THEN... the flight crew had been working too long and they had to send another crew which took 4 extra hours. 17 hours from Lisbon to Newark is unacceptable! It could have all been avoided with a larger plane."

They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"

Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. Also our flight had electrical and engine problems at our first stop in Freetown. Once we landed in Monrovia, it took about 35mins for them to let us off the plane because the doors were not working and opening up. Once we finally got off the plane, it took a whole 2 hours for them to get our baggage e off the plane because spmething was wrong and they couldnot access the baggage to take it off. I am aware that planes can “fly with one engine”, but flying a plane with one engine along with it having electrical problems is not safe and A RISK! why take that risk of something bad happening, not only would lives of innocent people and their crew get lost, but that is a million dollar assest that could get lost and a PR nightmare. It is a shame they took that risk. They also dodnt tell us until we landed. Had I known before we took off at Freetown I would have gladly fot off and found another mode of transportation to get to my final destination. SN Brussels is know to send their sh*tty planes to Africa, because there are always problems with the planes heading to that continent. It is just another obvious proof of their racism."

At the gate, it wasn't clear where the boarding lines were compared to the lines to see a desk clerk and no one was around to explain what was going on. We didn't know if there was another check going on or it was a boarding line."

There were over 200 people in line extending out the door and no one was present to explain what was happening. Soon additional clerks arrived and the line began to move, but it took 45 minutes. The gate area was not large enough for all the passengers and there were seats for only a few while we waited and waited."

I will observe this as I travel back to Brussel and on to US."

Also on one flight while we have already been on the plane the light was delayed by over an hour, because they overbooked or something- it was pretty hell inside, very hot- and no one has even offered a warer. recommendation: avoid."

The resulting fracas resorted in several heated arguments, and seemed close to a fist fight. One grounds crew member on the jetway was extraordinarily rude. Wish I knew her name to report it. This was truly the worst flight experience of my life, and I am a frequent traveler."
Prós: "When I landed to Casablanca I noticed my final flight is delayed over 8 hrs to the next morning. The staffs were extremely rude (walked away when I asked for my bag retrieval) and minimally helpful and dishonest. I missed the hotel shuttle that's arranged and when I took a taxi on my own the next day I was scammed."

They cancelled all of my flight legs because I missed an intermediate flight leg and did not notify me. I found out at the airport when I was about to take my last leg. I understand some airlines have policies around no shows but this airline did not have the decency to even notify me of the cancellation so I could plan around it."

Ultimately I ended up in a hotel room around 5am where i am now until my flight at 23:25 tonight. It was annoying and a hassle overall not just for myself but everyone involved including those who patiently tried to help but didn't really know where to send me as well as my driver and family waiting for me in Sierra Leone."

After explaining that we can't eat that food, otherwise we would have ordered it, they said it's normal and that we should have brought food. They didn't even apologize. Their careless behavior was rude and unacceptable. How can u let 5 people go hungry for 7 hours? The bathrooms were so dirty and smelled! There was urine on the floor and I heard many passengers mention it to them, they still didn't clean it. It definitely the last time I fly Royal Air Maroc. It saddens me to not use the local airline. Especially since I'm born in that Country. I, sadly can not recommand this airline to anyone who eats Kosher."
