Eu disse que teria que seguir o que estava falando e eles nem quiseram ler o email que a própria American me enviou. No final a passagem tinha sido emitida em novembro e podia ser uma de 32 kg."

Contras: "Itinerary I received was for British Airways, with whom I have always had excellent experiences. However, I discovered at check-in I would actually be traveling on American Airlines with a different flight no. I had already provided my BA flight numbers to family. No explanation was give to me prior to flight that this would be the case. Food was terrible- even for Coach class - I don't always expect a gourmet meal, but BA was consistently good in the past, so I had positive expectations. My personal entertainment system did not work properly so I could not use it."

Contras: "Our seats were overbooked , causing us to almost miss our international connection. The staff were somewhat rude, but did try to solicit volunteers to give up seats and eventually the 4 passengers in my party did fly. But it was a very stressful 1hour until the issue was settled!"

At 9:30 pm in -12 degree Celsius I was waiting for a shuttle to take me to that terminal which was very unnecessary because it’s their responsibility to give me my bag at the right terminal."

Prós: "A boa vontade da senhora que me atendeu no despacho fez com que eu não perdesse o voo, já que o terminal automático dizia que eu não poderia mais despachar minha bagagem, mesmo tendo 50 minutos até o voo."
Contras: "Faltou um pouco de cordialidade da equipe desde o checkin até o embarque, mas o principal problema não foi da American e sim do aeroporto que teve um fila estupidamente grande na parte de checagem de segurança. Não perdi o voo por segundos."

Da atenção dos funcionários de terra ajudarem na questão de resolver os problemas causados pela pandemia com testes exigidos e formulários a preencher etc. Foi uma confusão !

They should understand that passengers are paying for the service and 99% are not “bad guys.” So, politeness and respect are the minimum things they deserve. Additionally, the Atlanta airport checking area and boarding check are not organized. They need to improve signal support for all customer."

No blankets were provided for my flight from NY to Frankfurt. Meals were were cold and tasteless. The flight was delayed almost 2 hours which caused me to miss my connecting flight. The pilot said ground crew would provide accommodation for connecting passengers but none were there to provide any assistance.

Contras: "Seating is very tight even for a petite 5’1” person like me. My boyfriend was 5’8” and he was definitely uncomfortable with the lack of leg space. If the passengers in front of you decided to put their seats back? You’ve lost even more space and feel closed in. Thankfully the aisle seat next to us was empty so we tried to stretch out a little bit without spilling into the seat entirely. Entertainment was eh. Two movies from the early 2000s (Alvin & the Chipmunks and What happens in Vegas) and an episode of Tom & Jerry and an episode of Modern Family but from Season 5? Not great if you’ve never watched the series.. About their hospitality... My boyfriend and I were completely disregarded and ignored by a stewardess with blonde hair and thick black glasses... Flight: DE2102 that left September 8th from Frankfurt to San Juan. We received our meals from her AFTER she handed meals to the people behind us - this was not the case for other passengers that spoke German, everyone’s meals up until ours was handed in order.. When it was time to pick up the trays she skipped us both times (with our trays ready in our hands to hand to her) - I watched her pick up the trays from the passengers before and after us. My boyfriend did say “Excuse me” but she ignored him - she probably would’ve paid attention if he asked in German.. She even looked at us as she passed by which blew my mind. Her coworker on the other side had to pick up her slack and was very kind enough to pick up our trays even though we weren’t his assigned aisle. It confused me because she was so pleasant with the German passengers but ignored us even when we made eye contact and smile for her attention.. I hate to say this because I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but to be honest I felt discriminated.. My boyfriend is German (speaks fluent German and English) but I felt because of my ethnicity (Asian) he had to suffer for that.. I felt terrible that he was suffering because of me. No one wants that for their significant other or anyone. Another occasion was when another stewardess was handing us our drinks. My boyfriend’s cup was broken and as she passed it over me it spilled all over my shirt. I did gasp from surprise. No apologies whatsoever.. She seemed impatient and grabbed the cup back over only to put another cup under it. I asked for a Sprite but they only had Cola or Fanta so I was totally okay with Cola “Cola bitte”. My German isn’t that great but I did hear her coworker ask why I gasped and she told her that it was because I was surprised they didn’t have Sprite - very untrue. I was shocked and I couldn’t respond. I have never been so disappointed in a flight and the hospitality. I am very forgiving if an incident happens once or twice, but when I see it happen in front of me over and over and over again? That’s where my tolerance unfortunately crumbles. I was on the verge of tears by the end of the flight. I hope I never fly Condor again."

