Contras: "Flight cancelled. Impossible to manage flight or request refund directly. Must make the request to the travel agency. The problem is that the client should have the right to bypass the travel agency..."
Contras: "Flight cancelled. Requested refund and was directed to my travel agency. Edreams was worst than useless: spent 10 hours waiting for them to pick up but no answer. JAL should allow the clients to bypass a travel agency in order to manage the flights. Otherwise we are hostages of the travel agencies."

The service in Narita was significantly better. I'm American and have come to accept poor service, but I can't understand why passengers must pay for a cart to carry their luggage - especially on international flights, before any opportunity to exchange currency. Surely the airlines have some say in this..."
Overall experience is good. Except that the one of the assistant ground attendant during my check in is quite annoying when i asked her only one question, something regading the boardong pass. She should be more helpful and accommodating not arrogant.

Contras: "The personal entertaiment touch screen worked intermitently. When the touch screen did not work, i had to use the remote control to do what i want it to do. Boarding process experience can be improve with better sign for the queing lines and have boarding crew station at end of every quing lines to make sure all passengers are queing in the correct line."

Contras: "The seats were quite narrow. Most of the rows behind had armrests that were able to raise and lower, but due to my seat selection, my row had the stow-away monitors in the armrests. The seats also didn't technically recline. The lower seat cushion merely moved forward, emulating a recline, but the seatback didn't actually move. It was not quite comfortable."

If you're further back or not so tall s difficult to see which queue is correct... quite a few people (not me fortunately!) got turned away because they don't know ANA's boarding system. Also a problem with boarding at HND where the overhead monitors show BIz but not First/Diamond. As some other reviews pointed out, BBC news just didn't work. CNN worked intermittently."

Prós: "I liked the plane! Beautiful and new, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner was a pleasure to ride in. Staff was as pleasant and helpful as they always are on ANA and despite the long delay due to an engine repair, the ANA staff conducted themselves incredibly professionally."
Contras: "It wasn't such a bad experience for me but the plane did have a mechanical failure and the part was not in stock in Cambodia so had to be flown in. That resulted in a 24 hour delay. The ANA staff were excellent and did take care of us well."

Contras: "The flight attendant dropped a suitcase on my head when I was sleeping. I had terrible headache, nauseous, and dizzy with some really uncomfortable neck pain. The staff tried to get me to take medicines that I could not read for nauseous but I would not. They said they were prescribed by a doctor! What doctor. The flight was the longest worst ever! 14 hours - nothing to eat or drink! In addition, the head flight attendant said the baggage compartment over my head was a problem as it opens all the way down and bags fall easily out. The bag was easily 30 pounds and landed directly on my head. I suffered a concussion."

However, you will not go hungry because they make sure that you stay and hydrated on their flights. I do dislike all the dogs that are allowed in planes. Now flights have babies crying coupled with dogs barking. Takes away from the overall ambiance that Qatar tries so hard to achieve."

Contras: "I was sitting in economy. I booked too late to get any type of upgrade for extra legroom. For Economy it was OK, but cramped and hard to get comfortable on a 13+ hour flight."

Contras: "Lack of space, I sat against the fuselage and moving around is very difficult. Taking my bag from under the seat is nearly impossible."

Prós: "I had a trouble because of crazy guy who sat behind of my seat. But crews didn't try to solve that problem actively. So, I will complaint about the attitudes of crews tomorrow morning."
Contras: "Crews attitude for the problems because of crazy guy of the flight. That was very passive responce. I was very embarrassed and frustrated. Why didn't the crews control and solve that kinds of problem? I don't understand. The crazy guy hits my seat about 4 to 5 times strongly."

Contras: "one of the Lady crew member was very rude. When i asked her child meal she made a very bad face and told me that u should have booked online. I explained her i tried but couldnt book coz of may be cheap fare category. It was quite embarrassing for me :("

Contras: "Cobrança de excesso de peso apesar de eu e minha família ainda termos 69kg de franquia é de termos despachado as mesmas malas do voo Brisbane para Dubai, com a mesma Emirates, normalmente. Assento quebrado. Assento do meu filho sujo. Não recomendo parar em Dubai pela arbitrariedade da Emirates"

Prós: "Da comida e do entretenimento. Apreciei o cardápio e a quantidade de comida oferecida. O entretenimento também agrada bastante."
Contras: "O salão de embarque não oferecia espaço suficiente para todos os passageiros. Não havia uma organização para acomodar a enorme quantidade de passageiros. Poucos banheiros. Tripulação sobrecarregada de serviços."
Prós: "A comida oferecida é muito boa e saborosa. Porém, pela quantidade de passageiros, há uma dificuldade em servir a todos. O entretenimento é bem diversificado."
Contras: "Faltam banheiros na classe econômica. A grande quantidade de passageiros sempre precisa aguardar em filas para conseguir usar o banheiro."

