Voo com atraso, Equipe atenciosa. Entretenimento não se aplica. Tivemos problema com a liberação da bagagem, ficamos mais de uma hora na esteira à espera da bagagem sem nenhuma informação. O problema foi com a bagagem de todos os passageiros. Depois de uma hora e trinta quando formou-se uma enorme fila para reclamar as malas a bagagem foi lebrada. Até então nenhuma informação. Muitos passageiros habitantes de Munique foram embora e suas bagagens estavam na esteira.

Na verdade não são assentos de classe executiva. São assentos comuns, em que eles bloqueiam o assento do meio. Não tem banheiro privativo da classe executiva, o banheiro tinha fila o tempo todo. A comida era medíocre. Enfim, jamais pague um voo de executiva pela Lufthansa nessa rota."
Prós: "The staff on board the plane was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the flight! Food was delishious!"
Contras: "The ticket kiosk would not read passports. It was so frustrating to have to continuously try over and over again. With no attendant at the location and a long line, I wasn’t sure how to proceed. There were plenty of people having the same difficulty. It took about 12 minutes to occomplish a minut long job."

Prós: "Easily the most comfortable I've ever been in TATL economy. Lufthansa's 747-8 is set up strangely: the main deck is arranged First - Business - Economy - Prem. Economy - Economy. This means that if you can book a seat in the forward economy mini-cabin, you get dedicated cabin crew, no other passengers walking through your space to get to the bathroom, plenty of bin space, and – best of all – a lot of aisle space to stretch your legs. Row 16 aisle seats are especially good, as the bulkhead between J and Y doesn't extend all the way, and therefore you can stretch your feet out. Food was actually excellent (for economy), hot and flavorful and generous, with snacks available mid-flight. Beverages also tops – gotta love Lufthansa for offering Campari (!) and more than one wine choice."
Contras: "Entertainment (music and movies at least) was up-to-date but not very interested. Boarding and transit security in Frankfurt was anxiety-inducing – between getting to the US departures area and additional screening, it took more than an hour from deplaning to getting in line. Boarding w/o group numbers was an exercise in patience. And the terminal wifi is so spotty!"
Prós: "Lufthansa did well with handling a very difficult situation with courtesy, attention, and offering of amenities."
Contras: "Through no fault of Lufthansa, because of problems at JFK, our flight was turned around and returned to Munich after two hours of travel."

Prós: "In flight entertainment was very good. Flight attendants helpful. Seats hard but we had ample leg room on this flight. I would like to commend the pilot for landing us safely in some extremely windy conditions. Everyone on the plane was audiably nervous and he did well"
Contras: "Checking in was not pleasant they seated me in row 20 something and my wife in row 40 something even though the plane was half empty. Distressing at first. When I asked why they told me to sort my seating out in the plane. Now that's telling. Whoever checked me in could see there were lots off empty seats and couldn't take the time to seat my wife and I together. Hmmm. Terminal at Dublin was small and over crowded. There was 1 agent at the gate checking in everyone on this flight for about 10 minutes until she finally got some help. You must do better"
Prós: "Air Lingus is my new preferred carrier, thanks to you! They combine newest technology with traditional service values."
Contras: "Nothing. Perfect flights. I went back to the crew and told them so. Compared to my BA flights eastbound, Air Lingus was heaven. I will always book them first from now on, and I just happened on to them through your site."
Prós: "Very easy transit at Dublin. Staff very friendly and helpful. Immigration at Dublin for UK and for USA works great. One doesn’t have to wait in line for hours to get immigration and customs clearance at the destination after a long flight."

Contras: "Getting to our connection was awful. Prescreening getting into the US was terrible. Got selected for special screening and the officers said the gate knew we were held up there. Only had one hour to reach connection. Lost an immense amount of time getting swabbed and patted down. The gate was closed when we arrived. Had to run to the gate. By accident we found out the gate was closed from someone who happened to hear word that we were looking for the gate to JFK. Almost didn’t get on the flight. If we didn’t run who knows if we would have made it. If you are only giving people an hour to get to their connection, then don’t let them get held up for 40 minutes. It’s idiotic."

The stewardess did tell him that I had a right to recline when he motioned to her. I think the seats shouldn't be allowed to recline so much even though it is more comfortable for a long ride. The screen is very close to one's face when the passenger in front reclines all the way. The airport didn't have any compatible charging ports for iphones from the USA. But the plane had them. That's good. It would be good if mobile check-in boarding passes were acceptable."
Prós: "I had not pre-ordered a vegetarian meal, and there were no extras, but one of the flight attendants gave me a fruit salad from one of the crew's meals."
Contras: "The sound quality for the announcement system and the headphones was really bad, so I could never understand what anyone was saying. The crew is very formal and sometimes curt and borderline rude. They just seem very inflexible and seem to put rules before people."

