Boarding was chaotic - a full flight crammed into a departure lounge with far too few seats. There were many families trying to board and the staff could barely cope."

I add extra baggage in TKL Airport : my original bag is 23 kg I have until 32kg, The extra baggage was 20kg, So I pay 247 Euro each extra kg 19 Euro. 4. In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."

The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour."

Contras: "We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre."

Prós: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Contras: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Contras: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Contras: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Prós: "787 is a great airplane. The 3-3-3 seat configuration leaves enough seat width to be just comfortable in coach."

Contras: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Prós: "I was pleasantly surprised they had a snack service on such a short flight. The flight attendants were very friendly"
Contras: "Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!"

Contras: "Didn't allow my carry on. Said too big. Same bag was on earlier connecting flight on much smaller plane. Also on flight on Southwest week prior. But larger intercontinental flight wouldn't allow it."

Prós: "They were awesome."

Prós: "Efficiency and speed of boarding was acceptable. I have no complaints about that aspect. The Comfort+ seats were worth the upgrade, pretty comfortable and reasonable legroom unless you have a big carry on stowed under the seat in front of you."
Contras: "The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

Prós: "The constant supply of food that was offered to you. The crew was nice and always helpful."
Contras: "The process of boarding in Amsterdam was not organized and felt more stressful than it needed to be."

Prós: "The crew was excellent. However the business class seats were terrible. You had to step over a sleeping customer to get out of the seat. There was no place to put anything other than a distant little drawer under the TV. The food choices were the same old chicken and pasta."

I'm still sat in Orlando waiting for my flight after losing my hotel in LA"

Contras: "The seats are not just uncomfortable, they are awful. Worse than Wizzair!"

Contras: "One of the worst experience I’ve had, if not the worst. Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."

Contras: "No complaints"

Prós: "BA crews are always great. Also excellent that they don’t have those annoying M&S menus on LCY flights. I don’t object to paying, but it just slows everything down."

Contras: "First it was on time (this morning t-12 hrs) Then it was delayed (delayed incoming flight) Then the plane changed and was on time Then something weird happend, departure was on time, arrival was delayed by 2 hours. Of course, officially there was no delay as departure was still on schedule - but “departure” just means everyone is boarded and plane door is shut, you could still be sitting on an empty stand on the tarmac for two+ hours. Complaints ensued. Captain rerouted plane. Back on time. Arriving at LGW is ridiculous - only 3!!!! THREE! Border nazis manning passport desk for entire south terminal, there must have been at least 700 people queueing. So that delay of 1 hour plus still occurred just within the airport. #ThisIsBrexitBritain #BrokenBritain #PeopleJustDoNothing #NothingWorks #AlexCruzIsACunt"

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "BA took us onboard, flew us 40 minutes into Frankfurt and they decided there was a mechanical problem and returned back into Heathrow. The next plane did not arrive until 5 hours later, which lead to missing the connection flight. We were asking for updates and nobody knew anything. We asked to be changed to different airline and they could even do that. They did not compensate or pay anything, which is unacceptable. Horrible customer service."

Prós: "Flight crew"
Contras: "Infant ticketing was royally messed up on the was out and back. Ticket booking over phone took two hours. Ticketing at seat took nearly 45 minutes. Absurd waste of time."

Prós: "Clean plane and crew are friendly"
Contras: "Stuff at the gate we’re very rode no manors at all ."

Prós: "on time, attentive staff and it worked as expected.No hassles on luggage"

Prós: "Nothing. Delayed. Waiting around a lot. No satisfactory explanation."
Contras: "Delays. Poor communication. Disappointment that you can now count on BA to be worse than just about all other airlines."

Prós: "For the most part the crew was attentive, kind, sweet, and overall wonderful. Food was good. Great options for vegetarians. Loved the ice cream as snack:). Clean sealed blankets. Loved the movie and tv options. For the most part very happy with service, cleanliness, pilot keeping us informed of delays or anything going on with the flight. Leg space on coach was difficult for tall people and my son's tray table tilted to where he had to put blankets underneath to keep it straight and avoid further spillage."
Contras: "Again the crew has to be informed regarding disabilities. This time an attendant did not allow me to leave my one window closed and said it was due to security and asked to wrap a blanket around my head. Really??? Light streaming into my window was blinding, no time to adjust to the surroundings, light just came through everywhere. Headache ensued even shielding my eyes with the blanket. At least my family helped guide me out. Though head injury is not a visible condition it is still a disability which requires consideration and must not be treated lightly. I perform due diligence to address my disability without extra assistance outside of my family....I only asked for my one window to remain closed. There is still light around enough for people to see more than adequately. This incident is the reason for the 3 stars...because of one crew member...instead of the deserved 5 for everyone else."

