Contras: Ryanair cancelled our return flights on a day of our evening initial flight, though our government implemented a quarantine a few days before! Nevertheless the initial flight took place, though nobody understands how the airport under a ban of regular air traffic allowed Ryanair to fly! My online refund form does not work, as thousands of people are now struggling with the same - a notification pops up on invalidity of our booking number! Ryanair is s shame!

The website is glitchy. The fee for bringing checked luggage was very high. We won't use this airline again.

Contras: Better management of certain unruly passengers causing a scene by taking seats which were not for them because they can’t be bothered to book two seats together during the booking process and try and take a short cut when it comes to getting on the plane.

Prós: Agradou ter conseguido um preço low costs. Mas sinceramente poderia ter pago um bilhete mais caro e voado noutra companhia com mais conforto .

Contras: Demasiados atrasos. Temos que esperar o embarque a céu aberto na chuva e no frio. Péssimo ... E não tem nada para pessoas alérgicas a lactose e glúten.

Prós: Courteous , helpful staff

Contras: Very basic plane ( it is an economy flight) so expected I guess.

Contras: Typical indifference at Lisbon where we were sent to the gate at expected time but there was no plane - it left 40 mins late. So we left an area with seating, toilets etc and stood for 90 mins waiting to board. They KNEW there was no plane - we saw it arrive AFTER our supposed takeoff time. They'll blame the airport info but it must be sorted. Everywhere, every time we come last. No more flying for us.

Prós: The size of hand luggage

Prós: You get what you pay for. That is exactly what easyJet is. Do not accept anything more. Some passengers decide that they are allowed 2,3 even 4 pieces of hand luggage! That annoys the crew and they make EVERYONE check the sizes of the luggage. That is just annoying. You know you’re only allowed one piece. Why bring more? To get from a to b this is the best service you’ll ever find. I have used it many time and have had no problems, personally. It’s amazing value for money.

Contras: Annoying people who think that they can get away with more hand luggage. It’s not going to work. Stop doing this as the crew will make you put it all in one bag. It’s not worth it!! Pay for an extra bag if you need to!! It just annoys the rest of us!

Prós: Did not rush to board the plane, waited until the very end. No point. Got allocated seats anyway. Got on to plane smoothly.

Contras: Leg room!! Either my legs have grown or those seats are getting closer!!

Prós: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.

Contras: They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace.

Prós: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Contras: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Prós: the length of the flight and check in was fast with the machine

Contras: the boarding was chaotic, the airport and airline staff were confused and disorganized, the flight was delayed, we had to walk on the tarmac which was completely open to the street (I could have just walked straight to the plane without going through the airport at all basically), the leg room inside the plane is so tight that my knees were almost touching the back of the seat in front of me and I am only 5 feet tall, a bottle of water was 6 British pounds which is a ridiculous price, the landing was less than stellar

Contras: Security check protocols and stuff didn’t helped to process the access caused me my flight lose. I missed the flight and didn’t travel

Prós: Crew excellent, really looked after a single mum who's very young son kicked off on take off. Very helpful, always friendly. Pilots kept us updated at regular intervals.

Contras: Disembarkation at Bristol Airport could have been a lot better. Had to wait on board for ground crew to arrive.

Prós: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

Contras: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Contras: Flight delayed Not enough food on plane. Boarding took forever long long queues at Lisbon but security was surprisingly fast. Landed 40 min late

Contras: It was 2 hours late which meant we missed our train and got home 4 hours late

Contras: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Contras: We were stuck in the runway for an hour before taking off. I was late for my connection.
