At least one seat on each row should be eliminated, as well as one row to give economy class room. I was on the aisle (seat D), and was unlucky to have a woman and her husband (seats E & F) ask me to get up several times (because passenger in seat G was asleep). I was not at all happy with the movie choices; they were mostly modern and violent. Food selection was unavailable. Menu choices were chicken & fish. Chicken was NOT AVAILABLE."

Not only was the plane comfortable and spacious, the fact that they also served a meal on such a short flight is so much appreciated."
Prós: "Friendly and helpful staff. I was carrying medication that needed to be in a cool box. A flight attendant provided me with ice cubes wrapped in plastic bag and paper towel. She checked with me from time to time to ensure that the medication was kept in the proper temperature during the flight. That was first class service and I couldn't thank her enough."

If you can get one of these on long haul they are a very nice plane, individual compartments and some very modern touches. Windows darken without blinds, loads of space in your compartment and food was good even as just a snack."

Our trip was Lisbon-Frankfurt- Bangalore. When we reached Lisbon Check in there was not anybody at the Lufthansa counter. There was one and a half-hour delay before the aircraft left Frankfurt. The less said about the food the better. I had an Eco Saver ticket. Does it mean that beggars cannot be choosers' type of attitude to passengers is the order of the day?
The flight was delayed and we were stranded at Dulles airport for 2 days (48 hours) as United Airlines cancelled the flights!
The flight was on a very small plane for a transatlantic flight. It was more suitable for a mid-distance domestic flight. The plane was also quite old and its entertainment systems repeatedly froze and shut down. Finally, the airline charged for most food and drinks--on an international flight. I will avoid Lufthansa and its partner, United, in the future. Also, the airports are a disastrous mess, with long lines and huge numbers of flights delayed (although this is beyond the airline's control). Both my flights were delayed substantially.
My flight was cancelled and Air cañada said they didn’t even have that flight number or my name in their computer. Does this mean Kayak somehow messed up with the letters/ number sequence? No one would help me at the airport. Lufthansa said it was Air cañadas fault and I had gotten two messages from Kayak, one was at 6 am(I had already called a ride so I was going an hour earlier ) then after 2 hours at airport I get my message from Kayak(Ricky) saying sorry your flight is cancelled? Then, like I say, no one would even put me on standby for another flight as my numbers you gave me did not match. Can you please get me on a flight home? No later than Monday, please? I am out of money

Voo com atraso, Equipe atenciosa. Entretenimento não se aplica. Tivemos problema com a liberação da bagagem, ficamos mais de uma hora na esteira à espera da bagagem sem nenhuma informação. O problema foi com a bagagem de todos os passageiros. Depois de uma hora e trinta quando formou-se uma enorme fila para reclamar as malas a bagagem foi lebrada. Até então nenhuma informação. Muitos passageiros habitantes de Munique foram embora e suas bagagens estavam na esteira.
On my way from Denver to Munich the flight was delayed. The pilot himself said he couldn't explain the reason for the 1 hour delay. The delay resulted in almost everyone on the flight missing their connections, including me and my husband. No effort was made to help passengers with tight connections to get off the plane and to their gates faster. After an international flight, the last thing you want is an 8-hour layover where you've no choice but to remain awake and exhausted for an unhealthy amount of time. As a pitiful expression of apology, Lufthansa gave us a 10 euro voucher to use in the Munich airport--not even enough for a full, hot meal. Not to mention that checking in for both my flight to and from my destination city was very stressful because of an abundance of travelers and a clear understaffing on the airline's side. Even though I came two hours early to check in for my return flight, I only had ten minutes at the gate before it was boarded. The whole experience was rushed and stressful and inefficient. The worst part, though, was that one of my checked bags was returned to me with my clothes sticking out of it and some speciality cheese I bought entirely missing. I have also found it really difficult to get in touch with the Lufthansa customer service. They claim in emails with my flight information that I especially requested that my reservation number be withheld from me (I never requested this). The loss of this number has made it nearly impossible for me to register complaints without calling the airline and wasting hours of time. I would greatly reconsider ever booking with this airline again.
9 hour flight with the worst airline food I ever had- cheese looked like it got wet and dissolved into the dried out bread. it. Completely full plane. Paid $82 to check one of our carry on bags because it had some silverware with knifes in it then was informed that because the plane was full, we were advised check our carry on for free- but no refund for the $ we paid. Hot and stuffy. On the plus side, when the movie monitor didn't work, the stewardesses were right on top of the problem and fixed it even though it took some effort.
OMG! The 5/21/2022 flight was canceled after we were on board over 3 hours! NO AIR CANADA rep to help! No Air Canada gate to check in with. It was total chaos at the Lisbon airport. Trying to get out today, 5/22/2022, the Air Canada agent said we. needed a new Covid test, only to find out AFTER we paid 20EU, that it was NOT needed. They were not educated on the rules, even though they knew they were checking in people from the canceled flight. Totally UNACCEPTABLE! I will never fly Air Canada again, operated. Y Lufthansa. I plan to post on Facebook and Twitter how bad this was.

