Prós: "The flight was on time. The crew was very accommodating. The food is better than some other airlines. The entertainment provided had a lot of choices I had an 8 1/2 hour layover in Doha. They booked me a short stay in a hotel at no extra charge. This included a car and driver to and from the hotel. It was a nice hotel close to the airport."
Contras: "I was sitting in economy. I booked too late to get any type of upgrade for extra legroom. For Economy it was OK, but cramped and hard to get comfortable on a 13+ hour flight."

Contras: "They flight was moved up about 1 hr earlier. But no email/SMS/call etc. I totally could have missed the flight as a result! Why would they change it and not let passengers know?"

Contras: "I planned a wonderful vacation for my birthday only to face a horrible experience. Not only was the flight uncomfortable, but my television did not work. There was a huge box underneath the seat in front of me which prevented me from stretching my legs outward. The television was on but the screen itself wasn't operating. I reached for the remote located in the armrest only to find the entire piece missing. Only the base was there. I asked the flight attendents three times if I can move to an empty seat and they said "give me a moment". The moment never came. I really expected more from this airline."

We hadn't received anything like this on any of our other flights. These were small jesters that make you feel great!"

Prós: "I had a great time during my flight from istanbul to Seoul . My seat didn't recline and cabin crew immediately helped and took me to a business class as an apology . They were very responsive to any time i needed help . And the food was amazing . Even the economy class gets gourmet meals . Also the entertainment was quite good . They have big tv screen for each seat and have all sorts of shows and movies from international to hollywood . And have games for kids ... Overall i was very pleased with my flight ."

Prós: "At Lisboa airport, I was checked in by Antonio. Most helpful checkin guy I've ever spoken to in my years of traveling. The food is always impressive (for airline food) and they give you a lot to drink. The last time I flew, there was an Autistic passenger throwing a fit and no one seemed to do anything. This time, a person was really upset with his companion on the flight and began screaming. The attendants helped calm him down and fixed the situation quickly. I guess last time they must've just let it happen because of the disability so there's not much they can do in that situation."
Contras: "Not a big ran of the Turkish Airport. Everything is pretty cheap for an airport though if you bring Turkish Lira. They tend to round the price up a bit if you pay in USD or Euro."

We traveled with another couple who've flown internationally multiple times, but this was their first Lufthansa flight as well, and they said it's the best they'd had. The crew were all excellent, friendly, and accommodating. There was plenty of entertainment options, refreshments, and snacks. The food was very good-much better than I'd expected. I appreciated that there were pillows, blankets, and headphones readily available as well. I'll try to fly Lufthansa every chance I get when flying internationally."

Contras: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Contras: "Being delayed and missing my connecting flight. No entertainment onboard (for hours and hours)."

Contras: "KLM had bumped us to a later flight for no reason and again we had to call with a long wait to get our original connection restored, However, we did not get boarding passes during checking in Europe and thus had to go outside security in Detroit to the main check-in gate and wait 30 minutes to get the error resolved. Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

Contras: "There weren't too many options. The movie selection was very limited and the tv show were over 20 years old in some cases"

Contras: "Eu tenho 1.85m, nem sou dos mais altos. Mesmo numa posição sentada em 90° nem uma formiga passaria por aquela fila de três pessoas. Escolho uma companhia 'de linha', já para evitar esta falta de espaço e viajar confortável e sai-me pior que low cost, impossível viajar assim! Aquando da reserva nem me apareceu a possibilidade de escolher um lugar com mais espaço. Faço o check in com apenas um dia de antecedência, que deve ser aleatório, o que não dá tempo para corrigir nada. Tenho um vôo de 3 horas daqui a 3 dias; ou a coisa melhora ou vai ser o maior escândalo se não me calhar assento nas saídas de emergência ou no corredor, pois não ficarão reunidas as condições mínimas."

Prós: "The food, I must say, was the most impressive thing. They give away some souvenirs for you during the flight which was awesome. I even got ice cream as dessert. I can't tell what to say was wrong with the flight. I will definitely recommend Aeroflot for sure."

Contras: "Unless I was doing something wrong, long-haul economy seats barely recline. Combine that with quite limited legroom, and an overnight flight can turn into a questionable experience."

Contras: "The planes are very tight. Ever since they updated their aircraft they added one or two rows and planes became so narrow! On the way to Moscow we didn't have an entertainment because they monitors didn't work for 30% of the plane. On the way back they delayed the flight for 5 hours because they plane had technical issues and they were changing it. We missed our connection from NY to Miami and since it was a separate ticket I lost those tickets. They didn't update us while we were waiting what's going on. A few times they would announce boarding on the electronic tableau, people would line up and wait for 40 minutes. The staff would just look and say nothing or smile and say "we don't know why you are standing, I didn't tell you to line up!" We had a special meal on the flight. They gave you exactly the same food twice. I was just laughing but other people who had special meals were really upset. If someone asked they would probably say "it's your problem that you don't want to eat like the rest lol! Next time when booking a flight I'll pay more but have a normal experience and not the torture "Russian style""

Contras: "Tight legroom. I'm. It that tall (5'10") but seems like they squish you in. Food was frozen still, left late from wash D.C. Crew was somber. My connection was delayed an extra four hours on top of my 2 hour layover! Moscow airport has NO AC and was crazy hot in aug! No place to sit. I wouldn't fly Aeroflot again if you paid me."

Then another 20 minutes to park the plain after landing. Instead of getting home at 13.15 I got out if the plane at 8 PM. Nit the friendliest crew and poor quality food. Overall I am very unhappy with the trip."

Prós: "It was a full flight and the boarding line was long but,flight left on time. Meals were small but tasty. Crew were friendly but not very experienced talking English, sometimes it was hard understanding what they were saying."
Contras: "Not much elbow room between seats which made it difficult eating. The beverage selection was very limited."

Prós: "Food and drinks were completely free (red and white wine was the only alcoholic beverage unfortunately). They had a surprisingly good selection of movies (new and old), which update frequently. Gets the job done perfectly well and at a fraction of the cost. Will fly again."
Contras: "Seat size/spacing was tight; rather uncomfortable if you're 6 ft 2 in or taller. I imagine this is always true for economy class on any 12+ hour flight. English on intercom for in-flight announcements was passable to poor at times, but attendants were extremely nice."

Prós: "New aircraft, little more room than other airlines, great staff, in flight meal was good, five stars all the way!"

Contras: "They didn't ship my baggage. And I had to wait for it for a couple of days. They airplane landed very fast and I it caused a headache."

Prós: "I would rate Aeroflot as a super, world-class airline. I very much enjoyed the high degree of professionalism and service! It is not AT ALL what I heard about it going back to Soviet days. I clearly see the presence of the market mechanism and decentralization, the very opposite of State control. The food was excellent and filling and the movies most interesting! Moreover, I felt very safe and in good hands aboard the Boeing 777. As an American, I would go so far as to place Aeroflot in the same category as Delta or any other American carrier! Классно!/Klassno! (Excellent!) as the Russians say."

Prós: "Great service, great food, comfortable seats. Our airplane was very clean and new. We were even given slippers and eye masks, which is not something I've seen on an economy flight!"
Contras: "My seat's entertainment system had a problem with sound output, which resulted in different volume levels for each earpiece."
