I couldn’t get over how there were cameras to look at outside of the plane for those who didn’t have window seats as it helped with some landing anxiety. Contras: "Voo com atraso de 40 minutos. Não deixaram os passageiros com conceção sair primeiro. Não havia ninguém para nos acompanhar. Ninguem sabia dar informações viemos para o hotel sem bagagem porque ninguém sabia quando chegava."

Contras: "We were scheduled for a 55 minute layover in Zurich which was not nearly enough time. Our plane was 10 minutes late in landing but our next flight was delayed 5 minutes. We had to take a bus from the plane to the terminal, go through immigration with very long lines, take a tram to our departure terminal and then run to our gate which was at the end of a very long hallway. Luckily they held the plane but it was very stressful and exhausting getting to our plane."

Contras: "2.5 hour delay, missed connection, arrived more than 5 hours after originally planned. Entertainment system did not function. Crew did not collect garbage/unused items prior to landing and I was holding garbage in my hands during landing (and some spilled on my lap)."

Contras: "Entertainment monitor kept stopping, then going, fast forward, then fast reverse. Watched a 1 hour 10 minute movie that took 2 hours 40 minutes to view. I am over 200 cm in height, the passenger in front of me was 163 cm with seat all the way back while sitting on the edge of her seat playing games. The monitor I was watching was about 14 cm from my face. I never put my seat back, but I sure as hell will now. This flight was over seven hours, that is to long to be contorted."

Prós: "The crew was amazingly kind and hospitable. The captain kept us informed continually of any changes which is something that as a passenger one really appreciates."
Contras: "As always, the economy chair area are small but roomier than other airlines."

I couldn’t even put my arms by my side without pushing my seat neighbors off. Seat in front of me was in my lap. Hard to get out of seat to use restroom. Way to tight. Long flight from Boston to Zurich was so hard to bear. I understand making money...but this is ridiculous!!"

Contras: "I find Swiss’ pricinh policy for on-board internet totallh ludicrous and an outright insult. Also, I sometimes appreciate a bit more empathy in the way things get announced - no announcement for security video or when they disrupt a movie with their Swiss commercial clips - they just turn it on. Not abtreat experience."

The boarding process was chaotic at the gate - customs were there to check in but quite a few people were unaware (not many announcements). Also, the Economy boarding process wasn't clear and chaotic (i.e., not by row and you also didn't know when you could board. Also, the person in front of me kept reclining her seat and it went back too far. I didn't want to do the same to the person behind me so it was quite uncomfortable."

Contras: "SWISS always turns on the air conditioning too high on intercontinental flights. It is HOT inside the cabins. The entertainment system is very outdated, small screen and old and used hand set. Claiming to be a premium airline is unfortunately very overstated if you are unlucky to catch the old business class planes. Only few have changed to the new versions (777s) - Make sure to catch those."

Contras: "The services is good, but they do not do it with a smile on their face. I asked for a cup of water and both times it took them about 10 minutes to get me that cup. The crew always seems to be bothered to serve the customer. There is also a big difference between services going straight to Santiago on the 787 and to Peru on the 767. I understand the plan (767) is older and that does not bother me. What bothers me is the disparity in service between the two. I received great service the first time I traveled on LATAM, ever since then they have disappointed. I do not understand what is going on with them."

Prós: "Lam take care very well my mother . She is handicap and the wheelchair was able to used at the counter. My mother will be happy to come back ,awhile she does not to walk to much by herself."

Contras: "The boarding process took almost two hours. We were shuttled to a remote location, then we sat on the airplane for about an hour. We finally took off around 2:45."

Contras: "TV monitor did not work They asked if I would like something to drink I asked for a Coke and they said they didn't have any on the bevrage truck twenty minutes later I received the coke"

Contras: "I showed up to my flight from Lima and was told by Latam that my flight wasn't in their system. Due to the late hour and lack of customer service agents by the time I was able to get to the front of the line (phone calls didn't go through to anyone) the time had passed for me to even check in. According to Latam, Virgin changed my flight and forgot to rebook my return home. I ended up sleeping at the Lima airport, paying out of pocket almost $2000 and having to fly through Miami. No one took responsibility for the fact my ticket was changed and I wasn't informed - unacceptable."

Prós: "Service was good... brought me a second meal after first dinner wasn't filling enough. Excellent entertainment system with tons of new hit movies I wanted to watch"
Contras: "Not super comfortable but that's typical for these flights. Waiting a while at baggage claim."

Prós: "First of all, all of the information regarding the flight listed the carrier as Latam. However, the flight was actually an American flight. Based on the confusion I missed my outgoing flight. Thereafter I purchased a oneway ticket to Medellin on another airline only to learn that they cancelled my return flight. They wanted to charge me almost $600 to rebook! I ended purchasing a ticket with different carrier. Money paid to Latam was wasted."

Contras: "The flight was delayed for 5.5 hours first and another 40 minutes after the boarding due to mechanical problems. Instead of arriving at 10 pm we ended landing at 4 am. We were so exhausted and basically wasted the hotel we booked for the night."

Contras: "Flight from Osorno to Valdivia was delayed, then flight from Valdivia to Santiago was delayed. But they told me I would be OK making my connecting flight in Mexico City (next flight was Santiago to Mexico City)... wrong! I wasn't even close to making my connection."

Prós: "The meal offerings given my "special" menu request (vegetarian) was better than expected, portions were of a nice quantity, the food wasn't bland, and in terms of variety they offered a good food selection. The available entertainment catalog (movies, TV shows, etc) was vast, and included recently released films. I also love that LAN offers pillows, blankets (of good, warm material) and headsets. The crew was attentive and helpful. The plane plane was clean, which is expected to be but not always ends up being that way."
Contras: "The plane looked like an older model, which is not a problem itself, the problems were: my seat was missing the cup holder ring (looked like it broke) meaning no place to keep a cup to drink water throughout the flight. Contras: "I flew LAN many years ago and remembered this flight to be a lot better than it was this time around. The seats barely recline and in Economy leg room is comparable to AA flights going to South America (which is pretty bad). Forget about sleeping. I had some hopes for the food but it disappointed too. Breakfast, for example, was essentially a warm sandwich with a paper thin layer of ham and cheese. They stuff you with bread. Had a much better experience flying sister company TAM."
