Even through the rough weather the flight was uneventful although our flight was delayed Avianca moved us to another flight and transferred our luggage automatically without us having to do anything. That is the service you should expect. I was very pleased. Good job!"

Pilot gave my kids a tour of the cockpit and gave them a wings pin and a little toy airplane. Flight attendants are kind and efficient. AND they were the cheapest option. Achei q iriamos escorregar ateh dentro do salao de retirada de bagagens. Ainda bem que tinha o reverso! Mas acho que devido a pista molhada e gelada o avião saiu como bebado andando de bicicleta! Driblou pela direita, pela esquerda, direta outra vez pela direita, deu um cavalinho de pau, duas cambalhotas, uma estrelinha, um salto de dayane dos santos e finalizou com espacate no lugar certinho! Ah.. E Deve ser pra resfriar o corpo durante voos tensos assim que vcs congelam o avião né? A dor de garganta que o ar gelado de vcs me causou na ida voltou com força dobrada! Se ela me matar vou puxar o pe de voces enquanto dormem!!! Os passageiros estao vivos!!!! Nao eh um aviao de serviço funerario ou de transporte de carcaças de abate!"

Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

The flight staff was okay, but not nearly as professional and friendly as the crew flying to Lisbon. Thankfully none of them ran over my foot with the metal cart."

Contras: "My itinerary was changed multiple times, most importantly impacting my arrival time into Victoria BC. This flight was changed twice, the first time I received an email notification telling me the new flight was an hour later. When I got my check-in email 24 hours before my trip was to begin I noticed the arrival time for my return flight had been changed again, this time arriving another hour later. I received no notice for this change. Other than a shuttle service, there are no late night public transit options from the Victoria airport into town--a 25 minute drive. I was left with 10 minutes between the late arrival of my flight to claim my bags, clear customs and try to make the last shuttle. I specifically purchased my ticket so I would have plenty of time to make this connection. I missed it and wound up having to take a $60 (not including tip) taxi to get into town. Changing my itinerary to arrive 2 hours later without notifying me is unacceptable. I've never had any pot-purchase itinerary changes happen to me on Alaska Airlines, which also has regular service between Seattle and Victoria. I'm inclined to make sure I always use them from now on."

Contras: "After waiting patiently through a 3 hour delay we were inbound to Minneapolis. We were set to arrive at 9:45 pm and there were multiple 10 pm connections. Delta flew into the furthest gate away, didn't communicate with the connecting flights to give it 5 more minutes and didn't have transportation waiting to bring us top our connections. After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed."

Prós: "Friendly, helpful, kind, confident and easy going flight attendants really made this flight stand out. The seats in economy were comfy and new; the touch screen Tvs were updated and functioned properly. The snacks were healthier. Way to go, Delta! Keep it up!"

Contras: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Contras: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B."

Contras: "We were charged 100 Euros extra as they indicated the 2 pieces laugage was not included. They didn't respect the seats that where assigned in the reservation claiming we jus reserved the sits but didng pay for them."

Prós: "On time"
Contras: "No seat choice."

Contras: "they do not offer even water with no pay"

Contras: "We we’re delayed 3 1/2 hours causing us to miss our flight to San Sebastian. That, in turn, caused us to miss our check in for our hotel that we had already paid for so we ended up spending $300 on nothing."

Contras: "Flight was delayed for hours. Very little explanations. We were herded onto flight and staff at gate were beyond rude and aggressive."

Prós: "No issues — all good. Departure & arrival times as scheduled. Food & entertainment marks are low b/c they don’t apply (there should be an N/A selection as an option)."

Prós: "First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free."

Prós: "OTP, the plane was modern, high load factor, which means that this flight is doing good. The wifi was also good,"
Contras: "Only 4 bathrooms for the whole economy and premium economy classes and only at the center of the plane. No snacks between dinner and breakfast."

Prós: "I liked my flight to Mallorca with BA"
Contras: "I didn’t like trip from Mallorca to SFO via Iberia."

Contras: "From the staff to the food but mostly the staff. I have never experienced worse customer care then this. Pretty bold statement since I’m a New Yorker. Flight was delayed and it wasn’t weather related. Too much to complain about . Never again will I travel with them."

