There was no flight!! This flight was non-existent and I had no cancellation info or change provided for me. I had to scramble to take trains to the next city to make my international flight.

Some movies were only trailers. The food quality was not good. One of flight attendants was a little rude (in Teh-Fra flight). The flight was really smooth. It was on time

The only thing I liked was the team on the airplane were very professional and that I had space in my seat because no one was seating next to me. Everything else was terrible. The food was awful, the entertainment system did not work 90% of the time, I was not able to watch even one movie properly without it stopping and posing all the time. To say that I did not have a good experience in the airport during boarding because it was an organized and a pretty big mess. I will never fly with them again

Our Izmir-Munich flight was delayed so much that we missed our connecting flight. We stayed here over-night. Today we were on stand by, but there was no room on today’s flight. We’re now stuck here. Lufthansa has been very unhelpful. How long we’re going to be stuck here? It’s absurd. I had to be at work today.

Voo com atraso, Equipe atenciosa. Entretenimento não se aplica. Tivemos problema com a liberação da bagagem, ficamos mais de uma hora na esteira à espera da bagagem sem nenhuma informação. O problema foi com a bagagem de todos os passageiros. Depois de uma hora e trinta quando formou-se uma enorme fila para reclamar as malas a bagagem foi lebrada. Até então nenhuma informação. Muitos passageiros habitantes de Munique foram embora e suas bagagens estavam na esteira.

Thank god I had lunch at Frankfurt before departure! Covid-19 should not be an excuse for lack of services! I work for a company which falls into the Essential business category and despite the pandemic we NEVER EVER compromised with the top quality of our product! I am so dissatisfied with Lufthansa and what they have become, pale shadow of a great company, very sad...."

Very poor snack and drink option

The actual flight was ok. But was a mess before departing AMS. My previous flight was late, so missed my connection in AMS. Then I spent over two hours getting things settled to get another flight. I was unable to complete my request online, and no one at KLM in AMS wanted to help. They kept giving me the run-around until I finally convinced them K was stuck without their personal help. It added a lot of stress (and about 5 more hours of transit time) to my overall journey.

Gostei da comida, do entretenimento e do atendimento da equipe. As poltronas são muito próximas e o ar condicionado estava quente

A diferença pra mim foi em relação a tripulação. Estavam sempre muito gentis, alegres, atenderam a todos com rapidez e atenção.Parabéns para a equipe!

Tenho necessidades especiais de alimentação (doença celíaca) e fiquei com pouca opção para o lanche a bordo no trajeto Amsterdão/Lisboa.

Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

Customs at CDG airport was sooooo slow that we nearly missed our connection with maybe 3 minutes to spare.

Due to terminal renovations, there was inadequate seating. Couldn’t understand the gate agents announcements with her mask on. Could use more legroom in seats

The gate crew in Paris was HORRIBLE. I purchased a Premium Economy seat and was "involuntarily downgraded" to regular economy, splitting up my family. There was no apology and they were very rude. And then they subjected me to an additional security check. When I asked about a refund for the difference, they simply said, "check with the ticket agent in LA when you get there." But due to flight delays, we didn't get to the ticket counter until 11 p.m. and they couldn't help me. The flight crew was astonished this had happened, and they tried to be helpful. But the whole experience was pretty lousy.

Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.

Prós: "The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc."

Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

Due to delay leaving Munich, rather than having a 3+ hour layover in Dublin had NO TIME between flights. Fortunately the staff in Dublin were prepared with our boarding passes for the flight to Boston, which staff could not issue in Munich due to computer problems (I GUESS?). The plane was FREEZING. Food was meh. Would be reluctant to fly AER LINGUS again.

Not sure? I’ve had passed flights with Aer Lingus and never had any issues . You can’t fix things like personnel calling sick or having Covid.

I liked nothing, service was awful and they lost my luggage, no vegetarian food, no sweetener for diabetes passengers and no tomatoes juice. We had to wait 30 mins to get stairs to get off flight in MAN. Very bad all round.

