Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

Seat pitch (aka leg room) was basically adequate for me (6' 4"), but not great. Touch screens on entertainment system on both outbound and return flights were a little wonky -- needed re-calibration, so it was impossible to activate virtual buttons near the edges of the screen."

The seats are tight but I was in the economy plus section so I thought she should have let me recline instead of physically moving my seat upright. And for someone who cared so much about the seat at dinner no one cared about me the rest of the flight. I slept through breakfast and no one left me a tray even. Plus, I had my seat back the rest of the flight including landing which I didn't realize. Isn't it their job to ensure our seats are in upright positions in case we forget or don't realize? Just a very blasé crew."

When passengers asked attendants, to evaluate when it going to happen the answer was very rude ״ you should fly business in case you want it faster " . It was a night flight and it took 3 hours to turn off the lights . One of the girls attendants told me that I have too many hand handbags with me , only 1 piece allowed . I was with 3 pieces but we were 3 persons my wife and my Childe . I was trying to explain her, but she was unable to listen . It is not Swiss I know , I like to flight Swiss , but this flight was extremely disappointing .It was many confusions with other passengers as well. wrong meals , wrong seats , no air condition, ... the flight was a nightmare"

Contras: "On my return journey I was told at check in that there were delays that would mean missing my onward journey from Zurich. I was then rerouted through Istanbul with the promise that I would be well compensated for my troubles. I was told that I would receive a certain amount for every hour I was delayed from my original arrival at end destination. Well I arrived 8 or more hours after I had originally expected (and the reason I booked with Swiss Air was because of the timing and the apparent luxury of the flight). Once I got back home and tried to pursue this amazing compensation I received some of the worst customer service ever and received 0 compensation for the experience. Very disappointed and will never fly swiss airlines again."

Contras: "I was taken away from boarding for a random check that took a long time due to not enough staff Entertainment system was broken for about 50 people, even after a reset. Terrible for an overseas flight. Food was very poor, staff lied about resetting the entertainment system. The plane took off 1 hour late and was not allowed to taxi to taxi to the gate for 1 hour, making us extremely late."

I asked the flight attendant if everything was okay, and he smiled and explained that there was some rain on the way to Switzerland. I really appreciate when the crew takes the time to explain what is going on. Knowing what to expect helps me deal with my fear. Because of the flight attendant's willingness to explain the details of our flight, I felt more comfortable during the remainder of the trip."

Insufficien/inappropriate food ( BEEF Prevented choices ) - Eliminate beef from your food choices. Many people like me can eat Non vegetarian meals like chicken, fish , EXCEPT BEEF Ran out of the Salmon fish dish. I was given a snacking cheese sandwich instead! This would not have happened if you had selected other than a beef dish! Cramped seating. The airlines greed shows in picking out the seat placement design. The plane had extremely limited knee room. I'm five foot five inches tall and my knees were almost touching the seat in front."

Contras: "The tickets were booked on Turkish air but serviced by Air Canada. Neither company could change flights, check in or check me out of each other's systems. This caused most of my late night delays and struggles. Beware when using either or other online companies serving other vendors"

Contras: "Flight delayed about 2 hours past schedule. When drafted my seat fouls not recline. When I asked for assistance from flight attendant she practically blew me off. This was a9 hour flight!"

Contras: "The international transfer line in Istanbul was an absolute nightmare. I had to jump to the front of the line or I would have missed my connection despite having a 90 minute window of time to make it through. It seems this airport lacks the capacity needed to get people through efficiently based on the numbers of travelers using it."

Prós: "Excellent service, staff and food. All flights ran smooth, food and beverages were great and service from the crew was beyond great. During the fight, besides the food and drinks, we had lots of entertainment and games in the tv devices. I will definitely fly with Turkish Airlines again in the future."

Prós: "Very little. I had heard that the food was better than United but I do not believe it is now that I have made six legs of travel and two of them over 13 hours."
Contras: "Turkish Airlines basically give minimal benefit to Star Alliance Gold members. Access to the lounge was given finally after I produced my physical Gold card even though I gave them my UA number. There are no ticketing agents in the Istanbul Airport within the secured area. I was not comfortable going outside security and then back again through security to upgrade my ticket. Agents at Turkish Airlines CIP NOT helpful."

Contras: "Plane was old. Seat pitch too tight."

Prós: "To small area for passengers after security before boarding"

Contras: "I was in group a. I was in line with others when the staff suddenly closed off group a and starting boarding group b. She wouldn't answer why I couldn't board. After letting group c board she told those of us in group a still in line to love over to the line for group c. It's not a big deal when one boards but this was annoying and rude"

Prós: "'we took of late. I WAS PROMISSED ON THE PLANE THAT SOMEONE WILL ASSIST ME TO GET TO MY CONNECTION . IT DIDNT HAPPEN . I LOST MY CONNECTION AND WAS TREATED AT THE DESK AS A VAGABONED. THE PERSON WAS RUDE AND HE YELLED AT ME ! IWAS AFFRAID TO GO TO THE CITY AND STAYED IN AN HOTEL IN THE AIRPORT THAT COST ME 138E SHAME ON THEM ZEHAVA TELEM GILLADI"

Prós: "This was our first time with Turkish Airlines. I love that an inexpensive flight gave such wonderful service. My favorite thing is that they treat children well. We will definitely use again."