Contras: "The seats were very uncomfortable for such a long flight."

Prós: "Boarding process was smooth."
Contras: "-Uncomfortable seats. -Old plane-- broken baggage door produced delay of over an hour. Zero accommodations were made for us to make our connecting flight at London Heathrow, scheduled for 2 hours from the anticipated arrival time. We barely made it to the gate in time after going through security, etc."

Prós: "Easy boarding On time Very organized"

Prós: "Nothing stands out."
Contras: "The seats are cramped, no leg room. The passenger in front of me reclined her seat and spent the majority of the flight in my lap. The temperature on the plane was hot. if you're in an aisle seat you might feel the air conditioner but not if you're in the center of the row. There are not air vents above the seats. This was a long flight to be miserable."

Prós: "Arrived 10 min early"
Contras: "I paid extra for a seat in the exit row and as soon as we took off someone from another row snuck into the exit row without paying and the flight attendants totally ignored him and he sat there the entire flight for free. They don’t give you so much as a glass of water for free and the luggage took 45 minutes to appear after landing. I certainly wouldn’t chose to fly them again if I had an alternative tho they are better than that horror Vueling whose seats were so close together that I was unable to sit with my legs straight because the leg room was so little."

Contras: "Small plane. Poor landing."

Contras: "Quando chegámos de Figari e fomos logo fazer o check in não quiseram aceitar-nos porque o avião estava overbooked e tivemos que esperar até todos os passageiros estarem sentados sempre com o risco de nao embarcarmos, o que acabou por não acontecer. A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Prós: "Hay buen entretenimiento y hay espacio suficiente."
Contras: "En el vuelo no fueron tan amables, no dan suficiente comida ni es tan buena para un vuelo de 11 horas."

Contras: "I missed where in purchasing a ticket one reserves a seat. Thus, I had a middle seat with a very large person next to me and was separated from my wife. The seat was too small for me and I was in pain not being able to stretch my legs, except for getting up to use the toilet. Oh well."

Prós: "Food was excellent. Crew was friendly and efficient."
Contras: "Coffee was weak. No spare blanket when a drink was spilled on mine."

Contras: "The worst airplane in terms of seating space and comfort."

Contras: "The touch technology for the entertainment system was not user friendly and rarely responded immediately to the touch. It discouraged me from using the entertainment system."

Contras: "The economy seat do not accommodate anyone over 6 feet tall. I'm 6'5" and was cramped, sore and uncomfortable the entire way"

Prós: "Plenty of food and snacks, but the food was just ok."
Contras: "Took about 45 minutes after the doors were closed to finally take off. Busy runway I guess."

Contras: "O avião tem bancos demasiado estreitos. Um corredor único também excessivamente estreito. Apenas 2 WC para a economia - a confusão é grande, há dificuldade em ir ao WC e de circular minimamente. Não acho o avião adequado para a extensão da viagem."

Contras: "Não efetuei o voo por causa de um atraso no voo anterior que fez com que perdesse a minha conexão. Senti que a swiss nao se esforçou em ajudar os passageiros da melhor forma possível"

Prós: "Everyone was really nice, and there was a decent amount of leg room etc."
Contras: "I honestly can't say that I have any complaints about it. Thank you. :)"

Contras: "In both flights the in flight entertainment don’t work, you need to pay for a service that is free in other airlines"

Contras: "Arriving in LAX with no gate to pull up to. When will United fix this decades-long defficiency?"

Contras: "Why would United use a 757 when they know that if the plane is full and there is a strong headwind that the fuel capacity won't get them to their destination! Of course this happened to me. We were diverted to Newfoundland to refuel (after spending 3 hours sitting on the tarmac while the captain arranged to redirect). THEN... the flight crew had been working too long and they had to send another crew which took 4 extra hours. 17 hours from Lisbon to Newark is unacceptable! It could have all been avoided with a larger plane."

Contras: "Why using the oldest plane to fly for a 5 hours flight? Seats are very uncomfortable and the last row doesn’t recline."

