Indigo carrier didn't even get to board from concourse itself during Doha's hot temperatures. It was a bus transfer. The right door of flight was used for wheelchairs and 4 wheelchairs had to wait for 30 minutes in the loading vehicle cabin without AC. Staff I'm this loading cabin didn't wear mask. Flight didn't run AC , air filtration and ventilation system until it took off to save money. Around 10 people I know got detected covid positive because the air filtetaration and AC system was turned off.
The entire crew was awesome, very courteous and well above the standard. Keep up the good service and I would want to travel more with Qatar Airways.
Service was excellent but food was mediocre
The legroom in comparison to other carriers was amazing. While another carrier may consider it business class legroom the economy class for Qatar was more. The staff and entertainment was proven to be world class as free headsets, blankets, pillows, masks, eye covering, and even ear plugs were provided and all without asking. While the cost was slightly higher it was worth every penny.

Literally spit several of the food items out rather than eat them. Utterly revolting . Worst meals I’ve ever had on Qatar airways. Seats cramped and uncomfortable. Headsets were nasty hollow sound making it unpleasant to watch movies and had to use high volune just to hear at all.
Airlines lost all my bags and is not being helpful at all in tracing them. Value of baggage is over $25,000. I expect a full refund and expect to be compensated for the loss.

Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.
- When serving drinks, the hostess was unaware that her filled bottle of Coke was open. If it weren't for my wife, the Coke bottle would have tipped over and slip all over me. - When clearing the drink glasses, the air host, while trying to throw away someone else's glass - spilt the un-drunk liquid (hopefully water) all over my sleeve! My sleeve was completely drenched! And he did not realize he had done this! I had to get his attention and tell him he had drenched my sleeve! He got me some paper towels to wipe myself and apologized by saying he lost his bearings or something like that! His apology sounded more like “im sorry it happened; but it happened… Quite disappointed

The dint make any effort to smile, look at me in the face or ask how I was doing!. Instead she took one look at my ticket and said “ sorry you bought through an agent, I can’t help you”. When I tried to ask if in future it is advisable to book through Swiss airlines directly, the customer service agent looked at me and said “ that’s your problem”- then she turned to her friend and kept talking! Honestly! . The airport terminal E is grey, drab and boring. No TV and only 2 hour of WiFi. I was told I had to pay to use one of their lounges just to get a recliner chair to lay my head for 11 hours. I felt like I was in a holding cell- and the flight was delayed by an hour, had a gate change that they dint tell us till less than 1hour- boy was I glad to leave Zurich!. If that is Swiss hospitality, they have a long way to go. Save your money and use another airline. You will be much happier- trust me."

Contras: "I did not check the terms and conditions of the ticket. I am a Star Alliance Gold member and I was expecting SWISS to have a similar booking system like the others I fly with. I found out that the ticket fare did not contain checked luggage ( so I had to pay a hefty fee for it ) and also my 20" wheeled case that was ok in all the other flights I took it with me, this time was oversized and overweight . My wife took out the 2 laptops so it became within weight limits but still oversized - My wife paid for the fee ( I wasn't there at the time and she is not a such experienced flyier as I am ) . When I found out about the fee, I checked their rules and I found out that the hand luggage is allowed to be 22" . I saw in the airplane a lot of people with cases having the same size as mine, that went as checked luggage at a cost fo around 40 . I want to see how can I get my money back . . ."

There was a screen at each seat where you could watch movies or TV, listen to music, or track your flight. The entertainment was free, and the crew provided free earphones. Blankets and pillows were provided."