Contras: "On a flight to Budapest, budapest airport had issues that forced us to land in Austria. 5 hours later we’ve been completely abandoned in an empty airport while all the other planes that landed paid for their customers transport. It’s 4am, we have not been given food water or a plan as to how we will get to our destination. The plane crew basically told us we are on our own and left. This is straight up cruel, unjust and completely unacceptable considering we paid more than 2000 dollars for these flights"

Prós: "Good leg room, good service from staff and left early"
Contras: "Did not have food so can't comment but tea was cold, however cabin crew more than happy to change it. no other negatives to think of"

Prós: "Flight was comfortable and on time, plane was clean and warm."
Contras: "Did not think this was any better than the budget airlines, I expected more from British Airways, no entertainment on board - food limited, some gifts ran out."

Contras: "for the second time on this flight, the onboard devise for credit cards would not accept mine. this is the same card i used to book the flight. i complained to british air last time but they obviously haven't fixed the problem. there seems to be a problem using american credit cards these flights. is is a problem because nothing is free. luck;y a flight attendant did feel bad about it and gave me a glass of water"

Prós: "Great crew, gently made sure we had our masks on."
Contras: "Boarded some passengers very early and had to wait on bus and plane for other passengers who boarded at normal time."

Prós: "The plane was already delayed they didnt notify us and when they posted the time on the board, we went 15 mins before the take off and they didnt let us on the plane"
Contras: "Communication"

Prós: "Schiphol was as busy as I’ve ever seen it even at 5am in the morning, but the combination of efficient systems and good natured staff throughout made everything flow very well. This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well. I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated."
Contras: "More updates from the flight deck during the delay would have been nice, but overall I was impressed and would certainly fly with that airline again."

Prós: "Our flight had a medical emergency with a divert to Bourdeaux. I was quit impressed on how the crew managed the entire situation. Very impressive!"

Contras: "The flight was perfect the only thing that concerned me was that two female passengers were allowed into the cockpit about thirty minutes prior to landing and stayed in their for the duration including landing. Did not know that that was allowed. Other than that it was perfect."

Prós: "The crew was nice."
Contras: "It was impossible for me to reserve seats in advance. I tried online and via text messaging with the airline directly. I was finally told, after multiple attempts and many texts messages back and forth with a representative, that I could only reserve my seats during check-in at the airport because my ticket had been purchased via another airline/ service (I had connecting flights). This was very frustrating. Also, the seats on the plane were very uncomfortable, there's no room, and I'm not a large person. When they offered something to drink, I asked for water and had to pay 2.80 for it, there were no snacks. I would not fly this airline again."

Prós: "This is the second time in a short period of time I flew Transavia from MUC to DUB and the plane had 1 hour 45 minutes delay due to "technical problems". Moreover I wasn't informed at check- in although the fact was known by then as mentioned on the departure board!!! I prob won't book anymore Transavia flights"

Contras: "When we booked there was no information about fees for checked bags. I tried to Ck in online and pay for our bags then but the payment didn't go through. At the airport they charged me even more than it would have been online. The bags cost more than our seats. We should have been told!!"

Prós: "Fine flight. No frills. Friendly service."

Contras: "I don't understand why it took them around 15 min to check in each person. This was the most terrible check in I have ever experienced. One other staff member actually had to take over for one man doing check in because he was so slow. The flight ended up being almost an hour delayed. After this, they didn't even offer people free water. I have flown with low cost airlines all over the world and this was by far the worst."

Contras: "Flight was delayed and we stayed on the plane waiting for almost 2 hours."

Contras: "The biggest problems were the early departure time and frequently changing gate assignment, and the fact the service is not daily. I had to get up at 4:00 to catch a 4:30 shuttle to the airport. At. Arriving at the airport by 4:45, I had to walk back and forth inside the terminal to find the right check in area, and then a long way to get through security and a long walk back to get to the correct gate. I reached the gate at 6:10 for a 6:15 loading open. During check-in the attendant told me the boarding gate had changed and suggested a paper boarding pass scanned better than one on a tablet or phone. She printed me a new one, but it still had the old gate number on it. Had the flight been offered for the next day too, I would have rested another day in Amsterdam from my transatlantic flight."

Contras: "I didnt get a receipt. It said 5 Euros on my receipt"

Prós: "The cheap price."
Contras: "I wasn't able to eat or shop because I didn't have cash or credit card, only a debit card. Time to update your system. I was starving four hours, and couldn't get something I wanted from your shop. Silly problem to have in 2017."

Prós: "I did not have a snack or watch anything. So I did not rate in those areas. Quick boarding and unboarding!"

Prós: "Service was wonderful. Would have been perfect if they would have included the check in of an infant car seat. Nonetheless I was able to do it without issue at a fee."

Prós: "Voor 50,- naar Praag en terug: hoe is het mogelijk?"
Contras: "Je kunt dan natuurlijk niet veel extra's verwachten."
