Contras: I arrived 13 hours late, had two extra flights. I was delayed 3 hours first flight, 1.5 hours second flight after watching two flights that I “wasn’t allowed” to be on depart right in front of me at 9 and 10 instead of the 11 that they rebooked me on. Once I landed in Lisbon after the second flight that o wasn’t supposed to take. We missed the connection by 5 minutes and there were many people flying to my same destination. I had to wait 5 hours in Lisbon when I shouldn’t have ever went to Lisbon. I bought a ticket from Newark to Zürich through Porto 10 hours in total. I think TAP overbooked everyone and seated us on purpose. The secondflight was delayed due to “bad weather” and it was perfectly nice outside. Shame on TAP. I’m sure other people are complaining.
Prós: Leg room. Help with connecting flight.
Contras: Good was ok. Could have been better
Contras: A little too warm but not unbearable. We paid extra for seats together but did not get to pick them. We would have preferred a window but were in the middle 2 of 4.
Prós: nice people and cordial staff
Contras: cold night in Vienna, pre-boarded then waiting on the bus for 15 min (with doors open) before driven to the plane. then again landing in Lisbon, off the plane then bused to the terminal. slow
Contras: Delayed! Got home around 3am. This shouldnt be like this. Precautions need to be taken.
Prós: Time of the flight, service in the Paris airport Good food and beverages in the return, delay both ways
Contras: No tv screen, food was not at all delicious in the going to Paris, no comfortable chairs
Prós: Voo calmo na descolagem e aterragem. Lugares confortáveis
Contras: O embarque foi uma vergonha... Tinha malas de cabine e obrigaram a levá-las para o porão alengando que o voo estava completo. Depois de estar no interior do avião reparei que o espaço para as malas estava com muita disponibilidade ficando com espaço para muitas malas. E durante o embarque apenas falaram em francês comigo apesar de lhes dizer que não entendia
Prós: The flight was generally fine. It was on time with friendly service.
Contras: Food service was confusing. We were in row three and the food cart whizzed by without stopping until about row 10. Finally, I needed to push the call button to get attention. That was ignored, but I finally got service by getting the direct attention of a flight attendant. The reservation system did not work well for me. I tried to order a special seat at an extra price and I tried to order checked baggage at the discounted on-line method. Neither worked even though I received a message that both requests were accepted at an added cost. So I needed to go to a separate counter to pay for our extras and get boarding passes. This seems very inefficient for you and an inconvenience for us.
Prós: Very bad. Delayed flight for.more than 2 hours. No information at gate or.from the airline
Prós: It was on time
Contras: I booked my ticket month ago. Know I’ll travelling with my suite case, so I booked with 1 piece carry luggage option. But at orly airport the Eagle Azur company charged me 50€ euro for the luugage.
Prós: All operations a-ok
Prós: Great friendly crew. Efficient systems.
Contras: Tight seats. Very little leg room.
Prós: Crew was lovely! Friendly and happy. Well organized and responsive.
Contras: Overseas flight seats were tight going and coming, and being that long a flight you feel you are sitting on top of your neighbors. Air quality descends on a long full flight, it became claustrophobic by the end. There was only an option for vegetarian-vegan, but I am not vegan. I won't do that again. My daughter's bag didn't make to SFO, even though we were early to check in.
Contras: Leg room was really bad in economy and the only upgrade option was to business for $10,000 so of course not affordable for the average person.
Prós: Arrived on time
Prós: Everyone was in a great mood!
Contras: The noisiest flight ever, not the plane but the passengers! We booked 6 months ago and our seats (wife and I) were on opposite ends of the plane
Contras: Couldn’t check bags until 2 hours before flight. Flight was about 45 minutes late. Cost to check bags was high, over 30 euros.
Prós: The flight had delayt
Contras: My son has this flight and I bought his ticket.. he lose the luggages.
Prós: On time departure arrival, and service
Prós: They delivered us to Helsinki
Contras: Our bags didn’t get delivere, they promised them tomorrow afternoon however our flight is tomorrow morning! One again opposite ends of the plane for my wife and I.
Contras: We didn't select our meal option for vegetarian because the last time we did we ended up with a horrible, horrible, hockey puck like dry food option. We assumed there would be a cheese pasta option, as there usually is, well we were completely wrong. Both options were meat, even the salad had meat in it. So we got a roll with butter, a tiny fruit, and a disgusting wet dessert. Even the breakfast was meat and cheese. I got online to select our meal option for our return trip, and the options are out of control. We have a lacto-ovo-vegetarian option, whatever that is
Prós: I would def use this airline again.
Contras: The only issue was they’re weren’t any outlets to charge your phone or laptop
Contras: I was rerouted to Madrid and did not have the correct timely information to cancel and rebook or to get a credit toward a future flight. There was no clear item on line to be used for my problem.
Prós: On this prop plane, the takeoff and landing was exceptionally smooth. Again, the crew gave outstanding service.
Contras: All was perfect! Thank you.
Prós: Everything was very good.