The flight was on a very small plane for a transatlantic flight. It was more suitable for a mid-distance domestic flight. The plane was also quite old and its entertainment systems repeatedly froze and shut down. Finally, the airline charged for most food and drinks--on an international flight. I will avoid Lufthansa and its partner, United, in the future. Also, the airports are a disastrous mess, with long lines and huge numbers of flights delayed (although this is beyond the airline's control). Both my flights were delayed substantially.
My flight was cancelled and Air cañada said they didn’t even have that flight number or my name in their computer. Does this mean Kayak somehow messed up with the letters/ number sequence? No one would help me at the airport. Lufthansa said it was Air cañadas fault and I had gotten two messages from Kayak, one was at 6 am(I had already called a ride so I was going an hour earlier ) then after 2 hours at airport I get my message from Kayak(Ricky) saying sorry your flight is cancelled? Then, like I say, no one would even put me on standby for another flight as my numbers you gave me did not match. Can you please get me on a flight home? No later than Monday, please? I am out of money
Voo com atraso, Equipe atenciosa. Entretenimento não se aplica. Tivemos problema com a liberação da bagagem, ficamos mais de uma hora na esteira à espera da bagagem sem nenhuma informação. O problema foi com a bagagem de todos os passageiros. Depois de uma hora e trinta quando formou-se uma enorme fila para reclamar as malas a bagagem foi lebrada. Até então nenhuma informação. Muitos passageiros habitantes de Munique foram embora e suas bagagens estavam na esteira.
On my way from Denver to Munich the flight was delayed. The pilot himself said he couldn't explain the reason for the 1 hour delay. The delay resulted in almost everyone on the flight missing their connections, including me and my husband. No effort was made to help passengers with tight connections to get off the plane and to their gates faster. After an international flight, the last thing you want is an 8-hour layover where you've no choice but to remain awake and exhausted for an unhealthy amount of time. As a pitiful expression of apology, Lufthansa gave us a 10 euro voucher to use in the Munich airport--not even enough for a full, hot meal. Not to mention that checking in for both my flight to and from my destination city was very stressful because of an abundance of travelers and a clear understaffing on the airline's side. Even though I came two hours early to check in for my return flight, I only had ten minutes at the gate before it was boarded. The whole experience was rushed and stressful and inefficient. The worst part, though, was that one of my checked bags was returned to me with my clothes sticking out of it and some speciality cheese I bought entirely missing. I have also found it really difficult to get in touch with the Lufthansa customer service. They claim in emails with my flight information that I especially requested that my reservation number be withheld from me (I never requested this). The loss of this number has made it nearly impossible for me to register complaints without calling the airline and wasting hours of time. I would greatly reconsider ever booking with this airline again.
OMG! The 5/21/2022 flight was canceled after we were on board over 3 hours! NO AIR CANADA rep to help! No Air Canada gate to check in with. It was total chaos at the Lisbon airport. Trying to get out today, 5/22/2022, the Air Canada agent said we. needed a new Covid test, only to find out AFTER we paid 20EU, that it was NOT needed. They were not educated on the rules, even though they knew they were checking in people from the canceled flight. Totally UNACCEPTABLE! I will never fly Air Canada again, operated. Y Lufthansa. I plan to post on Facebook and Twitter how bad this was.

Assigned seating at the time of purchase and knock offs the Nick and dining to choose a seat. What a bunch of crooks. No mention of this was made when I purchased the flight -EVERY SEAT HAD A FEE! Delayed take off at origin and connection- HIW ABOUT A REFUND FIR MY ANXIETY? Very disappointed.
A330 were a bit older and started to look a little run down but with the correct seat selection in business (even A seats) a very comfortable ride. Crew was fantastic

The aircraft and the entertainment system were quite old and needs to be replaced. Loved the AVML meal on this flight, was a very good and well thought out Asian vegetarian meal with a slight European twist to it.
I’m a bigger guy and I had wiggle room and could fully stretch my legs in economy plus. We were very happy with this flight.

Total rip off. Does basic economy mean you pay for the ticket but no guarantee you will fly????
O vôo atrasou 1 hora, até aí tudo bem. Prefiro chegar atrasada e bem do que não chegar. Mas o problema foi o pouso em Helsinki, o avião desceu extremamente rápido, foi assustador, as pessoas se assustaram, o ouvido doeu bastante, o do meu esposo doeu durante 2 dias. Parecia que tinha estourado os tímpanos. Tivemos a sensação de que havia tido uma despressurização. Assustador.
Business class crew was extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast likewise - tasty, healthy and substantial. All in all, the flight itself was great, so kudos to Finnair. What a contrast, then, to the pitiable Terminal 8 at JFK, where it was almost impossible to even find a seat (no exaggeration!) before security.
Way too small plane to handle hand luggage from full flight.
Prós: "Plane was clean, plenty of leg room, cabin crew was friendly, flight was on time."
Contras: "Checking in was a nightmare of inefficiency. I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-"
Contras: "Not much help at the airport my luggage was lost"
Contras: "The transfer was a disaster. We had to go through the security check (even though the transfer was in the Schengen area) and almost missed our connecting flight."
Contras: "My headphones didn’t work"
Prós: "The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected."
Contras: "The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start."
Prós: "Super quiet and comfortable flight, dedicated service, punctuality."
Contras: "I liked it all."

Prós: "The shortest flight time between NYC and St. Petersburg Russia. Good connecting time, smooth transition in Helsinki."
Contras: "I have never used this airline before and as it was highly rated, I was glad to give it a try. The seats were crammed together very tightly, even for me, a short person! So, the flight was uncomfortable. Then the food was poor. The selection of films was uninspired. The service was indifferent, disinterested, ungenerous. There was something meager, miserly in the whole experience. They are obviously maximizing profits at the expense of the customer, who seems totally disregarded. I would not choose this airline again!"
Prós: "The flight was on time and everything ran smoothly."
Contras: "It was a bit confusing that the tv's came out out the seats, an announcement about that would have been helpful."
Contras: "Sellling snacks during the flight (to a captive clientele) makes the process noticibly less pleasant than in the days when Finnair (generously) provided snacks to everyone."
Prós: "They gave us a warm cloth to wash our hands and face at the beginning of the flight. There was a bottle of water there too. We were constantly offered various drinks, especially water. The staff was extremely friendly and each of the flight attendants spoke about 4 languages."
Contras: "The entertainment system wasn't the best I've seen as of late. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice if they updated it!"
Contras: "I ended up sitting in the last row although arrived at the airport early, but was placed on standby."
Prós: "Well this was a first for me. The flight was overbooked and some one wanted to go to New York. Finn Air asked me if I would give up my seat they would get me on the next Finn Air flight to Chicago. I did and they even up graded me to business class on the next flight. It was the best flight experience of my life. Great food, hosts, and service. It was very comfortable the entire way."
Prós: "Friendly service, lots of movies, Marimekko design."
Contras: "Seats too close together front to back. If the person in front of you lies down the back of their seat is in your face."
Prós: "Blueberry juice. And best coffee I ever had on an airplane."