Contras: "Boarding was absolutely chaotic. There was one call for priority members, and then a call for all remaining rows, stressing that it was final call. This caused a large crowd to rush to the gate and then disorganization when on the plane. Historically, its been much more efficient when you call batches of rows, which clearly prevents overcrowding and allows people more room to stow away carry on bags. Also, i was very disappointed by the food options. As a vegetarian, i had no manageable option because i hadnt preordered. I had no wifi during the days before the flight, i couldnt get online to do it. I find it surprising that you dont at least provide a meatless option, or at least stow away a few extra vegetarian meals. Also, i have never seen that option during booking, nor have i ever recieved an email to consider meal options. Overall, the accessability of meatless food is extremely disappointing."
Prós: "Was flying out to Barcelona. Stop over in Dublin. Flight was good. Had own TV screen to choose movies, tv shows, videos, or listen to music. Meal was okay, but could have been better. Service was good. Flight personnel very accommodating. Was able to move up from being near toilet to several seats further up. Adequate leg room."
Contras: "Should update video/tv selections (not a big gripe). Too small aisle to walk down. Why do airlines believe that everyone is child size? Not understanding that..."
Prós: "This was my first time flying with Aer lingus. Crew were great, food and entertainment were good."

In my experience when random additional check is required it is done at security checkpoint, never at the gate."
Prós: "Despite being standard economy class, the seats were comfortable, the packed plan didn't feel terribly packed, and the food was surprisingly decent. Boarding was quick and easy, and there was plenty of overhead luggage space. The roughly 8 hour flight from Dublin to JFK was much more pleasant than I had expected."
Contras: "The power plug under my seat didn't work. (Thankfully, I had a charger battery with me, so I didn't run out of juice.)"

There wasn't enough barbecue chicken for everyone so they ran out halfway through the flight, so I had no choice but to eat the other option which was really unappealing. When we landed we couldn't go anywhere because it took 20 minutes to get a paramedic on board for another traveler."
Contras: "I requested an aisle or window seat and was not able to get one."
Contras: "I was very uncomfortable during this flight. My seat was broken. I couldn't push it back at all so I was stuck sitting up right the whole flight. My friend next to me in the aisle seat had a broken seat as well. Except, instead of it not going back her kept going back all the way so the individual behind her could had a seat that was in her face basically. I was really disappointed with the flight. I was so exhausted and in so much pain from sitting like that the whole time."

Contras: "Menu! Choice was either chicken or beef. To accommodate the wide range of palates out their more choices or a better combination of choices, such as chicken or pasta with vegetables, beef or rice and beans etc..."

Embarque atrasou 40 minutos. Poderiam ter avisado, estávamos na Louge da TAP e ficamos na fila desde o horário previsto ( 22: 45) até 23:25. Gostamos do conforto, menu e atendimento da equipe. Vamos voltar a usar a executiva da TAP.
A atenção dos comissários e a comida
Atrasos de 90 e 60 min em cada voo e avião turbo-hélice para uma viagem de quase 1000km...
Embarque poderia ser mais organizado. As pessoas poderiam ser orientadas desde o checkin a como proceder durante o embarque, para evitar aglomerações, e esperas de pé em fila.
Prós: "Comida ok. Embarque ótimo."
Contras: "Muito apertado. Algumas turbulências e tripulação não muito simpática."
Prós: "TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable."
Contras: "TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever."

Contras: "TAP Airlines stranded us in Lisbon. They were late flying us from Vienna to Lisbon and then canceled our seats on our connection to JFK. Instead, they rebooked us on the next day's flight a full 24 hours after, refusing to rebook us on earlier flights on other carriers. Their customer service was as bad as I've ever experienced. Multiple agents admitted their company is terrible and doesn't care about its customers. The indifference to our situation was surreal. Lesson learned."

Contras: "Flight was delayed and we were never notified despite receiving multiple emails to ‘upgrade’ our flight. While checking in we attempted to upgrade 3 tickets to first class and were sent to 3 different areas in the airport with our luggage, having to wait in line each time. Didn’t provide vegaterian options on board. Weren’t given a gate ever after landing 5 hours late and were kept on board for half an hour making us miss a 2nd connection we had to rebook after the initial delay. A frustrating experience hat could have been made better with just some communication about what was going on."