The lady Lo was worried about which useless mask are children were wearing. We wore these cloth masks on one lufthansa flight and through two airports with zero trouble for the scientifically useless masks we wear for show conformity to power hungry people , dhe demanded we change to the so called medical masks. really, put her on a domestic flight or something.

Deplaning by row groups due to covid was a joke - we were then crammed into a bus to the Munich intl terminal. Wifi did not work at all on the 9 hr flight.

The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

Prós: "I flew economy Melbourne > Abu Dhabi and then Abu Dhabi to Melbourne. The first leg of the flight was great, the flight wasn’t full and I had a whole row to myself. The flight attendant even gave me some tips to ensure nobody sat there. This flight was on an A380 so the plane was large and it felt spacious."
Contras: "There are a number of things that Etihad do that just degrade the quality and experience of the flight and I probably wouldn’t fly with them again as a result. I’ve listed these below: 1) Entertainment system is poorly appointed and travel in two seperate months found that little had been refreshed on the in flight programs. 2) The entertainment system is deactivated until the seat belt sign is turned off, and is deactivated again about 30 minutes prior to landing. 3) You practically have to cut off your arm to get some water. I would always bring my own water on the flight, but Australian regulations prevent more than 100mls being carried on flight. 4) The service is inconsistent, some staff are just downright rude and others are incredibly friendly. The time waiting after pressing the call bell is excessive and in one case my drink never arrived. 5) Unlike other airlines, they don’t give you a “menu” to chose from for the inflight meal. Instead they just come around asking “Chicken, Lamb or vegetarian”, and lack any real understanding of what’s actually in the food. 6) When you order a drink, they open the can pour some into a cup but don’t give you the remainder in the can. 7) The inflight wifi is expensive. 19.95 USD for 180mb puts them at one of the most expensive. Overall, I would have expected a bit more from an airline such as Etihad."

For our final leg of the flight, we had to haul all six pieces of luggage from terminal 5 to terminal 3. Then we were told that our American Airlines flight from Chicago to Kalamazoo is not a valid one. So we were booked to a different flight 12 hours later. We had to stay in Chicago for 12 hours on our own. Neither Etihad nor American Airlines provide any support for that time period in Chicago. Since it was Etihad ticket, According to international norm, Etihad should take the responsibility for this problem and compensated passengers."

Food was awful - boiled chicken taste While handing out sandwiches and drinks stewardess just gave my husband whatever I asked for without checking with him. Many times he was overlooked by the stewardesses on either side as he was in a middle seat. I did not see a single onboard crew crack a smile, robotic service. Not impressed with my first Etihad experience."

Pois demorei sair do avião fui para o fim da fila de imigração e etc... Só valorizam classe executiva."

Contras: "This ar line has no absolute respect for its people. It seems because it is a fight going to India, which apparently it is not an important country they can do anything. The worst gate (I do not know if this is the air line choice or not), there was no line to boarding, there was not enough seat at the gate and one of the people at the gate was insisting that travelers should sit. The crew was rude to the Indian people, however they themselves were not acting properly. The bus came to get the people from the gate to the plane in Abu Dabi was really bad."

Contras: "1. Food choices from NYC to Abu Dhabi were only lamb or Indian cuisine (chicken kofta or veg), no seafood option. Very few extras were given with the meal or between meals (no fruit, candy bars, peanuts, etc. on the flight). 2. Entertainment was stopped 30 minutes before arrival."
