Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.
No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.
Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

It was extremely difficult to keep my seat back up which created an uncomfortable angle for my back on a 9 hour flight. The cabin was extremely warm and there was little airflow. Contras: "We were scheduled for a 55 minute layover in Zurich which was not nearly enough time. Our plane was 10 minutes late in landing but our next flight was delayed 5 minutes. We had to take a bus from the plane to the terminal, go through immigration with very long lines, take a tram to our departure terminal and then run to our gate which was at the end of a very long hallway. Luckily they held the plane but it was very stressful and exhausting getting to our plane."

Gostei particularmente da configuração da aeronave e a alimentação é péssima. Para servir aquele sanduiche é melhor não oferecer nada!!
Vôo convencional sem nada de especial
Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.
Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.
Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

Contras: "I contacted Turkish Airlines 4x times before my flight to learn how to deal with excess medical baggage, mobility assistance, and meal assistance. The Customer Call Center claimed to have made all of my necessary reservation updates for all of my special meal, medical, and mobility assistance needs. They did not! When I arrived at Check-In, there were no notes about any of my requests, nor services prepared to facilitate them. I spent over 30-45 minutes escalating the situation to the Shift Manager who had to contact the central call center and her own manager, just to find out what to do about medical baggage, what's permitted, etc. I was embarrassed for their employees, who not only didn't know their own company policy on the matter, nor were they aware of the industry standard. After much arguing, yelling and threats, the Check-In desk agents finally allowed my excess medical baggage and equipment without extra charge. I still received no mobility assistance to begin my travel after Check-In to my departure gate, nor were they prepared to offer this to me in Istanbul. Again, after a long wait, much yelling, screaming, and arguing, I was finally provided mobility assistance just in time for my flight. I almost missed my flight due to Turkish Airlines not putting my request in the system, nor caring enough about the traveler to do so at Check-In. When I arrived in Belgrade, 3x pieces of my luggage were destroyed and unusable again, medical equipment was damaged, and I filed a claim with Turkish Airlines. They tried every way possible not to pay, but finally offered a meager claim, nothing close to what it cost for the damage caused or to repair or replacement the destroyed luggage or medical equipment. Turkish Airlines is the Grey Hound of travel, sure they might be large, offer many itineraries and frequent travel, but their quality, customer service and professionalism leave them amongst the bottom feeders, still 3rd world in mentality, form and function. No honor, no integrity, no class. No reason to ever fly with Turkish again, and I'm happy to tell everyone I know not to fly with them!"

Contras: "We did not like anything about the trip to Houston from Istanbul. To sart with, we were told by Turkish Airline staff to go to the gate more than 1 hour EARLIER than the flight to Houston. Once we arrived at the gate, we were told "I cannot help you with anything about your flight. That is another department" and we to wait our turn and wait for someone to take us down the jetway. We waited for 75 minutes (1.25 hours) until after EVERY OTHER PASSENGER was on board. The flight attendant was unresponsive to us, talked down to my husband and me in a way that was insulting, rude, demeaning and very nasty. When another passenger complained that he did not get the seat that the attendant just changed for him, FOUR flight attendants helped him - one person got on the phone with someone (I don't know who), another went down to his seat to see where he was sitting. Yet another came and tried to explain why they couldn't help and finally a fourth tried to speak with another attendant on board. Whether or not his problem was solved, I don't know, but this was in the middle of our conversation (with only one attendant, I will add), and so his attention was taken away from us and put on him. Our seats were changed from seats closest to the bathroom to the middle of the plane. My husband cannot walk so 14 rows walking was not possible. I will say that finally, it took three volunteers who offered their seats to us to sit near the much needed bathroom. Regarding being seated near the bathrooms, when we asked for an aisle chair (that they told us they had on board) we were told to "stand there. we will get one in around 10 minutes). And, the wheelchair was sent all the way to the BAGGAGE CLAIM and NOT GATE CHECKED, when we arrived in Houston, we can clearly see the frame is bent, the wheels are out of alignment and the brake is also bent out of shape. The wheelchair is a custom made chair just for my husband. We will be sending Turkish Airlines the bill for a new chair if it cannot be repaired. I hope you can see to address these problems. I am not hopeful it is not normally like this for Jews who wear their head coverings. Decided to do their own thing rather than what the airline allows. It's almost like they lacked training or just don't want to learn. No accountability whatsoever as one of the employee said "it's not like it's gonna affect my job anyways". Poor poor terrible customer service, no courtesy, no etiquette. I can go on and on but ain't nobody got time for their negativity."

Also I love the food, my wife and I are vegan and we requested a vegan menu in advance before the fly and the menu was delicious, fresh and healthy!! Contras: "This flight was a terrible experience and the longest day of my life!! That having been said, Turkish airlines had little control over most of it. I could tell the staff was just as tired of the long day as I was, but they held it together and performed adequately. I thought we were all going to die on the landing! I don't know what happened, but I was waiting any moment for the 777 to just roll and go up in flames! It took 1 hour and a half to get our checked bags. Don't know if there is a way to speed that up, but it was the icing on the cake after having spent 16 hours on the plane."

Contras: "The flight was delayed for nearly 2 hrs, that in itself is not an issues, traffic delays do happen. However, the fact that captain choose not to run air conditioning to save fuel and main cabin, even after numerous requests, was 95 degrees for 2 hrs combined with the fact that airline did not submitted travel information to US Border Protection that also added another 1.5 hrs to clear customs is totally unacceptable... Although THY has the most direct route to/from Moldova from Houston, in the future, I'll most likely will spend more money and more time just to avoid it..."

