Not fun!!"

Super unhelpful and rude. Then our flight was delayed two hours which caused us to miss the train we needed out of the airport to West Jesmond. Thus forcing us to take a cab that was horrifically expensive. Super bummed on heathrow and British airlines. Would not travel through heathrow again."

Contras: "First it was on time (this morning t-12 hrs) Then it was delayed (delayed incoming flight) Then the plane changed and was on time Then something weird happend, departure was on time, arrival was delayed by 2 hours. Of course, officially there was no delay as departure was still on schedule - but “departure” just means everyone is boarded and plane door is shut, you could still be sitting on an empty stand on the tarmac for two+ hours. Complaints ensued. Captain rerouted plane. Back on time. Arriving at LGW is ridiculous - only 3!!!! THREE! Border nazis manning passport desk for entire south terminal, there must have been at least 700 people queueing. So that delay of 1 hour plus still occurred just within the airport. #ThisIsBrexitBritain #BrokenBritain #PeopleJustDoNothing #NothingWorks #AlexCruzIsACunt"

Contras: "The biz class seats on BA are just horrible. The biz class service - BA aren’t even trying to match other airlines. A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"

Contras: "Old old entertainment systems. My TV wasn't working for the first hour of the flight. Crew had to keep restarting the entire plane's entertainment system in order to finally get mine to switch on. Plane was also very old"

Perhaps you could Justify £10 but 50 euro!! Why do they try so hard to rip there customers off at every turn"

Tivemos de permanecer sentados em espera para podermos sentir. Enfim. No mínimo ridículo."