Contras: "Our flight was delayed by an hour and a half. This happens sometimes, of course, however a gesture of not charging €10 for an upgrade from the mesely two tv shows/movies would’ve been an appropriate approach to treating customers right. Food was decent, but don’t have any allergies as the accommodations are definitely lacking. Crew was polite, but not overly social or friendly."

Prós: "We got there with no safety issues. That is about all the good I can think of. Also a miracle our bags made it since the delay due to Condor made us miss our connection. The best part of the flights were when we switched to Luftansa controlled planes."
Contras: "Don't confuse their logo with Luftansa. They are far from it. Known for delays, disruption and breakdowns. Our flight was delayed 4-5 hours on the way to Europe because the food cart didn't fit. Then a delay of 2 hours on way back to US because 3 of the 6 bathrooms didn't work. Had to wait in this prison like gate with hardly any AC and then take a bus to the plane. DO YOUR RESEARCH. This airline survives on those who don't do their homework(Like me) and those who don't take others reviews seriously. Spend the extra money and get an airline that is consistent. Check out Condor's on time rate..yikes."
Prós: "The flight crew made the best of an inconvenient situation and seemed genuinely apologetic for what they clearly knew were exploitative policies."
Contras: "Our flight was delayed due to a mechanical issue, but instead of updating the schedule to reflect this, the airline had us standing indefinitely in the queue to board; this was probably about 45 minutes in which we could have sat down or grabbed some food, or literally done ANYTHING other than waiting as we did. Because of this delay, we were offered hard candies. In all honesty, I would have preferred to be offered water, which at €2.50 on an international, several hours long flight is borderline criminal. I have been skeptical about low-cost, "budget" airlines in the past, and this experience confirmed that if the price of the flight seems too good to be true, it probably is. The difference in cost was more than paid for by the hidden fees, the quality of service, and the denial of basic human dignities like not having your knees crushed against the seat in front of you, or God forbid--a cup of tap water."

Contras: "Flight was 1.5 hrs delayed, then another hour due to weather but no announcement was ever made. They put me on standby even though I had booked 3 weeks earlier but didn’t have a seat reservation. Flight was overbooked. Bad management."
Prós: "The cabin crew was friendly and helpful. The seats on the plane are nice and wide, plenty of leg room."
Contras: "We left from the far end of the terminal, and there was no gate. The one shop for buying a beverage and magazine there was closed. The supposedly more comfortable seats are not that great for a short person. The food and drink on board was fine but nothing special."

Contras: "The distance between seats is so ridiculously small that I wonder how Condor can get away with that without getting sued. otherwise okay, but I won't recommend Condor to anybody unless they are extremely short."

Contras: "Comissárias extremamente irritadas, geossas e mal humoradas. Para um voo que parte do Brasil era esperado que pelo menos uma pessoa da tripulação falasse português. Mas não. As lâmpadas de leitura do nosso assento estavam em curto e se ligasse piscavam como uma discoteca. Mais grave as luzes de leitura da poltrona ao lado queimaram em acesso e nao apagaram durante 10h de vôo. Era impossível dormir e chegamos quebradas. Banheiro sem manutenção, sempre sujo."
Contras: "First, we went to check-in to get our boarding passes, onlyfor the woman at the counter to tell us we were on Stand-By... for the flight we bought VERY expensive tickets for a YEAR in advance, because they overbooked the flight (100% the AIRLINES fault). Then after some panic time had passed, the same woman told us she was able to get us on the flight, like she'd done us some massive favor, but that we would not be able to sit together. (We are a husband and wife that were on our honeymoon). Then, once we are finally on this flight, cramped near all these strangers, we both go to find some solace in the on-board entertainment, only to find out, they only offered TWO movies free of charge. Two movies for a 10 hour flight. Seriously??? Then, we were served some on board meals, due to the duration of the flight. The food gave me food poisoning. This was by far the WORST flight experience of my life. We will NEVER be flying air Condor again. Nor, will I be referring this company to anyone."
Contras: "Getting off the plain in Dominican Republic and having to pass through migration control there!!"
Prós: "Cleanliness of the plane, fairly quiet ride."
Contras: "The first meal was a bit bland but that could have been due to my exhaustion (overnight flight). The entertainment system only offers a very limited choice if you're not willing to pay for premium access."

Contras: "The headline says it all, the plane was cramped and uncomfortable, we had 2 old movies to watch in 11 hours, and they lost our bags and still haven't found them after 2 days - it's been a rough start to our honeymoon and the online/phone support to find our bags has not been good."
Prós: "Premium economy is far better than economy - economy has far less leg room, and as I'm 5'11" that made a big difference. It also provides you with more movie options (15 v. 2). All in all it was a good flight."
Contras: "The food, even the upgraded version in premium economy, is not good. Also, for boarding, everyone really boarded at once and you had to go through additional security to get to the gate so you were basically stuck in a waiting room until your flight left with only vending machines (but there were bathrooms so that was good!)."

