Contras: "Too much nonsense with carry on and check in language. I paid for my seat but they changed it for better balance of the plain. Really I weigh 165 lbs. Once the plane reaches altitude they let me take my seat. However the plane was barely occupied and somebody with closer and took my seat."

Prós: "The line for screening for initial security at Ben Gurion was ridiculously long. Almost one hour in line before we even could be interviewed."

Prós: "The flight itself was very enjoyable. The only negative aspect was that the first leg of the flight was delayed long enough that I almost missed my connecting flight and my baggage was lost."
Contras: "The real reason for the negative review is a combination of the cost of this flight, loss of my baggage and poor service after the flight. I paid nearly $4,500 for an economy ticket from New York to New Delhi. The first leg of the flight, from New York to Zurich was delayed long enough that I made my connecting flight to Delhi within seconds of them closing the gate and as a result my baggage was lost. Once I got to Delhi I had to take a connecting flight to Goa and then drive an hour to my destination, where I was attending a good friend's wedding. All of my baggage was lost during transit by the airline, and unfortunately they never delivered by baggage to my hotel...so I was without formal clothes and normal clothes for the wedding for 4 days. The customer service line was no help, and the airline refused to deliver the baggage to me...the closest they would bring it was the Goa airport which was an hour and a half away."

Prós: "The flight was delayed from Newark to Zurich but they were able to rearrange my connecting flight before landing. The Swiss staff were very courteous and amicable. The food was also tasty."

Prós: "Best food and attention that I've had on an airline in 20 years. Really. I was telling a friend today, Swiss Air started with drinks, gave us a Parisian baguette sandwich, gave us a healthy breakfast of yoghurt warm croissant butter jam orange juice, drinks again, and several passengers surrounding me got special attention, one woman with a baby, a disabled person, and a teenager that was 6'5" was relaocated by the flight attendant without him even asking to a bulkhead seat for more comfort. You don't see this kind a attention to detail on any US flights or US airlines, so I noticed it. It was as if I was traveling back in the 70's or 80's when Airlines would compete for our dollars with their service. I mentioned to my friend that if I had a choice and Swiss Air was one of the choices, I'd choose Swiss Air over any other airline."

Prós: "Stewards are very kind and friendly unlike those in US flights."
Contras: "None."

Contras: "Seats were a little uncomfortable, not the leg room but they just felt a little worn down and tilting forward"

Prós: "The seats on Swiss' A330-300 are so comfortable in economy. Easy to find a good position to sleep in. Embrear from Zurich to Oslo is tighter, but food and service like in the old days! Bravo!"

Prós: "The flight attendant told me I had to keep my seat upright throughout dinner so the person behind me could eat. I wanted to sleep and couldn't do so without reclining. The seats are tight but I was in the economy plus section so I thought she should have let me recline instead of physically moving my seat upright. And for someone who cared so much about the seat at dinner no one cared about me the rest of the flight. I slept through breakfast and no one left me a tray even. Plus, I had my seat back the rest of the flight including landing which I didn't realize. Isn't it their job to ensure our seats are in upright positions in case we forget or don't realize? Just a very blasé crew."
Contras: "See above regarding the crew. It's not that big of a deal but I really thought the crew was poor. Flight was short and easy enough though."

Prós: "We liked the chocolates, the little things matter. We liked the timing of the flight."

Contras: "On my return journey I was told at check in that there were delays that would mean missing my onward journey from Zurich. I was then rerouted through Istanbul with the promise that I would be well compensated for my troubles. I was told that I would receive a certain amount for every hour I was delayed from my original arrival at end destination. Well I arrived 8 or more hours after I had originally expected (and the reason I booked with Swiss Air was because of the timing and the apparent luxury of the flight). Once I got back home and tried to pursue this amazing compensation I received some of the worst customer service ever and received 0 compensation for the experience. Very disappointed and will never fly swiss airlines again."

Contras: "I have been flying to Asia on Asian airlines and maybe I have become accustomed to flights and crews that know how to manage a long flight. For example: The crew seemed tentative and untrained. Saw the crew once between the meal at beginning and the meal at the end. I wonder where they can hide for so long on a small plane? Too many announcements by the Captain -- shut up and fly the damn plane! Do you think the crew might replenish the toilet paper on an 8 hour flight? on another note: Seat spacing is adjustable - very close seats Overall--- underwhelmed"

Contras: "The ticketing when purchasing a ticket from NEW YORK is very unclear and even though we wanted a JFK ticket, the NEW YORK search showed a ticket for NEWARK NJ so my step dad ended up going to the JFK airport - An elderly man who has trouble with English and no one was willing to help him to rebook his ticket. Not only that - the Lufthansa people VOIDED his entire ticket including the second leg because the agency wasn't picking up for a rebooking so the entire ticket cost was lost - $1200 - GONE! We couldn't even get him a one way ticket so he could use the return part of the one he bought. This is an absolute customer service disaster. This man lost all his money, he saves up all year to go see his family. That's an ugly way to take advantage of people."

