I booked the hotel as the result of an unexpected long layover of 12 hours. As a result, the booking was made the same day and I arrived at 9 am. As such they wouldn't allow an early checkin unless I agree to an additional charge of 50%. So in reality an 11 hour stay cost me 150% of a normal stay. In addition, after my workout, I faced a cold shower in the locker room. No signs or explanation offered.
Hallways were really dirty, room was clean but smelled like heavy smoke. Friendly staff, nice lobby and great breakfast. This place is in need of a lot of maintenance. It really needs a remodeling or renovation.
good location for easy access to Incheon airport
Restaurant closes too early, no bar
The facilities are very good and the shuttle bus gets you into the terminal in less than 5 minutes I found the prices a bit too high, especially in the restaurant and there are no real alternatives around the hotel.
I Have had the pleasure to stay at this hotel several times while passing through on business. This hotel I have to say has and impeccable cleaning team because every time I have been there the room has always been immaculate. Eddie
I only stayed there a few hours waiting for my flight and unfotunately my rom was dirty, and the bath was much worse
Very bad hotel, room dirty, small and dated, expensive compare what they offer, food bad as well, staff not friendly site is completey wrong about the image of the hotel unusual for bookings.com
Staff was very cordial. Kindly enough to include free breakfast even though the hotel did not receive the request from kayak Kayak mentioned free breakfast, but the hotel did not receive it.
hotel facility and view from high floor was perfect staffs were so awful. i felt like they don't know what is customer services. also they even lied to me and treat me like a dumb. i asked to late check out on next day, and they only give me a '30'mins. even though next day wasn't full book.
The location, the staff's attention, and the breakfast was delicious with many options.
You feel like you get what you're paying for. So many 5 star hotels in Korea have great lobbies, but the rooms are terrible and the staff are worse. They spend so much money looking hip that they forget everything else. This place was amazing. There is no airport shuttle, but an airport bus which drops you off right outside. It takes nearly an hour to get there, however.
I've been staying at this hotel for several years. The staff remembers me, they are warm and friendly, the hotel is only a few KM from the airport and provides shuttle service, the restaurant has western and Korean dishes and the food is very good. The beach is within walking distance. This is a great place for a real good price. They have a guest package containing cosmetic samples and toiletries they provide to each guest. If you take the taxi to the hotel instead of their shuttle bus, the cost shouldn't be more than 7500 won.
Transfer to/from airpost is good. The restaurants are close and hotel one is good. The beach is close to hotel, no hard traffic here. Replace cold tea by fresh water in bar
Stayed here as it was a reasonably priced hotel near Incheon Airport. (10 minutes drive). Arrived late and left early for flight so not much idea about facilities. But bedrooms were clean but quirky. Think the hotel may have had an earlier life as an entertainment facility. Gas boiler in my bedroom cupboard, that seemed to heat water. someone in the hotel took a shower at 3am and it roared ino action
For just overnight it was o.k. Wifi only in reception, no wifi/cable in rooms or restaurant
Hotel has great authentic restaurants across the street. The hotel itself for was comfy for overnight layover. Wish there was WIFI in the room.
Location, with free shuttle service to and from airport. Good sized room especially as it was booked as "single". Free computer access downstairs.
Greate breakfast! Kim chi included in the morning :) Staff was very helpful in every aspect
This hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff spoke decent English. In the morning there is a shuttle to Incheon Airport which was very helpful. The location isnt awesome but, I will stay again if I'm in the area. Great tv selection, although I did not watch. Most amenities had to be bought (razor, tooth brush, tooth paste, etc). The fitness center/room was also paid and not complimentary. These things would not prevent me from staying there again but, I will look into similar hotels.
Nice view towards the skyline of Songdo business district and Incheon bridge. Large and comfortable room. Interieur (eg, carpet) slightly run down. Hotel would deserve some renovation.
This is a hotel near to the Incheon Airport though it is still a distance away, about 10 min drive. They provide free shuttle to and from the hotel. Quite a number of local restaurants and convenient shops are opened even in late hours.
The staff at the desk were helpful, esp. Kevin and Suim. The distance from the main Seoul. It takes an average of two hours one way by train.
Pc and free Internet inthe room, nice bathroom, big clean room, free transportation from to the airport, close to the airport Very few international tv channels,
It is located close to the airport and had a free shuttle service to and from. For the price of the room I was expecting something a lot nicer. The room size was good but there were no amenities. The room was relatively clean but it is old. Things like internet and television are not amenities in Korea. I've stayed in many hotels ranging from $15 a night to $100 and they all offer those things.
