Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.
No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.
Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

From the comfortable seats, the fabulous dinner, the outstanding Swiss staff from the baggage check to the wonderful flight attendants, the flight to Zürich and the return trip to Boston was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Swiss. I would love to be able to fly Swiss Business again when I travel to Zürich in September 2019."

Prós: "We flew Miami to Zurich, then Zurich to Rome. The international leg was awesome. The intra-European flight was less impressive. We “self-boarded” which was new to us - and wasn’t explained. The seats were smaller and there was only the drop down screens for every 2-3 rows, but otherwise, for a less than 2 hr flight, it was fine."
Contras: "Boarding wasn’t fully explained for those of us who are not Swiss or German. I slept thru “lunch,” which apparently was a sandwich - but that’s more than many American airlines provide you on similar flights!"

They checked our passports 3 times before we got to our gate. Swiss airlines should account for these things when they give options for the connections. we had about and hour and half layover and did not even have time to have coffee or anything before a 9+ hour flight. We just ran from one flight to another and barely made to our flight.."

Gostei particularmente da configuração da aeronave e a alimentação é péssima. Para servir aquele sanduiche é melhor não oferecer nada!!
Vôo convencional sem nada de especial
Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.
Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.
Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

Contras: "Every staff person we had contact with made us feel as though we were not a priority in any way. We were constantly given misinformation. Our flight was two hours out when it was returned to our departure city due to a passenger health issue. It was not properly explained to us and we were in no way compensated for the inconvenience. Once back at our departure city (Miami) we sat there for an hour or more. They chose to feed us during that delay. Due to this we missed our connecting flight in Istanbul to Rome. This also caused us to miss our transportation from Rome to Compania, Italy. We were told by airline staff on the plane that we would be put up in a hotel over night. When we arrived at the terminal we had no idea where we should go or who we should see. Every representative we spoke to told us to go somewhere else. Truth is it felt like no one we spoke to knew what to tell us or really cared at all. One representative told us we were not entitled to overnight accommodations. We insisted we were told we were and it literally took hours on the ground to straighten the problem out and get to a hotel. By then it was so late that we only got a couple hours of sleep and had to be back at the airport for our next flight. The second flight from Istanbul to Naples, Italy was better. I do not think I would use this airline again. My entire party got an overall sense that people were untrained and lacking in any form of customer service. Not the flight attendants but all the people we had to deal with on the ground. My age plus health issues and walking problems made everything more difficult. We were sent al over the massive airlines terminal with all our carry on luggage only to find when we got to where we were going we had been sent to the wrong place. On top of all this each of us had to pay a VISA fee to get out of the terminal and to the hotel. Just a total nightmare. Prior to taking this flight I contacted Turkish Airlines and spoke to a customer service person and explained that I needed to take with me a small portable oxygen concentrator that I would need to use while in Italy. I needed to know the procedure for bringing that equipment on the airline. I was told that although he could not answer that question He would pass it on to his supervisors and I would receive an answer via email prior to my flight. I never received a response and as a result did not have my needed oxygen while abroad."
Contras: "I nearly missed my connecting flight because of how poorly organized Ataturk airport is. Disembarking was extremely time consuming; there were few signs instructing connecting passengers where to go; and the employees of the airport were extremely unhelpful and gave conflicting information. I made my flight with only minutes to spare after going through two security and passport checkpoints and sprinting an entire wing of the airport. I will never fly through Ataturk (or anywhere in Turkey) again."

Contras: "First of all the staff needs to work on their customers service. The flight was 1 hour and 45 min late and I had another flight to get in Istanbul to get to my final destination. I almost did not make it. The staff never gave us an explanation about what happened at the JFK I flew for 10 hours scared and stressed out. I asked the staff if it was possible at the time of landing to get out with the business class or somehow to get out before everybody else, but they were completely useless. Also in the middle of the flight a woman started feeling very bad. She had an intense migraine because of the high pressure, clearly the woman was not used to fly very often. The poor woman was ill and the entire crew was surrounding her. 7 ppl standing in the way of customers, a male attendant touched my shoulder with his private parts at least 5 times. Also every time they passed by the would hurt my shoulder or my arm with out even apologize. What kind of customer service is this? Forgetting about all the other passengers? Creating a situation of panick just because of how unprofessional they are? You can be the most comfortable or cheapest airline company and add all the luggage and food you want but if your crew doesn't know anything in customer service the customer will fly with a different company next time!"

There was time to get through security and reach the gate by boarding time. All i needed was the boarding pass and they would not give it. I missed the flight i had paid for and of course you won't give me a refund It caused serious problems with my trip. I'm totally disgusted and will never buy another ticket on this ariline."

They should have just made a decision and stuck with it and better communicated what was going on. My poor friend was waiting for me in Larnaca so she stayed at the airport each time thinking I would soon arrive."

Contras: "This flight was delayed by an awful 8 hours. We were stuck at the airport through the entire morning and missed half our day in Santorini. There was very poor communication between the airline and us so we were utterly frustrated at the experience."
Prós: "first they announced 10 min delay, then they could not find the crew, after they appeared delay was extended to 45 min we left about 50 min late. gained some time in flight and arrived 35 min late. first batch of luggage came out relatively early and then there was a break of over 20 min before the luggage started to come out again, just as if somebody decided to have a coffee break."
Contras: "Waiting more than 3 hours in Athens"
Prós: "Need to change flight to later date. Employee was rude and resold me wrong ticket and I lost my flight. Stuck in airport all day was forced to pay for a second flight from another airline to go home. No ticket was given to me."

Contras: "I think I have gotten used to Asiana's and Korean Airlines'. It just didn't seem to measure up to their business class service. The food (which has been highly rated!) I found to be just mediocre. Maybe it's because I was living in Asia for eight years and had become more accustom to asian cuisine?? I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

Flight attendants not attentive enough, and it took forever for the flight attendant to come after I’ve pressed the call button. Overall impression: meh! First time flying Austrian, but next time I’ll probably book with their competitors if prices are similar."

Contras: "When our plane arrived late, many on board had missed connections. We received no help/guidance at gate, other than to be told to go up one floor. One floor up we had to go thru security to reach customer service. 100 people lined up for customer service from 3 Austrian airline reps. After 2 hours of standing, there were still 27 people ahead of me. The woman behind me gave me the local phone number for Austrian airlines and I was able to get on a flight to US leaving in 30 minutes. I managed to make it, and would not have had I waited another hour in line. Why no surge of staff to help? All 3 help numbers on my Lufthansa e-mail receipt could not help. Horrible experience."

I suppose those are cheaper, but I would think both Austrian and Lufthansa (they seemed to be using almost identical entertainment systems with almost identical offerings) would benefit from limiting their movie options much more towards movies with, say, above a 70% Rotten Tomatoes rating or above average box office sales. Even if they had fewer films, say 40 instead of 56, the ones they have would be more popular."

I weight 62kg and was sitting in a middle seat. Next time I'll have to get an upgrade."

Not true I was at the back of the plane. Just awful"

Contras: "The boarding and bad experience at the departing gate was unprecedented!!! I am a gold & platinum traveler, due to millions of mileage flown for over 40 years. This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

Contras: "Took forever to check in. I know they were under strike at that time but then after waiting for so long and just making our flight, they sent my luggage to Seville Spain. It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."