This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Prós: "15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one."

Contras: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Prós: "He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board."
Contras: "he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Contras: "Unaccompanied minor flying to Lisbon overnight. Bag was lost. No real effort to assist. Bags of unaccompanied minor should be treated with priority."

Contras: "My check in luggage was in very bad condition when I receive it. My clothes were all wet and they got bab by each other’s colour. Many clothes are not in a condition to wear now. Those were expensive and I had a big loss because of that."

Prós: "All cabin crew were courteous. Refreshments were light. Check stuff were helpful, they did devise that the flight was full and due to space hand luggage would prefer to be put in hold free of charge. We did not have any problem with this. Plane was clean."

Prós: "The crew were lovely and welcoming. We was given snacks and drinks on the flight which was great. Take off was a bit delayed but boarding was smooth. Couldn't complain about the comfort as was only just over an hours flight."

I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Contras: "Seats are not comfortable for long haul. Airbus 380 premier economy. Not enough reclining and leg support."

Contras: "Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

Prós: "The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again"
Contras: "I'd appreciate a better selection of food and drinks, even if I have to pay for the drinks."

Prós: "Tripulação boa"

Contras: "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

Prós: "The crew was wonderful. We were in business class which was modest but comfortable."
Contras: "Ground crew in Paris failed to put our luggage on plane to Amsterdam. Also, plane was delayed about 40 minutes because of Amsterdam air traffic. Captain was very apologetic to the passengers."

Prós: "The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude."
Contras: "Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"

Contras: "More chose in meals. I flew to and from within a week. All I had were chicken, chicken and chicken for snack too."

Prós: "Crew was very nice and the food was excellent"

Prós: "Most of the crew tired especially hard to keep everyone comfortable and safe. The food was absolutely amazing."
Contras: "Other members of the crew were snarky to passengers and dismissive of questions from passengers during the early stages of the delay. We were all trapped on board for about 4 or so hours without much communication from the crew or captain which made me very anxious. We arrived 5 hrs late and it put my whole trip in jeopardy. Based on this experience, I eont be inclined to use this airline again for future trip planning. This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."

Prós: "Check in process was easy. The flight attendants are all very helpful and kind. We are playing was OK but it could’ve been cleaned a little better before we got on board."

Contras: "Baggage took a while to reach baggage claim but maybe a bit impatient after a long day"

Contras: "One hour delay without any information on embarking and another hour in the plane before departure"

Prós: "Very good male crew member. Pilot genuinely apologetic for the delay."
Contras: "After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "Plane left 45 minutes late. No reason given either when waiting or after late boarding. I didn't eat as I tried to sleep byt narrow seats meant being woken constantly by fidgety neighbour. Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."

Prós: "I like traveling with AirFrance in general."
Contras: "Terminal too far to go to loggage, walking about more than two miles after a long trip is not very easy AirFrance should have a better terminal at Charles-de-Gaulle!!! Have some missing stuff in my luggage!!!!"

Prós: "Standard on most parts with pleasant staff"
Contras: "Flight was 1/2hr with poor pre-flight communication on the topic. Food wise, the chocolate cookie was better than nothing...but a little savory snack would have been nice."

Prós: "Plus seat was good. On board crew was nice."
Contras: "Another Air France company, with their motto: We Don't Care. Ground staff was rude, no good food onboard and have to pay for it. Entertainment is your device, but you can't download the app to use it."

Contras: "They loosed our reserved seats, our luggage, food was awful, ground staff was disrespectful."

Contras: "The room between seats is unbearable."

Prós: "This is what happens when you get roped in by a low price."
Contras: "Disorganization which led to not being able to pre-purchase baggage. Then bad info at airport which led to multiple trips through security trying to make weight on a bag that should have been checked but was told didn't need to. Ended up missing flight, having to rebook at full fare and no one knows where the bag that was checked is. STAY AWAY!"

Prós: "All crew I interacted with was great, friendly, and helpful."
Contras: "Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good. I did not find the seats comfortable."

Contras: "The delay in the flight without even informing us of the reasons. Changing the boarding gates twice, and no options in the meal."

Contras: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."

Prós: "The service and food were excellent plane was clean."

Prós: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

Contras: "The food was really poor. The chicken was as dry as it can be. The food taste was poor. I flow 3 weeks ago with KLM and the food was pretty good for flight food. Plus I didn't get my baggage at the end."

