We had a receipt to pay the bags online and woman wouldn't look at it or even acknowledge it or accept it and re charged us double for our baggage an overall nightmare will never fly this airline again

Prós: I had tired to pay for my luggage online for 25 euros and the online payment rejected my payment repeatedly. I used 4 different credit cards and all rejected. I told this to thevticketing lady I was forced to pay 50 euros at airport .Totally upset me.
Contras: I was forced to pay 50 euros for my baggage when the online payment not working at all. The online was only 25 euros. This is fraud
Contras: We left one hour late. Spent one hour standing in walkway until we boarded. No meal on board, only water. Seated in the middle. Airplane was Bulgarian Electra Airways.
Prós: I did not like anything from this trip. I just learned my lesson not to travel with turkish airlines ever again.
Contras: flight was canceled from previous flight so we had to overnight in istambul and the whole situation was handled very poorly nobody took the time to explain to me what to do and mind this I was traveling with three year old and I found myself crying at midnight at the airport not knowing what to do.
Prós: Left on time, arrived on time, crew were friendly and efficient, toilets were kept clean the entire flight, seat in economy had enough leg room and recline to sleep
Contras: In-flight entertainment films were a bit limited

Contras: We had a very uncomfortable flight. A passenger right behind us was screaming all through the flight. We need to be refunded part of the ticket cos it was horrible.

Prós: Snack was great and tasty. Legroom is spacious on Aeroflot flights. Flight attendants were nice and attentive. Aeroflot lady at check-in desk clearly went an extra mile to help (see more below)
Contras: Aeroflot and Finnair systems are not talking to each other good enough. Aeroflot system was not able to see my status and perks with AA, member of the same Oneworld alliance as Finnair. So, it took extra time at the check in to explain, convince and get my extra luggage free perk.
Contras: The line to check in at the airport (in both directions) moved at a snails pace. We stood there for literally hours.
Contras: US bought carry on case been requested to be checked as a second baggage piece for $100 fee. And then both opened lost and not reached destination.
Prós: Helpful and pleasant crew, comfortable sits, good choice and quality of food and drinks, even of short flights

Contras: RUD Stop very disruptive to sleep. Especially with little kids. Connection flight at FRA was very hectic. Asked numerous airport personnel for help and extremely rude, including yelling at us unprovoked. Business lounge had no kids area and very clinical. BA business more warm.

Contras: With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much
Prós: The flight was on time, even though it left with almost 30 mins' delay (despite the fact that boarding was complete with a few minutes before the schedule take off time).
Contras: Seat comfort - the seats are tied with Ryanair for worst comfort (rigid and very cramped). Worst of all, though, as with Ryanair - seat allocation. Please, stop this "even though you're travelling together, you may be seated separately unless you pay to choose your seats" nonsense. It's ridiculous!

Prós: Seat reassignment went well. Lounge was a pleasant surprise (highly recommend if you fly out of / through Helsinki)
Contras: It makes little sense to be on a priority boarding, when you are checked-in, documents checked and …… then wait for 20 or so minutes standing on your feet waiting for actual boarding to begin

Contras: After showing passport to get boarding pass, had to line up to show passport again to get boarding pass stamped at gate-no instructions, just a line.. Why!? Poor communication.
Contras: The flight was cancelled and Florence airport staff was extremely incompetent and unprofessional. I spent 12 hours in the airport before getting to Zurich. Won’t get to Chicago until 24 hours after my planned arrival. If I something important then hell would’ve been raised.
Prós: Crew was very nice and attentive

Contras: They would not let me board the plane because the flights to get to mink, Belarus had a change of plane in Moscow. They demanded that I have a Russian visa. I explained repeatedly that I am only transiting through Moscow and am not leaving the secured airport area. Still, they did not allow me to board the plane. I had to cancel the flight and buy a new ticket from a different airline that did not transit through Moscow. Kayak and Belavia must tell the passenger prior to ticket purchase that if the flight goes out trough Moscow a Russian visa is required. in my case, they never told me this until I arrived in the airport to board the plane. A terrible experience.

Prós: The Flight Deck and Cabin Crew were very professional, aircraft was clean, boarding smooth (full complement of passengers), arrival on time.
Contras: Absolutely nothing to fault.
Prós: We flew from Porto, Portugal to Paris. The tourist information at the Porto airport was very helpful. The airline did provide some food!
Contras: The website was very confusing. I had a difficult time figuring out whether or not I had to pay extra to check a bag leaving Portugal. My husband and I had wine and olive oil in our baggage so knew we could not carry on our bags. A fellow passenger, much younger than I, found it impossible and ended up paying twice as much as he had to pay the "airport" price.
Prós: The flight was generally fine. It was on time with friendly service.
Contras: Food service was confusing. We were in row three and the food cart whizzed by without stopping until about row 10. Finally, I needed to push the call button to get attention. That was ignored, but I finally got service by getting the direct attention of a flight attendant. The reservation system did not work well for me. I tried to order a special seat at an extra price and I tried to order checked baggage at the discounted on-line method. Neither worked even though I received a message that both requests were accepted at an added cost. So I needed to go to a separate counter to pay for our extras and get boarding passes. This seems very inefficient for you and an inconvenience for us.
Contras: The filght was schedules for 10:00PM but did not leave until 3:15AM. You can't appreciate anything. The food that was given was of ppor quality.

Contras: Coffee creamer sachets are insufficient in quantity for the coffee. Even with two sachets the coffee was still nearly black. The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable.
Prós: The food (two full meals) and amenities provided by Aeroflot was wonderful. Staff was helpful on the flight and provided us with plenty of drinks.
Contras: We boarded the plane at the time the flight was supposed to depart without explanation as to why there was a delay. Then we sat on the plane for two hours without explanation again. Landed 45 minutes after the originally planned time. Our connecting flight to athens was going to depart in 15 minutes, but left us and 58 other passengers. Poor communication to the passengers and then poor communication or help from the airline. If they would’ve waited 15 minutes, 60 people could’ve made their connection. Instead we have to wait 6-7 hours to board another flight. The customer service at the Moscow airport was sad... only two people at the desk for 60+ customers needing new flights because of their unexplained late departure.
Contras: The departure was slightly delayed. But the on-board experience was great.

Prós: Very old plane, seats not updated and not working properly, food was served once on an 8 hour flight, there was turbulance for over 5 hours consistently, and the pilots did nothing to go around it. As a pilot, i can tell you this can be avoided. Some of the crew were not friendly. Old movie library.
Contras: New and updated plane, especially business class, more trained crew, seats that work and function normally, better and more food, served a light breakfast on an 8 hr flight. Updated movie library.
Prós: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.
Contras: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.

Contras: Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual.
Prós: Courteous crew, polite and knowledge. Just wish they wouldn't talk so fast over the tannoy! :-)
Contras: To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats...
Contras: I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!
Prós: Good airport . Punctual flight .
Prós: Clean aircraft with good on board staff. Flight departed on time and arrived early. Overall they are good value for a low cost carrier.
Contras: Wizz are a bit disorganised at bag check in, disorganised with overhead storage. Don't like the random seat assignment used if you don't want to pay the high price for assigned seats.
