Swiss Airlines isn’t going to hear the end of this is they don’t agree to replace my son’s phone. My husband is a lawyer and we are prepared to bring this to the public."

Já fiz uma avaliação e ao enviar pediram pra fazer de novo. Lá vai. Vou copiar dessa vez. No voo de Mahakesh pra São Paulo a tribulação e especialmente o 👩‍✈️ piloto foi muito boa e educada . Mas na de São Paulo para Mahakesh pareciam mulheres todas com tpm, muito grosseiras. De Mahakesh pra São Paulo a minha tela não funcionava pra nada. Nem para instruções da tripulação, nem para filme. Não foi legal. Me incomodou tbm a mesquinhez na hora de servir sucos e cafés - só um pouquinho em cada xícara. Não é por seguranças porque dava para observar como serviam na Business Class. Parecia uma coisa muito relacionava . Nunca passei tanta sede em avião . Enfim, foi a passagem mais barata que encontrei, mas na dúvida se o aborrecimento compensou .

Minha tela de vídeo não funcionava nem pra as instruções da tribulação , imagine para filmes. Me incomoda muito a mesquinhez na hora de servir - sucos e café são servidos só a metade da xícara. Ficam mal humorados se pedimos água junto com a bebida escolhida Essa tripulação específica de Mahakesh pra São Paulo foi muito gentil, muito boa . A tripulação de São Paulo para Mahakesh foi um horror. Pareciam todas com TPM. Foi a passagem mais barata, mas me deu arrependimento de ter ido por essa companhia .

Buying up to the coach plus is worth it

I flew round trip on “Iberia”. 4 flights and I never took an Iberia plane. They put us on a budget airline transatlantic.

Luggage did not arrive to Budapest.

The crew was the most friendly ever! Just made no sense the fact that we couldn’t get the bearding pass on a timely manner due to issues with CDC site, it was caused not by the AA WORKER, she was great, but something wouldn’t work in the system and it took us over an hour till we could get our boarding passes. And makes no sense to us why we couldn’t seat together. There were plenty couples separated and we had to swap seats. It was a long flight so you’d rather sit w a partner. So if there’s anyway to allow us flying coach to pick our seats ahead of time like most airlines that would be wonderful!, this way there wouldn’t be surprises at boarding.

Small plane, but short flight. On time . Could have a bit more organize boarding process since it uses a bus but the rest was fine.

There was delays on my departure flight and return flight both due to mechanical issues. The flight crew has us fill out re-entry documents on the return trip from Portugal to US that were unnecessary since the airport has kiosk to take the information. This made the disembarking very stressful.

Loved the CRJ1000. Quiet and quite confortable.

Left my luggage behind. Flight attendants were extremely rude. Got charged twice for my ticket and still no refund. Worst airline i’ve ever flew with. This flight was first class by the way and they still managed to lose both my luggage and a couple’s luggage who were seated behind me also in first class. Absolutely ridiculous.

Delayed departure from Lisbon due to security issue but flight arrived on time in Madrid.

I think it was silly that we needed to get a new boarding pass after we showed proof of a negative covid test. I think this proof could have been done online when booking the flight. It seemed very inefficient to do at the gate for everyone.

Tudo com uma péssima aparência e sabor. A comida foi requentada várias vezes. Ao tentar substituir a refeição, as pessoas da Iberia não te atendem prontamente e quando isso ocorre, informam que a outra opção não tem mais. Um prêmio para a Iberia de como tratar mal seus passageiros, não respeitando inclusive a saúde dos mesmos, servindo uma comida pouco saudável. Ao pedir um vinho branco, as pessoas da Iberia, informam que não tem. Depois você verifica que tem, ou seja, a pessoa da Iberia não falou da verdade. Resumindo, uma total falta de respeito. A pior alimentação servida em toda minha vida. Além da péssima educação da tripulação da Iberia. Eles estão treinados apenas para fazer o serviço operacional, quando surge algum problema, é uma grande decepção."

Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

The luggage handling at arrival was extremely slow. The indication "first luggage on belt" was not correct at all. This is the second time it arrives to me and I will choose other carriers as a consequence.

Prós: "Schiphol was as busy as I’ve ever seen it even at 5am in the morning, but the combination of efficient systems and good natured staff throughout made everything flow very well. This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. Contras: "It was impossible for me to reserve seats in advance. I tried online and via text messaging with the airline directly. I was finally told, after multiple attempts and many texts messages back and forth with a representative, that I could only reserve my seats during check-in at the airport because my ticket had been purchased via another airline/ service (I had connecting flights). This was very frustrating. Also, the seats on the plane were very uncomfortable, there's no room, and I'm not a large person. When they offered something to drink, I asked for water and had to pay 2.80 for it, there were no snacks. I would not fly this airline again."
Prós: "This is the second time in a short period of time I flew Transavia from MUC to DUB and the plane had 1 hour 45 minutes delay due to "technical problems". Moreover I wasn't informed at check- in although the fact was known by then as mentioned on the departure board!!! I prob won't book anymore Transavia flights"

Contras: "When we booked there was no information about fees for checked bags. I tried to Ck in online and pay for our bags then but the payment didn't go through. At the airport they charged me even more than it would have been online. The bags cost more than our seats. We should have been told!!"

Seats where old shows wear and there was still trash from previous passengers in the seat pocket and a empty soda can rolling around under our seat."

Contras: "I don't understand why it took them around 15 min to check in each person. This was the most terrible check in I have ever experienced. One other staff member actually had to take over for one man doing check in because he was so slow. The flight ended up being almost an hour delayed. After this, they didn't even offer people free water. I have flown with low cost airlines all over the world and this was by far the worst."

They charged us 29€ to put luggage down in the airplane hold…we were forced to carry the suitcases about 200 meters from the terminal to the plane all across the grounds …. FINALY, there was no one there to take the luggage, so we carried’m in the airplane cabin … Flight attendants suggested to write to the company to get the many back; which we'll do it as son as we get back home.

we had a real problem at the check-in because EASY JET didn't have received the information that we had contracted and paid for 1 cabin luggage each one, my boss and I , and they charged us again for our small suitcase !!! So we paid twice for the same service!! We came back last thursday evening and we still haven't received the invoice to be able to claim . we are very angry with kayak... next time we won't buy our flight ticket by you . Contras: "Customs clearance que was ridiculous, a massive line that was slow moving. Took well over an hour and got out of control as many people on the flight tried to fight there way to the front. I’ve traveled to many many countries over 30 years and it’s one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. The one easyjet person that we could find had no clue and all he could do was try and hurry everyone up which added to the panic and made it worse. I won’t be rushing back to france."
