traveler on BA (aka Economy) more like the new compact Basic Economy offered on other carriers. Seats were very small and leg room consumed by some kind of service boxes. I'm hoping to all things holy that our return flight is actually an American Air flight instead of BA direct. Really afraid of another 10+ hours of torture."

Contras: "No food or drinks given at all for free. You had to buy even a soft drink. Not a good experience at all. I waited and bought fast food at the airport after the flight."

Contras: "Boarding experience total Chaos. Late departure for no good reason, watched our plane at the gate being prepared for over an hour, we finally took off but missed our connection and therefore missed our Cruise Ship departure. We were put up in a hotel but upon landing in Rome, we opted to wait at the airport in lieu of the second hotel because of the timing as we had to catch a 6 a.m. train to get to Livorno to meet the Ship, it's first stop. Up for 36 hrs as we got little sleep, and were very tired."
Prós: "Crew were awesome, plane was clean and entertainment and food were good."
Contras: "My seat was a little uncomfortable, my mid and lower back had very thin cushioning and I felt the knees of the person behind me in my back throughout the flight."
Prós: "Food was ok and they were pretty generous with the alcohol which I needed since the guy in front of me had a seat which allowed him to lean almost all the way back. He ignored several of my comments and none of the staff had anything to say about this even though it was pretty obvious."
Contras: "Too cramped.The guy in front of me was laying in my lap the whole trip I have short legs and my legs were hitting the seat in front. Flight left late causing problem all along the way i.e. lost luggage for three days. Nobody was particularly helpful or knew what was going on. I had to make several calls just to have somebody find the luggage. We had to go all over the place just to find somebody to give us new connecting flights. The airport there is a disorganized mess which is beyond words. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for the loss between British air and Aer Lingus and my impression over the phone was that nobody cared one wit what happened."

Crew during the long flight from LA to London never, not even once, brought beverages or water in between meals! They made sure to do minimum that is necessary! That's a shame BA I flew with United few months back from Washington to Munich and crew were amazing and went above and beyond to serve passengers"

There was no real effort to address the unexpected change. It also took the entirety of the 3 hour flight for the service cart to make it to the back of the plane. This was after a 2 hour delay during which they provided only sporadic updates. Overall, quite a poor experience which would make me hesitate to fly BA again given a choice of comparable airlines."

Prós: "I had an Indian inspired chicken dish. It was the first time I have ever enjoyed airplane food. Nicely done."
Contras: "I was lucky and got an emergency isle row. Even so, I am not a big person. I'm a 25 year old athlete. And I find the seats are getting tight. My shoulders are right at the edge. This isn't a condemnation of British Airways specifically, more a criticism of all airlines. This sardine style seating is a trend I'd like to roll back or at least halt."