Contras: "We left one hour late. The lines were very long. Not enough agents. This happened both ways. The seat from Austin to Frankfurt was tight and very uncomfortable. I had paid 49 euros for it. So, on my return flight I upgraded to a 99 euro seat, thinking I'd just be charged the difference. No. I over-paid 150 euros for an exit door seat. The weight limit for a carry-on bag was lighter than for other airlines, so I had to check it in and overpay for that. One of my glass souvenirs was broken."
Prós: "Fast service, tastee food"
Contras: "You need to pay for the tv and alcohol (wine), + few and little portion of food is served, if u wanna eat more, u can order, but only junk food is available. It was cold during the flight."
Prós: "Lufthansa experience was very good, all around. No problems, friendly staff, in flight smack. On a short flight...very pleasant experienxe. Staff were really great. Condor was a different experience. Boarding was unpleasant because specific rows were called to board after everyone had already lined up. It was very unclear where people from. Thyo stand, as no staff were guiding this process. Another passenger became very rude when he felt i stepped in front of him in the mess of a line. Have staff guide this process, or having clearly marked places to stand, would be helpful. It would be nice to have a little more leg room, food that wasn't extremely cold (like it was nearly frozen), & larger movie selection included."

Contras: "There was one older lady crew was very rude to almost I felt very prejudice. Not expecting to get a kind of service from an airline crew. Also disappointed you have to pay for your inflight entertainment on a longhaul flight. Will never fly this airline again."
Prós: "Great airline for the price, very clean, nice crew, food was okay for airline food."

Contras: "- Inefficient boarding procedure. I cant tell if this is Lufthansa's or the airport's issue, but when you arrive to your gate, you then have to proceed with the security checkpoint which took forever. Then you're basically stuck in a smaller area until boarding. - While every seat had a TV screen, they only provided 2 movies to choose from (Harry Potter or Garfield) unless you were willing to pay extra for their whole movie collection. It was kind of a shame finding that out since most other airlines that I've been on provide the full set of movies for no additional cost."
Prós: "We flew Condor PDX/FRA outbound and I was not happy. Coach cabin was configured 3seats/aisle/3seats/aisle/3seats abreast and row spacing was way too close. I noted this in my review and was dreading the 10.5 hour return flight. I was pleasantly surprised to find a roomier seating arrangement with 2seats/aisle/3seats/aisle/2seats with larger seats and a bit more legroom. The service as before was attentive and efficient."
Contras: "Was this new cabin arrangement the new standard or did we just get lucky on that trip? I will only book with Condor again if I can be guaranteed the roomier cabin."
Prós: "Free alcoholic drink after dinner. Dinner and breakfast on board. Plenty of beverage services. Plenty of opportunities to get up and stretch."
Contras: "You only get 2 movies and 2 tv shows to choose from on inflight entertainment. 8€ for more. no thanks. I'll read my book."

Prós: "One of the flight attendants treated me like a human."
Contras: "They over booked the flight and we were told we would have to miss our trip to Europe that we had planned for six months. They didn't communicate with us at all about what was happening until suddenly giving us two separated seats one minute before the cabin doors were shut. The flight attendants were disrespectful and demeaning to us, despite us having done nothing wrong. We ordered meals with dietary restrictions and those were ignored. In flight entertainment for the 10 hour flight was limited to two (old, terrible) movies and two TV shows. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and made it almost impossible to sleep. I will personally never fly Condor again and I would strongly suggest that you not either."

Prós: "Chose this flight for the price. Service on board was good. Friendly crew. Food was good and the beverage cart came by several times. I would only choose this airline again if my budget required it."
Contras: "While in Germany, I broke my leg, was in a cast, and required a wheelchair for mobility. The airport staff was not well organized to deal with people with mobility issues. After waiting for 25 minutes for someone to assist us to the gate, we decided we'd better just get there ourselves. The plane was already boarding when we made it there and an agent told us to just get in the back of the line. When we were half way through the queue another agent asked us why we were in the queue and at that time brought us to the head of the line boarding. The seats are tilted forward to make more room and it feels like you are sitting down slope...not enjoyable on a long flight. All the other flights, my wheelchair was waiting and my husband could take care of me. In Seattle, my wheelchair had been sent to baggage and we had to have an employee wheel me for liability reasons. He had two wheelchairs he was trying to maneuver, so we had to sit and wait several times while he was getting the other person to their destination. We were concerned about making our connecting flight."