Contras: "The food is awful The entertainment, i.e. movie selection, is not very good and doesn't change very much. The seats are not comfortable and my chair did not recline."

Prós: "Wheel chair service at LAX is run by the airport. Their priority is to get you to your flight, not to a VIP room regardless of how early you check in."

Prós: "Entertainment center is brand new and Cleanliness Crew was ok And yeah there's wine (that way you can get plastered and ignore the uncomfortable seats)"
Contras: "Checking in was ridiculous. They're charging for literally EVERYTHING now. On economy class you have many options: - Normal (free!) "ergonomic" seats: uncomfortable, narrow, really close to the one in front of you. - Normal (exit row): just give up. There's like 6 of these and they're taken immediately. - Normal (middle of the plane): are you kidding me? These are NORMAL seats and you charge an extra €30? - Normal (2 seats per row!): what a bargain. Same crappy seats, but two people instead of three! This is really worth my money. - Upgrade to business! Why are you so poor! AF food went from being the best in international flights to disgusting microwave food (especially vegetarian)."

Prós: "Problems started at check in and it went downhill from there"

Prós: "Seamless boarding and seat upgrade to economy premium."

Contras: "Our flight was delayed an hour out of Denver and then 4 hours delay out of London to Lisbon. And, after that long delay they didn't even offer free water."

Prós: "Crew was very accommodating, seats were comfortable"

Prós: "The people from British airways were incredibly helpful."
Contras: "British airways pushed the flight time which made the original connection flight from Heathrow impossible. They notified justfly the company who we used to book the flight and told them the reservation would be cancelled. Only justfly never did something about that. They did not notify us about any changes and when we arrived at the airport the lady at the counter told us we don't have a reservation even though justfly happily took our money. If it weren't for the BA staff who rebooked is through Air France we probably wouldn't have made it."

Contras: "The AA flight from NYC was late arriving at Heathrow, causing me to miss the connection. AA/BA was very good about orienting me to the new plan, but the delay was very inconvenient and being in the last row of the newly arranged flight to Lisbon was downright unpleasant."

Contras: "1. No toiletries were available for business class even on this flight. 2. There was no food choice especially if you prefer vegetarian. 3. Even if One presses a button to request for some water, no one comes to the seat; this habit of BA continues for the good part of the last decade. Reminded me why I stopped flying BA! 4. No wifi even in Business class! Someone in senior management of BA needs to fly SQ, Cathay, Qatar, Emirates and learn what can be improved. Most of these airlines have better service in economy than business on BA!"

Contras: "Overbooked. Bumped off - next flight more than 7 hours later."

Contras: "It's third time British airways lost our baggage. Come on BA, you can do better than this!"

Contras: "Had a horrible time reserving a seat ( willing to pay) because the confirmation number changed and I was not informed. Took several calls to BA, a trip to the airport and an act of god to finally mange it. Was very stressful."

Prós: "I always try to fly British Airways whenever possible."

Prós: "They got me on a direct flight to Madrid on Iberia. That worked out though I had to leave 2 hours earlier. Good service."

Prós: "First international flight. In flight entertainment was fantastic, plenty of new movie titles to view along with music, all complimentary. Staff was hospitable and frequently came by to reduce lighting and offer food and refreshments. I’m about 6’3” so my only complaint was no room in the middle seat but otherwise it was ok. I made it work."
Contras: "Not enough room between the rows for me to adequately stretch my legs out."

Contras: "I recommend that you not affiliate with Webjet. I will never make a reservation through them. Everyone at Webjet is from India with strong accent. Always put on hold to ask supervisor to make any change. Took 4 phone calls , many emails and hours on the phone to finally cancel a flight."

Prós: "Ear phones for those of us who did not bring any. Having a meal and drink available and at no extra cost."
Contras: "Not knowing if I could get an extra drink after the food was served, would have been helpful. Snacks of chips, pretzels would be tasty. Offering more water or a larger container offered would help. Explaining how u have to get to the next terminal would help. Having to go to many shuttles is confusing."

Prós: "Cabin crew were great -- personality and lots of fun. Plane seemed relatively new too."
Contras: "BA service is basically Ryanair now, but more expensive."

Prós: "Quick flight. Nice crew"
Contras: "The fact that there was no free food and drink on the flight."

Prós: "I was not made to board the plane because I didn't have a transit visa to London causing me to be stranded in Boston.i called the customer service a month before my departure but he was not able to tell me to get a transit visa to London before my departure"
Contras: "British airways were not helpful....webjet costumer service did not also provide me with enough information before booking me on the flight...I therefore need a refund of my money ASAP"
