Contras: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Contras: "The flight was delayed, at not fault of the crew on board, however the flight attendants did very little to update the passengers on connecting flights and did not try to help in making the connecting flight aware that some passengers would be delayed. I missed my connection by MINUTES (I saw it still taxied at the gate) and they could not hold the plane for 5 passengers connecting. Awful service and procedures."

That made sure I would get less rest on and overnight flight. Worst of all, after the crew served the food, the never came to pick it up. Just makes it uncomfortable to have a tray of trash on your tray table for 3 hours."

The flight was swaped to American Airlines, and I was put on an international flight that was archaic, I would have been better off flying a prop plane from the 1970's."

My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."

One flight attendant was AWESOME and helped me out when my gluten-free meal didn't arrive. I would say she went from ok to friendly so maybe not AWESOME but compared to the other flight attendants who weren't friendly at all, she was good."
Contras: "1. My gluten-free meal didn't arrive. AA pulled the same nonsense when I went from LAX to LHR. It is pretty infuriating. 2. My entertainment screen failed about 1/2 way through the flight. I came prepared but it was still annoying. 3. I pre-paid for a seat which was a hassle because the transaction failed with a cryptic message online and I had to call. When I went to check-in, I had a window, not aisle and was positioned at the very back of the plane. I requested a refund on the phone and that wasn't allowed so I tweeted (as they adverstise) and now filled a claim. Still no response."

Contras: "They didnt take care of us.... aftee the airplane was delay for almost 4 hours, and told us that must of the people.were traveling.by car from sacramento to san francisco to take the other airplane didnt even gave us anothee option!!"

Prós: "The food was very good. The crew was very pleasant and accommodating. A bit late leaving but time was made up in flight. All in all a pleasant trip."
Contras: "Some of the entertainment screens were inoperative. The occupied light for the forward restroom (in business class) was not working so you never knew if it was free or not."

Prós: "On time departure and arrival and a friendly crew helped keep this flight smooth despite some turbulence. The fact that there have been electrical outlets on this route for so long is a testimony to the Continental heritage."
Contras: "The seats in economy are just so tight that sleep on this short overnight flight was almost impossible. The lack of more recline (as in the recarro sears used on the LH/LX products) and short pitch make it hard to either work or sleep. The small plane size makes this sardine feeling worse and slows service to the rear of be craft."

Fortunately there was a very helpful crew in Schiphol that was able to get us on a flight with american airlines to philadelphia and then on to Denver."

Contras: "Lufthansa canceled the flights and blamed united airlines. The united airlines would not help and finally ended up having to stay in Frankfurt and now have to leave for Lisbon tomorrow and then onwards."

Contras: "Flight from SFO to Washington took off 45 minutes late causing me to miss connecting flight. United put me on flight to Orlando FL. Landed in Orlando after midnight. Slept at the airport and was put on flight to Fort Lauderdale at 9am. Arrived just before 11am Sunday morning 12 hours after the original scheduled arrival time. The flight was a total NIGHTMARE!"

Contras: "Wifi was unusable 90+% of the time, will request a refund. All coach seats will be terrible on a 12 hour flight...I had exit row "window"...no window, and the slide mechanism consumed all my leg room. But, I could get out, if I needed, and I could lean on the bulkhead. Most of the crew were fine, but some were a bit directive and one appeared to be going through the motions."

Prós: "The crew and captain were amazing dealing with us during a terrible, late night delay. They constantly kept us updated about what was happening and were constantly walking around to ensure all of our needs were met."
Contras: "The plane was absolutely horrible. Two bathrooms and the in-flight entertainment did not work as well as most reading lights. A door sensor wasn't working correctly which cost us another hour of waiting for a technician to come and repair/reset the sensor."

Prós: "The check in with united was rather disappointing. The staff working with united were not clear with instructions and rather rude. Checking in can be a rather stressful process when there are long lines and tons of people.... this person was just short, unclear and rude."

One FA was very rude. Seem like she didn't like her job."