Prós: "Unable to check in online. Not from phone. Not on website. Called directly and waited forever. And told must do at airport. Arrived and was told flight booked and full so bumped from the flight. Paid $2000 for a coach ticket and not able to get on either flight from Boston - so missed all meeting."
Contras: "Join TSA you amateur / cut rate airline. Fix reservation system."

After multiple long waiting periods on the phone to work this out no one ever picked up. We will never book through Kayak/JustFly again."

Contras: "I couldn't check in until I got to the airport so I was stuck in a middle seat. Boarding went smoothly but we sat on the run way for an extended period of time. The screens weren't working for the first 45 mintues and when they were finally reset the movies kept skipping which made it unwatchable, the 7 hour flight from hell."

Prós: "Loaded the plane from the back to the front which only makes since. Never got hit in the face by someone's carry on. Staff was very nice and clean cut. Looked and acted professional"
Contras: "Food and drink was continuous and they only turned the cabin lights off for the last 2 hours of overnight fllight"
Prós: "It was pretty fast and the temperature was very comfortable. I didn't have to cover up with blankets."
Contras: "I was surprised they didn't offer a free snack and drink. I was caught off guard not knowing that I had to pay for both and there wasn't any entertainment. There weren't screens for shows or music."

Contras: "AerLingus use a Boeing757 on this route and the seats are old, uncomfortable and many have dips in them.The entertainment system is ancient and had limited stuff on it. The food was as bad as airplane food gets. The 'beef' Shepard pie was lumpy and over salted. Also you must pay for beer and wine on this 4 star airline. They use "smart flies aer Lingus " as their advert tag line. In my opinion smart flies someone else"
Contras: "First of all, they were not able to locate my reservations even after I showed them the e ticket. I had to be on call with Etihad for 1 hour to figure out my reservation. I had a small 7-year-old son with me and we were at the airport from one day. Since my other flight got cancelled I ended up boarding taking Etihad. I was first in the line at the check-in counter and ended up boarding at the end with all the hassle. I requested the vegetarian food twice and confirmed it while the reservation, but still didn't get the food. My son and myself were hungry for few hours. The crew was not very supportive to accommodate any food."
Contras: "When I sat down at my seat, the entertainment screen froze. I kept telling the flight attendants to help me out and they kept resetting my screen but nothing happened. So they gave me a complimentary Wi-Fi card, but there was no service or wifi available. One flight attendant tried to help and said he would come back. 45 minutes later... he never came back! I pressed the call button to get the flight attendant's attention, and no one came for an hour and a half! They saw the light above my seat, but they just kept walking past me! I raised my hand to get their attention, but they ignored me and walked right past me! I appreciate the fact that they were trying everything they could do to help me out, but when they started ignoring me every time I asked them for help...that was just rude and my anxiety began to rise! Worst flight experience I have ever encountered."
Prós: "The staff and entertainment onboard were great and soft nee blankets provided as well as decent food."
Contras: "The inefficient boarding caused the flight to be delayed on takeoff and thus missing our gate on landing requiring us fo sit on the tarmac for and extensive amount of time."

Contras: "On an almost 11 hour flight, we got very thirsty so an additional beverage service would have been nice. I must say that I was a bit taken aback by the fact that they get their crew to sell merchandise during the flight from their on-board catalog."

Contras: "I was under the impression that small drinks such as soda or coffee would be complementary. To charge 2,50 Euro for a sprite and 3 Euro for coffee is unreasonable."

Contras: "Leg room was minimal. I don't think you should allow seats to go back since I inevitably sit behind someone who puts his all the way back and I feel like a pretzel. It seemed like a very expensive ticked to feel like that."

Prós: "Have traveled many long haul flights with various airlines in past 6 months. The Aer Lingus food was significantly better than the others. Very tasty."
Contras: "Not enough seating at gate in Dublin and the space needs updating. A complimentary beer or wine with the meals, as provided by other carriers, would be nice."

Contras: "As usual the seats are to small and too close together, front to back. What offends me is that the airline offers a minimal meal and or treats with an occasional offering of water and then turns around and offers to sell you extra food or drinks. Sadly though I believe most airlines operate this way now. I suppose it is what you pay for now. It sure isn't the way it was even a decade ago."
