Contras: "I think I have gotten used to Asiana's and Korean Airlines'. It just didn't seem to measure up to their business class service. The food (which has been highly rated!) I found to be just mediocre. Maybe it's because I was living in Asia for eight years and had become more accustom to asian cuisine?? I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

When my wife landed n told me I was extremely happy that they saw her with a baby and gave my wife n son that option to sit in first class then be tied up in economy and no so comfortable. Contras: "After waiting around in the airport for almost 10 hours we were finally told the flight was cancelled and my direct flight turned into a taxi transfer and 3 flights with a day lost on my vacation. I was not offered any compensation however I heard some passengers were given $7 food vouchers to be spent only in a small convenience store that was the only store open."

I didn't like that I bought a ticket from Finnair, got emails from Finnair, for some reason couldn't check in early on the Finnair website, arrived at the airport, waited in the absurdly long check-in line for Finnair only to find out that they had no record of me and I wasn't flying Finnair. Actually, I was on an American Airlines flight."
Contras: "First of all, though this was booked as a Finnair flight, Finnair was never part of the process after the booking. We rec'd an email from Kayak saying we could check in 36 hrs early - not so. Even at the 24 hr mark, we were unable to check in via Finnair - had to go to British Airways. Finnair was not represented at either airport - British Airways. On the return, British Airways canceled our flight (2 hrs before takeoff), and we could not get a non-stop flight home. This meant that we had to change terminals, retrieve our bags at the layover, recheck, etc. which of course, added 3 hrs to the original length of the trip. Where's our compensation? We paid for a round trip non-stop flight."

O que podia ter corrido melhor: Estava super satisfeita com lugares que nos foram atribuídos aquando da compra dos bilhetes e chegados ao avião, Alteraram os nosso lugares.
O comandante foi sensacional, saudou os passageiros olhando para todos. Explicou o motivo do atraso. Foi extremamente simpático convidando crianças e depois "crianças grandes" a visitarem a cabine enquanto aguardávamos a liberação da decolagem! Sensacional!!!
Voo impecável. Houve uma senhora que se sentiu mal, com ataques de pânico. Podiam ter levado para uma área do avião mais confortável mas não sei se há. Um dos tripulantes nao a largou e cuidou dela e do bebé, foi super!
Voo cancelado e sem possibilidade de reprogramação em até 48 hs.
Estava um calor absurdo dentro do avião.
Tivemos um atraso de mais de uma hora. É inaceitável tendo em conta que era o voo inaugural da rota para Porto Santo.

They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

Contras: "Black group seemed to be singled out for more than one bag hand luggage but others were not. They were the only black group on the plane. Others let through with more bags 1ith no question."
Contras: "The airline does not have kiosk check-in. You are checked in automatically, and if you buy through a third party, your boarding pass is emailed to you. Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. At the check-in desk, the clerk told us that if we couldn't show him our boarding pass, he would charge us 30GBP to print them. He was a complete jerk. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."

The treatment and the attitude from the personnel at the check in counter was rude, they were short and unkind The staff member in charge of charging for checking was incredibly slow, there were 4 people in line including me and it took her 40 minutes to charge me the 30 euros This was after I already stood in line for the ticket for another 30 mins I almost missed my flight due to their poor handling"

Contras: "Very rude boarding staff on ground. Tried to charge me for the hand luggage but did put a small luggage sticker on when I didn't respond. Seats do not recline so most people slept on the pull down tray as a pillow."

Contras: "I didn't receive my online check in details so I couldn't check in. I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."

After calling the 3rd party (kiwi) that kayak sold the ticket through, they were extremely unhelpful and could not accommodate me at all to try to get me on a flight to make my work obligation. Needless to say I missed the meeti"

Contras: "Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"
Contras: "Could not board at 1 PM to Amsterdam from Lisbon as plane was seriously overbooked. Had to go around the airport to get my own luggage and to get new tickets issues to Barcelone that night and then a flight the next day to my destination in Amsterdam. I lost 20 hours, much of that time to get my flight and luggage rerouted. No Vueling représentative at Lisbon airport! Compensation is not easily obtained through website as advertised. Worse experience in 60 years of flying 10,000 miles a year."

Contras: "I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

Contras: "Bad check-in by Vueling staff. They kept changing the time to check-in. At first the sign said "All Destinations" with no restriction on check-in. Nest, while we were in the line, they changed the sign to say you could only check-in 2 hours before the flight and then, when we got to the front of the line, they said it was 2 1/2 hours. Very rude in response to our questions."
