Contras: Check-in was the worst experience I have had in 45 years of air travel. The desk attendant was rude and confrontational. He checked my bag, sent it down the jetway and THEN told me that it was overweight and want to charge me 15€ per kilo for the overweight. He was beyond rude!
Contras: Airport - took way way too long for security. I had to rush which was v v difficult as I have a Prosthetic right leg!! Plus security took away my aftershave but yet allowed a lady to bring in a 500ml skin cream!?!?
Prós: Everything was fine apart from the delay in flying out. I am a Special Assistance traveller and due to the delay I had a very very long and late journey back home. So the delay added two hours (plus the flight delay) to my trip home from the airport.

Contras: Ground crew did not do a good job with the boarding process and even with speedy boarding it did not work well.

Prós: Because of the fire to the Notre Dame Cathedral, trains were not stopping on the route we needed to get to to the airport. We left with plenty of time to spare, and because no one at the airline mentioned that delays could be a possibility due to this, we ended up missing our flight.
Contras: I'm not usually one to complain, but this situation was very difficult and even dangerous. There was zero communication from the airline about this, and we'd appreciate if the airline could pay for our new airfare and our Uber ride from the train station to the airport.
Contras: Do not sell flight you are not able to manage. Shame

Prós: Not much. Check in luggage charges destroyed the experience, this was not disclosed on the ticket itinerary
Contras: TAP charges $120 1st checkin bag, this was not disclosed on the itinerary or kayak site when we book the ticket. We expect kayak to refund this.

Contras: Again contact to customer service ahead of the flight was impossible I sent 3 messages about travel with ESA dog and got no response