Of course, officially there was no delay as departure was still on schedule - but “departure” just means everyone is boarded and plane door is shut, you could still be sitting on an empty stand on the tarmac for two+ hours. Complaints ensued. Captain rerouted plane. Back on time. Arriving at LGW is ridiculous - only 3!!!! THREE! Border nazis manning passport desk for entire south terminal, there must have been at least 700 people queueing. Contras: "We missed our connection and british had booked us automatically on the next available flight which was helpful. However--- we paid to pick our seats and we got stuck in both middle seats. I also got skipped on the first round of beverage service. The entire crew was congregated in the middle part and when they finally made their way back to the cabin for trash I asked the flight attendant if I could please get a beverage as I was skipped. He said yes let me gather this trash and ill be back. He never returned. Then everyone was served their meals and I then was also skipped. Flight crew congregated again in the middle and my sister and I had to wave our hands up in the air to grab anyone's attention so I could get my meal. At that point they were out of the vegetarian option and I got a small oh we didn't mean to skip you comment. Pretty disappointed with this flight."

Prós: "Ground staff in London was amazing! The flight from Barcelona to London was delayed because of weather condition. Once we arrived in London the ground staff made sure all of us (almost 20 people, lots of kids) could get the flight connection to JKF. The shuttle bus was already waiting for us, the ground staff indicated to us the faster way to get to our gate after passing through security checking. Everybody could get the JFK flight!"
Contras: "I'm gluten intolerant and there was no gluten free snack!!! Lunch was served as soon as the plane took off, but for the next 5h of flight nothing else was served. I asked if they had some gluten free snack, they told me there were going to check, but they never got back to me with an answer. I was starving arriving in NY. Aircraft was too old and it didn't have USB charger. And the individuals screens were also too old and had really bad quality for watching movies! It seemed that I was in a flight from 20 years ago!"
Contras: "Cabin crew were arrogant and didn’t allow us to storage our backpacks in the over head cabins."
Contras: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."
Prós: "The crew was great and the food was pretty good (in addition to lunch/dinner, they offered multiple snacks and drink service throughout)."

Contras: "Just about everything. Not only were both flights delayed, one without notice, both the check-in and boarding processes were obscenely long with no obvious reason. On board, the staff was very pleasant but took almost 20 minutes to respond to a page and I only paged them one time. The screens for entertainment had a lot of trouble reading touch for both my seatmate and I and the selections were very limited. My seat did not recline which made for a very uncomfortable flight as I had hoped to be able to sleep. They lost one of my bags and somehow still have not found it more than 36 hours later."
Prós: "The flight crew was accommodating and genuinely worked to meet passenger needs during the boarding process and also while I'm flight. The flight entertainment included a good, and varied set of options."
Contras: "1. There is a security check just prior to boarding at the gate in Brussels that is not known about in advance. The process is not organized, nor did I (along with other passengers) understand why another checkpoint was being unexpectedly required.. 2. The food onboard (main meal - beef and snack - calzone) were not good; although they were served hot, they were bland and unappetizing. Contrary to popular belief, not all airplane food is "bad". 3. And finally, the restrooms were not kept clean during the flight - I had never seen that on any of the nternational airlines I've taken over several years."
Prós: "Food was good. That is pretty much it. Well, Brussels airport shopping and food was good too."
Contras: "I travel a lot, and I've used many airlines before. This was my first and last time I use Brussels airlines. The cabin crew is not friendly. The entertainment was poor. The checking process was horrible (the airport is not properly designed, managed, poor information systems) I will gladly go through the mad house in Heathrow, or long walks at Schiphol, but not interested in Brussels."

One flight attendent got upset or acted a little nasty because I asked her for another custom border slip. She said was going to bring one but I guess she forgot and an atleast 30 minutes to an hour went by till I asked her again and she got nasty. The same lady along with the other flight attendants snatched trash out peoples hands like they were diseased...and they had gloves on. When it came to entertainment they didnt have much variety. Unless the price for the flight is dirt cheap or below average I would choose to fly with them again other than that I'll go to another"

Contras: "i went to the (galley?) at the back and politely requested a drink, a member of staff refused me because they were just about to begin serving drinks. that's stupid. i was sat right at the back of the plane and wouldn't get a drink for at least 20 minutes because service starts in the middle and works back. fortunately another member of staff (older, female) just reached over and handed me a drink, because she understood it was easier and quicker and more reasonable to do that than to be a dick about it."

Contras: "The flight was delayed 4.5 hrs. The check-in process was not smooth. After additional security screening at the gate everyone was left on the jetway until everyone had their tickets scanned. They were late loading cargo and food."

Because my previous connecting flight with Brussels Airlines was delayed, I didn't have a chance to get something to eat in the airport just in case. As I suspected my Vegan meal was not there.