Prós: "Free blockbuster movies. Two meals. And a in-flight comfort bag that included a variety of things including, an eye mask and slippers. Always came around with drinks."

Contras: "Crew member wanted me to move my seat up so the passenger behind me can have more room. The person in front of me had his chair pushed all the way back, what the hell was the crew member thinking? I still did not move my chair and argued with the female crew. Crew members do not treat everyone equally. I asked for functioning pair of headphones and water, crew members never brought them to me. Responded by saying yes, BUT never brought it to me. I noticed crew members treated children and Turkish passengers first. I'm Chinese and flew Turkish airline- I felt the discrimination. Never traveling with Turkish airlines AGAIN."

Contras: "Connection was too long to Dubai"

Prós: "The price, wonderful service, plenty of good food. Great entertainment selection"
Contras: "I wish there was a little more leg room, specially for such a long flight."

Prós: "Nothing was good, Soeacial meal Asian food was pathetic no taste completely bland. Boarding was chaos, too many confusions and crew was clueless. Will never fly A380 again as there are too many passengers and airline don’t know how to handle. On arriving in DEL the baggage room 2:30 hrs to come. Totally disappointed. Lufthansa has no control whatsoever they don’t even care."
Contras: "Everything related to flight could have been better. I have flown Lufthansa multiple times in the past never had such drastic issues like this time. Completely disappointed. Should have booked Qatar instead."

Prós: "In general, everything was ok aboard the plane."
Contras: "The plane was supposed to leave Lisbon at 5:00 a.m. but because of computer problem it left at 5:50, a delay that caused everyone to scramble to get to their connecting flight or even miss it."

Prós: "Everything from check in to offloading went smoothly. Pretty good food and accommodating flight staff."
Contras: "My row had 3 seats behing a row of 4. We were weirdly offset so I had to look to the right to see my TV. Super uncomfortable. Dont like TV much anyway. Gave up on it real quick"

Prós: "The pilot pointed out the Alps as we flew over. It was an early flight most were sleeping and we would have missed it had he not mentioned it."

Prós: "It was not immediately apparent that boarding was in a completely different terminal which was accessible by train, so this lack of info could have cost me arriving in good time as I thought I had sufficient time. I aldo found ground staff at the customer service desk very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I asked for assistance on grounds of ill health. They were quite condescending ."

Contras: "Traveled business class and the big perk was nobody in the middle seat. My seat was same size and uncomfortable as economy seats. The seating chart when I chose seats showed only 2 seats on each side. However there were 3 regular seats on each side, just like economy. Not a nice surprise."

Prós: "I had to change my flight times three times, and each time they charged me less than 30 dollars (for taxes) and the wait times on the phone were super fast. It was shocking to not lose hundreds of dollars for life happening and needing to change my flight. AND!! I got a free upgrade to premium economy for free!"

Prós: "Boarding was late. Pilot said he would makeup the time, but he didn’t. Many passengers were late for their connecting flights.The Airbus was smooth and relatively quiet. Not much room for a 6 foot male. Crew was excellent. The food was just okay. Had to take a shuttle to and from the terminal in Frankfort, which added to the delays. Late boarding from Frankfurt to Stuttgart. Had to wait for the shuttle. Flight was fine."

Contras: "We had to walk from gate z all the way to gate B carrying all the bags which was painful, the plane was very tight and old that I had to put all my carry on bags in the floor. I personally had to help the crew members to pick up the food trays because they were very limited and no entertainment at all which was really boring."

Contras: "The flight was 100 percent full. So it was very difficult to move around. And on a 10 hour flight that is tough."

Contras: "Water was spilled on me by flight attendant. Luggage was left in Frankfort. Did not have clothes or medications, or daily necessities. Must wait 1 1/2 days to get luggage"

Contras: "The plane departure was delayed and the passengers were left wondering about the flight. There was no announcement to explain until an hour after the departure time. All monitors showed original departure."

Prós: "I think this airline is a very good airline, but this flight was shorter so it didn't have all of the perks of the longer ones that it usually has."
Contras: "In Lisbon we had to be bused out to the airplane to board, so it was a long process."

Contras: "The first plane left too late to make the connection. The Lufthansa staffer who reorganized my trip considered two options and picked the best one. However, she didn't stress to me how far the next gate was at another terminal -- luckily I asked someone else who helped me get a bus. I am not fluent in German so that may have added to my uncertainty. And my suitcase, which she said she was making sure would get to me in Marseilles, did not come for 24 hours."

Prós: "This was my first international flight, and also first on Lufthansa, and I was thoroughly impressed. We traveled with another couple who've flown internationally multiple times, but this was their first Lufthansa flight as well, and they said it's the best they'd had. The crew were all excellent, friendly, and accommodating. There was plenty of entertainment options, refreshments, and snacks. The food was very good-much better than I'd expected. I appreciated that there were pillows, blankets, and headphones readily available as well. I'll try to fly Lufthansa every chance I get when flying internationally."

Prós: "Check-in was quick, only 4 parties ahead of me even though I arrived at the airport only 60 minutes prior to departure. Cleared security quickly too. Aircraft new and clean. Breakfast, excellent omelet, and crew extremely attentive to our needs- offering 2 drinks instead of other airlines which just give one and makes you feel that is all you deserve."