Prós: "The head Steward & Stewardess were terrific... the JR attendant had serious bad attitude... 1/3 glass of wine without even an apology or a “ let me get more “ seemed to be NOT HAVING A GOOD DAY?"
Contras: "My in seat entertainment screen didn’t work... the ear buds didn’t work properly... United must be having problems... I’m sooooo disappointed!"

Contras: "The flight was three hours late!!!!!!! I had to get on and get off the plane with all my stuff. This has financial implications on the ground later that evening in Uber Cost and I had to pay for the additional day for my car because I was not able to pick it up at the originally scheduled time. I contacted United and have not heard ANYTHING!!!!! Please help me get my money back!!!"

Contras: "I think, on a five hour international flight that you should not have to pay for your entertainment. Really cheap. And if you have a couple of kids? Since the Go App works for free in the states, why can't they offer that."

Prós: "Safe flight, arrived early"
Contras: "Flight attendant on my side was not friendly. Insisted the only thing left for a meal was curried chicken for my 4 yr old. It's an 8 hour flight- and she wouldn't even bring me an extra roll for him. His seat was paid for like everyone else's- you have a plane full of children - and you have nothing to offer but curried chicken? Bullshit."

Prós: "The crew was the best part of the entire awful experience. The pilots let people tour the cockpit and the stewards were very accommodating considering their rules and restrictions. With so many delays, we were able to disembark the plane and come and go as we needed till we were able to finally board for takeoff."
Contras: "We all received updates every thirty minutes with a new departure time and each time we were supposed to depart, there was another delay. The first delay was caused by a seat cushion floating device not being on the plane (hour delay right there) and then for the next three and a half hours, we all were constantly being delayed due to rain. The rain was not their fault but had that cushion been properly stocked on the plane, we would have missed the storm and been on our way. A two-hour flight became an eight-hour hell. Not to mention, the plane itself smelled like a seedy bar bathroom, I had to tuck my legs underneath myself because there was absolutely no legroom, and my row mate was a belligerent drunk. Getting home at 5 am Monday morning and going straight to work was not ideal. Would have been nice to be home on the same day that my flight was scheduled."

Contras: "Left late. Arrived late. Bumpy flight."

Prós: "The flight crew and gate personnel were courteous and professional., as were theTSA workers."
Contras: "Seating was crowded and uncomfortable. My seat wouldn't recline."

Prós: "The meal that was served was exceptionally good."
Contras: "Is it really that much more expansive to provide complementary movies - personally I never watch the movies but many passengers do - I did not notice anyone who purchased this service."

Contras: "Delayed hours and hours. Terribke trip. Never again."

Contras: "As we were boarding the attendants told my wife and I that there was no space in any overhead compartments and that we had to check our bags to our final destination. When we made it back to our seats there was plenty of space in the overheads that would have accommodated our bags just fine. Very frustrating. Also, the tv screen in my wife's seat did not work and the attendant told us there was nothing that could be done."

Prós: "The crew was great."
Contras: "We had a long delay with the cabin so I missed my next flight."

Contras: "Very bumpy ride....but I realize that can't be helped"

Prós: "the flight crew was awesome! Enjoyed the movie selection on the way back. I'm not a movie person but I watched 3 and enjoyed them all."
Contras: "People had the usual trouble with the overhead bins - I think staff should be more restrictive regarding letting people take on bags that are too large. More gate-checking of things larger than a backpack would speed boarding process."

Prós: "- The option to watch TV - The leg room"
Contras: "- No food options provided"

Contras: "It was a new crew and stewardess walked down aisle looking straight ahead while I had my credit card out waving trying to buy some food!"

Prós: "Staff on the plane were great, food was above average"
Contras: "This was switched to United, jammed in seats, poor boarding process, no place for small carryon ; on board entertainment system would stop or slow down."

Prós: "Flight arrived early."
Contras: "Could not get the entertainment app to work."

Prós: "I was late, ridiculously late. Unfortunately my driver to the airport had issues ergo I had issues....I was redirected to the service desk to reschedule."
Contras: "A service attendant took the time to check the status of my original flight and help me make it. He didnt have to but he did with a pleasant attitude."

Prós: "Service was very friendly and supportive."
Contras: "Food was not great. Touch screen for entertainment was extremely unresponsive and difficult to use"
