We only had 1hr connecting in Ft Lauderdale. Kayak should not have allowed this short a connection time, as FLL requires a change of terminal (exit the airport and get on a bus), so we missed our connecting flight home to San Diego.

Prós: "I loved that even during a pandemic, alcohol in glassware and full meals were served in business class (unlike other airlines, so I avoided them). The lighting looked nice, the crew was professional and attentive, and the bathroom was well maintained. The blanket and pillow were comfy as well. I like the 1-2-1 layout in business class, which leaves window seats with a lot of windows and privacy."
Contras: "The headphones were not the most comfortable, sometimes the passenger moving around behind you will shake your seat too, and before take-off the plane was quite hot. Also a lot of the food choices I wanted were gone already but not a big deal as there were many choices."

The flight crew members were all helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the drink (especially suco de maracuja) and snack offerings. As I spoke only limited Portuguese, I greatly appreciated the attempts made by the ground staff and flight crew to communicate with me, both in English and via hand gestures. I am certain that no domestic airline would be so helpful to non-English speakers in the USA!"
Contras: "I realize Azul cannot help being stuck in Terminal 2, but it's not the most comfortable place to wait for a flight. Also, after I walked through the gate, several boarding flights merged confusingly in a single passageway with exits to multiple planes and many people got lost and ended up (temporarily!) on the wrong airplane, despite heroic attempts by the ground crew to direct passenger traffic. There must be a better method than having everyone follow colored lines to the planes - it wasn't working!"

Voo atrasou uma hora para aguardar passageiros em conexão.
Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

Prós: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Contras: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

So we lost our flight to Cusco and ruined our entire first day of touring in Cusco..... your system or multiple check in/ cashier/customer service counters is a disaster and it makes zero sense. I will NOT fly latam again."

Too much delay in the first two flights, so I lost the connection to the final destination.

Contras: "I had payed for an seat Gol + Conforto and one of the benefits was that the hand baggage compartment supposed to be exclusive to the people that bought this seat, so when I was entrancing into the aircraft one of the people of the GOl crew said that I’ll have to drop my baggage because the flight was full. I told that I had bought the Gol + Confort that have exclusive compartment to the hand baggage and I had showed my receive of the seat but they sayd that this benefits do not exist and took my baggage of me to drop off. It was an absurd and the worse thigh was that when I arrived at my seat, the exclusive space for my baggage was there available for my baggage and I had to drop off because the employee of the Gol didn’t know about this benefit of Gol + Confort seat and didn’t check out if really wasn’t space to my baggage"

It was comfortable and organized.
Contras: "Flight was delayed due to weather, understandable. We deplaned. This was the first short 1.5 hour leg of an international flight. It seemed clear that we would not make our connecting flights, which messes everything up with covid tests, quarantine, and all the many restrictions that airlines have insisted without thinking about the consequences. I tried to share my concern with the agent at American Airlines, knowing that it would probably be better to rebook and start all over for the following week or something. But his limited perspective, condescending attitude, and egotistical control behavior would not listen to me and was only concerned with getting me to the first stop 1.5 hours away. 7hrs later, stuck on that same plane which rerouted and refueled, I am now stuck in a city for 2 days since I had to rebook and start all over for missing my international connecting flight. Still have 20+ more hours of flying to go and nowhere closer to my destination. Hotel, rental, and new covid tests are all at my expense. Just wish American Airlines staff would listen and help, but if you don't shut up and comply to their every demand, they will ban you and ruin your life forever."
Prós: "Crew was great! Aircraft had the tv’s in the back of the seats, so we got to watch movies and be entertained. Flight was smooth and landing was perfect. Couldn’t ask for better!"

Contras: "Passengers were not wearing the mask appropriately and the AA crew didn’t do anything about it. The flight was so packed that was not space for social distancing. As a healthcare professional I just feel that AA is not really concerned with doing their part to avoid the spread of the virus and minimize the number of deaths from the actual pandemic. As a professional that has been in the frontline to combat this pandemic I don’t feel safe traveling in the AA flights anymore. I don’t feel that AA cares abouymy well-being and health to keep going where is need to fight this cause. I’m sorry I’m very disappointed and frustrated after this experience."

Contras: "No room to move at all. I had an aisle seat and almost everyone bumped into me when walking by. The guy In Front of me reclined his seat and banged into my knees for 4 hours. If the inside person wanted out, we had to grab our belongings, unbuckle, and move completely into the aisle to let him out. Then do it all over again when he returned. Rediculously tight on space."

Prós: "Surprisingly enough leg room for me, even though im 6 foot 6in. Staff on plane were very very nice."
Contras: "In lax The women checking your ticket before you go upstairs to security was super rude. Theres one tiny bathroom in the entire AA terminal."
Prós: "A AA está com aviões reformados e peguei um 787 Dreamliner de LAX para GRU, na saída de emergência. A poltrona é bem confortável, os banheiros estiveram surpreendente limpos até o final e os horários foram respeitados."
Contras: "O atendimento das FAs foi daquela secura habitual, a comida era um lixo de chicken or pasta usual e o entretenimento conta com nos filmes, mas leve seu fone de ouvido porque o que eles entregam é ruim de doer."
Contras: "Houve, segundo informações, problema mecânico da aeronave que motivou a permanência de todos dentro da aeronave do horário do embarque (antes das 20 até próximo a meia noite. No dia seguinte o mesmo vôo previsto para 15:30 acabou saindo na madrugada do outro dia."

I have had two trips in the past 5 days and all flights have been anywhere from 1 to 3 hours late. Worst experience with AA I have had in a long time."