Prós: "I LOVED my stewardist. This man was so incredibly kind to me and the service he gave me had me questioning if it's usually appropriate to tip them. I wish I knew this mans name so I could rave about him but I unfortunately didn't catch it."
Contras: "Let me start out by saying this was my first transcontinental, longer than 2hour flight...I am extremely upset that I paid the extra money to choose my seat and when booking I chose that I wanted a window seat, well I ended up smack in the middle of the plane with a person on each side of me so I wasn't even able to sleep the entire 7 hour 9p-9am flight. Also when I attempted to check in 24hours prior in order to make sure I got a seat id be happy with it said that it wasn't available for my flight so I couldn't check in and I couldn't chose a seat but regardless I still should've gotten the seat I wanted bc of my preferences at booking. Don't pay the extra to ensure your seat it's a total rip off"
Prós: "The fact the plane didn't crash"
Contras: "Couldn't check in online- extremely slow at counters to get my checked bags, forced a meal of curry since I was in back of plane and there were no more 'non-vegan meals'- smelled NASTY! Ignored a lot by attendants bc rushed to get to back of plane attendant area and chat. Tv could barely be seen from window and then volume/distortion was awful while flying. The attendants were gaga about a screaming baby but ignored the rest of us"
Prós: "Boarded, departed on time arrived early. Food was good snd served timely. Attendents were very friendly"
Prós: "The crew was very much professionals, worked fast."
Contras: "I had a seat on an aisle, which was good. But, the TV / video screen did not work. Luckily there wasn't a passenger next to me, and I used that screen. I told the steward, but never got help with the screen. I had to " Lean " for the 9 hours. The bathrooms became gross after 5 hours. I don't need to explain."
Prós: "Polite and friendly flight attendants, smooth boarding procedure"
Contras: "Trash everywhere on the plan by mid flight.... Broken tv screen"

Contras: "Crew members were almost non-existent. Saw them beginning and end of flight only and this was not even red eye flight. Food quality was very poor for premium seating. Many on board had to approach flight crew in back of cabin to get something to drink throughout he 10 hour flight."

Contras: "When I booked my ticket a month in advance, British Airways was going to charge me extra for trying to book my seating in advance. They told me it would be free if I called 24hrs before the flight. I called 24hrs before and they told me they could not book my seats because the airport owned the seating. My first flight was with American Airlines, they gave me a boarding pass, however for my leg with British Airways, I had to go get ANOTHER boarding pass to board the flight. This airline was very inconvenient and I felt scammed booking with them. I would not recommend this airline to anyone!"
Prós: "Crew was generally friendly. Leg room in coach was ok. The price was good."
Contras: "Kayak sent misleading check in announcements. Namely, telling us to check in with Finnair, where it would not let us check in on line and no one answered the phone. We ultimately checked in with American, which was operating the flight. Not a customer friendly process. American should be embarrassed to serve meals. We think people will eat the gruel because they paid for it. No choice of entertainment. How 1990s. If this is the new American Airlines Lord help us."
Prós: "The crew was friendly and very accommodating. Inflight entertainment had many choices, had a wonderful relaxing time. The food was not too good but then again it's airplane food. Overall, recommend the experience."

Very disorganised and inefficient boarding procedure compounds the disorganised nature of the Indore airport. Crew announced that a system would be followed based on those passengers that paid for expedited boarding, those with children and those in the military etc. However the system was not implemented. Not sure why IndiGo does not use and enforce zonal boarding. A/C not working on bus transporting passengers to aircraft and information system indicating flight information not working either. Given this leg happened after sunset there was very poor lighting on boarding ramps at both Indore and Mumbai.
Last minute gate change … from jetway to bus, delayed boarding … too much waiting on the bus to board.
Contras: "In Kiwi i couldnt add extra baggage weight. I had to pay extra in the baggage drop in"
Prós: "Seat felt very uncomfortable and as though it was about to break! Very cramped."

Contras: "I booked my flight through Kayak, which redirected me to Kiwi.com. They in turn booked my flight and sent me my tickets in an attachment that wouldn't open. When I tried multiple computers, the website said, system down. So I couldn't print my itinerary. Hence, when I got to the airport, they wouldn't let me in. After two hours of people telling me "No no no", someone finally figured out that kiwi had used some unique credit card number under my fellow passenger's name. I had struggled and argued for two hours. Finally someone knew and recognized the issue and helped us. In the nick of time, we were allowed on board."