Turkish airline staff was horribly rude, wouldn't acknowledge their mistakes, very uninforming and all of it to pretty much force you to pay the airline more money in penalty fees for changing flight arrangements and new ticket purchases. And be careful THEY DON'T have any announcement on the intercom system at Attaturk (I had no clue as to that being the case there, nor have I ever been at an airport that doesn't). No boarding announcement, no gate change announcement, no nothing.....and if and when you miss a flight because you didn't know the gate changed while you're sitting at what you thought was your gate and no one bothered to let you know (including the person who checked your boarding pass when you came into that gate area, it's down hill from there! They will tell you it's your fault and not give a dam* what you say to argue otherwise....and......if you don't pay the penalty they dictate to change your flight ($1114 on a $780 ticket in my case so I purchased another ticket on Turkish air on my own for $236 to get me where I was going), they WILL cancel your return flight without telling you, at which point you will have to buy a new ticket to get back home and they end up getting the money out of you regardless. This was an absolute nightmare of a trip, couple with being treated like dirt by everyone at the airport. I will not ever again fly Turkish Air if I can help it."

o voo de conexão foi atrasado em 6 horas e com isso perdi o voo internacional. Fiquei 28 horas no aeroporto de Atlanta , me colocaram em um outro voo para Miami para tentar pegar um voo para sp de lá porém o voo deu pane elétrica e tive que ficar em Atlanta. No voo para SP o entretenimento de bordo não funcionou. Demorei 53 horas em um percurso que deveria de 12 horas. Foi péssimo 0 assistência 0 Paciência
O voo era 13 hrs Atrasou para 14:50 E fomos finalmente voar às 17:36 Perdi minha conexão de Atlanta para sp e estou sem suporte

Contras: "Foi um pesadelo. A Delta jogava a culpa na Gol que jogava para a Decolar. Isto de meia noite até as 3 da manhã no aeroporto do Galeão. Só consegui ser realocada em outro vôo da Gol para os Estados Unidos no dia seguinte, Tive que sair do aeroporto SantosDumond no Rio para Brasília em 19/dez à noite para só pegar outro voo no dia 20//dez pela manhã. Todas as despesas de hotel, alimentação e transporte em Brasília foram custeadas por mim. Não recomendo comprar passagens internacionais pela Decolar.com. Principalmente se houver mais de uma cia aérea envolvida na mesma viagem"

Kinda curious how you forgot to load a plane with food for purchase and how did the crew not notice in advance? I would think that is one of their checks of the cabin. Not mention who ever signed off saying they filled the plane with food for purchase lied. Very frustrating not only for the crew but for the passengers."
Contras: "Entertainment Poor. Not to many movie for 14 hours trip"
Boarding in NCL is really bad. I'm sure part of that is a directive from the airport that KLM can't change but part of that is due to KLM policy. NCL doesn't announce the gate of departure until 30 minutes before departure. However, when you arrive at the gate area, the gate agents file everyone into one long line and everyone boards from one line at one time. This line can stretch for 200m...easily. There is a separate line for groups 1 and 2 but you don't know it until you get to the gate area and agents don't announce/advertise it. Everyone else is grouped into one line. Are you in group 3? Doesn't matter...you board with group 5. Traveling with a child? Tough luck...you're stuck at the end of the line and board last. The last part is very annoying because none of the gates at NCL (with the exception of 1 used by Emirates) has a jetway. To board, you must leave the gate area, walk downstairs, walk onto the tarmac and walk up stairs to board the plane. Highly challenging if you're traveling with small children. That boarding process begs for a concession to allow people with children to board first because they will need extra time. But there is no such policy. Just a really horrible boarding experience all around.

O assento 6A estava um pouco sujo e a comida deixou a desejar (opção faltando, muito peixe/frutos do mar)
A diferença pra mim foi em relação a tripulação. Estavam sempre muito gentis, alegres, atenderam a todos com rapidez e atenção.Parabéns para a equipe!

O atendimento foi ótimo, seja no embarque seja no avião, todos muito atenciosos...
Voo atrasou uma hora para aguardar passageiros em conexão.
Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

It was a good thing that I had bought sandwiches before boarding. Return flight LHR to LAX was on BA and the main course of chicken and mashed potatoes was substantially larger and tastier."
Contras: "First of all, though this was booked as a Finnair flight, Finnair was never part of the process after the booking. We rec'd an email from Kayak saying we could check in 36 hrs early - not so. Even at the 24 hr mark, we were unable to check in via Finnair - had to go to British Airways. Finnair was not represented at either airport - British Airways. On the return, British Airways canceled our flight (2 hrs before takeoff), and we could not get a non-stop flight home. This meant that we had to change terminals, retrieve our bags at the layover, recheck, etc. which of course, added 3 hrs to the original length of the trip. Where's our compensation? We paid for a round trip non-stop flight."
Contras: "The food was terrible , the flight was canceled from Paris to phila , i didn't know til 8 pm . It was very hard to have an other flight from London to phila. A lot of souffering for me ."
Prós: "Blueberry juice - nice change for sodas and so refreshing! The lady captain's announcements were very clear, light and fun...and perfect in three different languages...her enjoyment came across professionally...truly catering to her passengers. She flew that plane also so very smoothly!"
Prós: "The crew was friendlier than on the other airlines we took on our trip. The seats were cramped (coming from someone average height) and the middle and window seats have a combined under the seat compartment so you don't feel like you have personal space. I wish the breakfast was more substantial, but other than that it was a wonderful flight and I would definitely take it again!"
Prós: "Maybe they should call these flights "Byzantine Airways". Finnair doesn't fly Boston to London, so my Finnair flight was on British Airways, but I did it that way because BA wanted more money that day. As a flight, it was OK. I don't think I have much to say about Finnair."