The state police told all of the passengers that we were considered stranded and that we had to figure it out ourselves and then seek reimbursement from AirEuropa. I had to take a greyhound bus in the middle of the night to get to NYC. It's as terrible as it sounds. I am filing a complaint with AirEuropa"

Prós: "Very comfortable plane with wide seats and nice reclining feature! Staff is very friendly. They are generous with the food and snacks."
Contras: "Boarding was not loaded in zones. It was a free for all. Staff seemed annoyed that I asked for more water (I had asked 25 min prior and she asked me to wait for beverage service. When I got it, I chugged it and asked for more and they ignored me. I had to ask 3 times)."

Contras: "I paid for exit row seating assignments through the booking agent assigned by Kayak, but these just showed up as a note on my reservation. I was assigned a different seat at check in. Oh, and I was totally unable to check in online. The website would crash. So, I had to wait until I got to the airport to get a seat assignment."

Prós: "I was a bit worried because I'd never flown with Air Europa. However, the fight price was very reasonable and staff was excellent! The plane was very modern with plenty of room to stretch my legs. They fed us and that was a major plus."
Contras: "My seat wouldn't recline and the armrest where you plug in the headphones wouldnt work. I had to watch the movie I chose with no sound until my boyfriend let me use his seat's screen."

Prós: "Equipment and crew on both Paris to Madrid and Madrid to Miami were good. 787 aircraft is good. On time and as pleasant as economy air travel today can be."
Contras: "Distance between landing gate in Madrid and departure gate too long. (Sign says 31 minutes walking time!) Also very long distance between landing gate and luggage claim in Miami - I don't know what passengers who can't walk well do. Food bad even for airline standards and Air Europa may have worst coffee of any airline - I can't imagine worse."

Contras: "We did not receive any beverage drinks during flight. Only the first 10 or 15 rows received this service. :("

Prós: "Nice, new, spacious aircraft!"
Contras: "Grouchy stewardess. Most stewardesses did not speak English. Vacant exit row not available to sit in. Boarding staff did not notify by loud speaker of boarding beginning in Miami."

Prós: "Crew was very friendly and courteous. Aircraft and cabin was clean and comfortable."
Contras: "Food was pretty poor with the 2nd "meal" being awful. It's what to expect with a discount airline though. Worst was that a duty free item was pilfered out of checked luggage."

Contras: "Could not check-in 24 hours in advance. No free drink due to 1 hour flight; water would have been good."

Contras: "People were boarded by standing in a line instead of zones. We stood in line for a good 30 minutes. Also, while standing in line, a gate representative decided to take the back half of the line and move them to the priority line to "expedite the boarding process". As one of the last people in the original line seeing everyone behind me board before me, I was annoyed. This was poor form."

Prós: "Seat clean crew nice windows new different improved. I liked you served pinapple juice The dinner was very good. TV great"
Contras: "The breakfast ...not so good (but good that you provide it.) The whitebreard sandwich could be much better...I don't even know what was in it. The muffin was not interesting but it tasted ok. apple is,better. it was just sugar. Maybe a bigger yoguart plain with real berries. a sandwich ham and cheese on a croissant then I eat at least the croissant! then you don't need a muffin."

Prós: "Great plain, new comfortable clean, crew was fantastic, helpful and friendly"
Contras: "Food was good but could be fresher"

Contras: "When I booked my flight it was not at all clear that I had to pay for checked luggage, therefore I had to pay extra when I arrived at the airport. Please make it clear from the very beginning that checked luggage is not included. Easy Jet does a great job of this, giving you the option to pay for a checked bag when buying your ticket. With Air Europa, I had no idea at all."

Contras: "No free entertainmnet"

Prós: "The entertaiment and the crew were fine."
Contras: "I did not like the food and I spent more than an our in the line of aireuropa in Madrid airport to check in the luggage. The space between sits us not enough."

Prós: "I was in business class on 787 and everything was fine."

Contras: "We arrived at JFK early 4 hours before departure, and there was no sign and no one to ask questions. The check-in did not start until 2:30 before departure and there was no announcement."

Be sure to apply for vegetarian options if you don't eat meat/pork 24 hours in advanced. You'll be left without even a snack to purchase and starving. -An exhausted and hungry passenger"

Contras: "We kept getting an error when trying to check-in online. The check-in counter was slow and didn't open until two hours before for an international flight. Even after being checked in they didn't release the gate location until 30 min before takeoff. Surprisingly the flight was still on time and baggage made it."