Contras: "I understand that the cabin crew’s job focus is not to serve drinks and food to passengers. However, I would’ve expected well-mannered employees from Emirates. I was on an aisle seat, a steward bumped on my arm quite roughly and he merely continued walking. Not even a word was said."
Gostei particularmente da configuração da aeronave e a alimentação é péssima. Para servir aquele sanduiche é melhor não oferecer nada!!
Vôo convencional sem nada de especial
Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.
Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.
Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

Prós: "The flight was empty-ish in the back of the plane, & I was allowed to lie down across 4 seats. I liked that they allowed boarding from the back of the plane (along w/ front). I also liked that most of the food was vegetarian (& the crew pointed out what to avoid). I always forget to special order."
Contras: "The boarding announcements were not audible where I was sitting in the airport, so that should be better."

Se preocupam o tempo todo com o conforto das crianças e isso fez a diferença no nosso voo, pois minhas filhas viajaram confortáveis e felizes o que fez com que elas não chorassem ou incomodassem nenhum passageiro. Realmente muito satisfeita."

Prós: "The seats are not as luxurious as the international. They do not recline that much and are not pods. No surprise as that is similar to the US. But it was only a 3 hour flight so was fine. Food was same as first trip, solid.. Staff was very friendly."
Contras: "Flight was delayed 2.5 hours. They did not communicate at all the reason. Takeoff was supposed to be 8.30pm, didn’t take off until 11pm. Sat on the tarmac for over an hour and the crew or pilot did not say a word. The beverage service again was lacking compared to other international business class flights I’ve taken."

Contras: "There was a female attendant who as soon as I got to my seat asked me to stop blocking the aisle. I found this very annoying because I'd only just stopped at my seat. I found her manner disrespectful."
Prós: "Business class cabin in the 777 was really spacious. Flight wasn’t full so I also had two seats to myself. Onboard chef was a beautiful touch and food was also delicious. Seats comfortable and IFE good."
Contras: "Heathrow T2 Business class checkin wasn’t clearly signed from entrance. If someone was next to me I would not have enjoyed not having aisle access. Water should be served more regularly without having to ask."

Contras: "Em athenas recebi uma informação errada, na qual me disseram q eu não precisaria retirar minha bagagem em São Paulo, que iria direto pro Rio de Janeiro. Após o desembarque em São Paulo, quase perdi a conexão esperei horas até conseguir recuperará minha mala, não havia nenhum funcionário da turkish ou avíanca para me orientar nem me ajudar a recuperar bagagens. Tive q contar com ajuda de seguranças do aeroporto que já haviam visto aquela situação . Não houve pedido de desculpas, nem nenhuma assistência."

Contras: "After the second hour the temperature inside the aircraft was very warm started to sweat"
Prós: "Turkish Airlines offered the best connections to Athens at the best price. Connections were very tight and coming and going worked because the planes were absolutely punctual."
Contras: "I had to check my laptop (not the airline's fault) and the procedure was more tedious than I'd like."

Contras: "I am a non veg guy and during serving the foood they said ...they don't have Non veg meal ..I have to eat Veg only ..what the hell is this .. For water also ..I had to ask 3 times then they gave me when I request fourth time...it was terribly bad experience and I hated this trip."

I had to jump to the front of the line or I would have missed my connection despite having a 90 minute window of time to make it through. It seems this airport lacks the capacity needed to get people through efficiently based on the numbers of travelers using it."
Prós: "Best value on the market. Excellent service. Great food and beverages. Very good service. Excellent Longe in Istanbul makes Most Club Longe look like a dump."
Contras: "My TV remote was broken. I could have used next seat but was too lazy."
Contras: "since Jan 17 TK stopped providing meals during the flight , just sandwich and drinks."

Contras: "Not being made aware that for an international flight I would be only alloted one checked bag, I Brought both of my bags as I always do when I travel. I was aware I would incur a charge, but was surprised that not only would I be redirected from the long bag drop line back to ticket sales, but that they would charge me 10 € per kilo! So my bag ended up costing me double what my ticket cost me for a 4 hour flight. Never again."
