Prós: Fomos capazes de trazer nossos backpacks de tamanho normal como itens pessoais, embora eles foram certamente maiores do que o pequeno limite de tamanho de item pessoal.

Contras: Tivemos uma experiência terrível com a obtenção de check-in on-line e adicionar um saco verificado. Inúmeras questões entrando em contato com a empresa e a equipe do call center foi rude e inútil. O site é glitchy. A taxa para trazer bagagem verificada foi muito alta. Nós não usaremos esta companhia aérea outra vez.

Prós: On time, smooth and professional

Contras: Nothing - the best part of this flight is that is so short :)

Prós: The staff handled everything really well. Continuously being updated to the delay reasons.

Contras: Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours.

Prós: Comfortable flight. Generally good service.

Contras: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Prós: Crew was friendly

Prós: Being able to check in quickly and weigh and tag my own luggage.

Contras: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Prós: Crew was just ok nothing more nothing less.. The general service of easy jet its better for me not operate...

Contras: Just to behave to people like human beings... I wont never choose this particular airline to travel..it was my last one..

Contras: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Contras: Delayed boarding, delayed takeoff, delayed landing. Everything was done so slowly that we nearly misssed our connection.

Prós: Bulkhead seat Good choice of movies

Contras: Seat recline broken. Sarcastic male steward. Terrible food. Contracted Norovirus from the plane. Need to better disinfect between flights.

Prós: LOVED having a bit of space to stand and stretch without being in crews way! Bathrooms kept clean. Crew very helpful attentive and cheerful

Contras: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.

Prós: It was on time and everything went well

Prós: Much more comfortable than I expected. Attentive flight attendants.

Contras: Overnight sleeping in extended seats in Business Class were cramped.

Prós: Crew is very attentive and working hard during trying times.

Contras: My chairs screen in particular was very difficult to use because the touch screen was not working 90% of the time.

Prós: The free entertainment

Contras: Delayed 19 hrs due to crew illness. We were given a hotel room but the promised meal vouchers did not come through and BA would not answer the phone calls of the hotel staff to verify meal money. Missed a whole day of our vacation as we could not reschedule our connection until 24 hrs late. After the long wait the first day to be told what was going on, with much anxiety, on the second day there was also a delay boarding. Although it was short, of course everyone was on edge. And BA did not tell us what was happening!!

Contras: Poor queuing system Very poor food Four hour trip and they only served a pack of crisps and a juice glass No other choice, no option to purchase you stay hungry and thirsty till the end

Contras: A refund. I tried to cancel but.they would not let me.

Contras: We had a terrible experience with getting checked in online and adding a checked bag. Numerous issues getting in touch with the company and the call centre staff was rude and unhelpful. The website is glitchy. The fee for bringing checked luggage was very high. We won't use this airline again.

Contras: The flight was delayed because of meteorological issues, and the time we had to wait on the plane could be minimized with some food and water

Prós: Flight was 30 minutes faster than schedule

Contras: Ryanair cancelled our return flights on a day of our evening initial flight, though our government implemented a quarantine a few days before! Nevertheless the initial flight took place, though nobody understands how the airport under a ban of regular air traffic allowed Ryanair to fly! My online refund form does not work, as thousands of people are now struggling with the same - a notification pops up on invalidity of our booking number! Ryanair is s shame!

Contras: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Prós: Agradou ter conseguido um preço low costs. Mas sinceramente poderia ter pago um bilhete mais caro e voado noutra companhia com mais conforto .

Contras: Demasiados atrasos. Temos que esperar o embarque a céu aberto na chuva e no frio. Péssimo ... E não tem nada para pessoas alérgicas a lactose e glúten.

Prós: No it wasn't comfortable, a regular seat.

Contras: - The crew was in a playful attitude, seems like they were not working at all, took their jobs as a joke - no kind of entertainment at all

Contras: More one and half hour fight delay. Plus terrible queue at border control.

Contras: They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace.

Contras: Their ticket manager cancelled our boarding because my boyfriend threw a suitcase tag on the floor The worst airlines in the history of my travels

Prós: On time, clean on the plane.

Contras: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Contras: Was good flight overall, clean, friendly staff,

Contras: Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy.

Prós: It was very quick and arrived ahead of time.

Contras: Too many passengers taking oversized cases on flight. As a result delays whilst luggage was removed into the hold

Contras: Very basic plane ( it is an economy flight) so expected I guess.

Contras: They ran out of diet coke and coke zero literally right after takeoff which is a joke!

Contras: We paid to check the bag In and when we arrived the girl could not see this. We showed her clearly the paper then she charged ya and realised she had made a mistake but couldn't refund us. Terrible experience. Don't use the.

Contras: Could n't do a computer preboard. Seem like there is always a last minute gate change. Had to go to the airport to sort 'tickets not valid' message on TAP's app.

Contras: Better management of certain unruly passengers causing a scene by taking seats which were not for them because they can’t be bothered to book two seats together during the booking process and try and take a short cut when it comes to getting on the plane.

Prós: 1) The seats did NOT recline 2) Packing density was not as bad as I expected 3) No surprises

Contras: The members at the checkin desk did not speak english well and would not do a required visa check that the website said needed to be done to validate our boarding passes.
