Prós: Amazing crew. Took care of people in every possible way and were concerned about their comfort. The food and drinks were above and beyond. Other airline CEO’s should fly Lufthansa and find out what they need to do to impress their customers. side pockets beneath the windows are great to have.
Contras: The only thing I can say is the seating on a long flight needs a little more room. When the person in front lets their seat back it gets to be a little cramped.
Prós: The crew was very friendly and provided excellent service
Contras: The seat could have been a little bit more comfortable. Then again for a long trip, unless you are in business or first class, it's not going to be that comfortable.

Prós: We really enjoyed TAP Air Portugal and expect to fly with them again. Comfortable seats, pillow, blanket, and MEALS! Good ones with actual silver! USB charging port at every seat, with a good selection of movies. Great airline for a great price!
Prós: Very on time, smooth take off and landing and friendly staff.
Contras: Perhaps spirits offered other than just wine. And a vegetarian food option.

Contras: On the transatlantic flight the crew was unattractive and somewhat rude. They skipped our entire row serving morning refreshments and then complained and tried to shame us all for calling them back. Food quality was on par with Alegent Airlines. We even got charged for one piece of checked luggage 46lb on a international flight. That was a first!!!
Prós: Crew was friendly and the flight was nice and smooth.

Prós: From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!
Contras: This flight was poorly advertised as Economy Light. I had to pay $500 in baggage fees to being one checked ski bag round trip - more than the cost of my entire fare!
Prós: Good food and beverage options. Many movie and television selections.
Contras: The seats were too close especially when reclined. The lady next to me got into an argument 3 times with the man behind her and no one assisted the situation. The second security check needs a better signifier that it was done. It almost made me and another man miss our flight. Miserable attendants

Contras: I pre-paid two checked bags (one each for my husband and myself). At check in we were told I had not done this and we had to go pay at another desk in the airport and come back to the check in line, 40 euros each. I showed the agent my paperwork that showed one bag each--it was not explicit on the paper whether this was the allowance or what I had paid--and she shrugged and said "Bad information. You have to pay now and you can take it up with the airline later." This will be a pain in the neck.
Prós: Efficient boarding and disembarking.
Contras: Shocked that I need to produce my own printed boarding cards (I don't travel with a printer), or I must produce it on a smartphone. Neither available - I showed my confirmation of check-in on my email and the agent printed my boarding cards. Your idea of asking 32 Euro for a boarding card is &^%(*
Contras: There was a sceen right before my eyes telling me how much time of the flight was left. Even if I wanted to be unaware of the information I could not because as I mensioned it was right before my eyes. I was aware of almost every minute of this flight....found it hard to let go and just let time pass

Prós: The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!

Contras: I bought extra baggage service and my credit card was debited for 40 euros 2 weeks before the flight. On the day of the flight I logged on to make sure I actually have the extra baggage, turned out my account doesn't show it. So I buy another extra baggage thinking that there must be a mistake, and my card was debited again. In the airport, I was told that the system does not show any extra baggage and that I have to pay 200 euros as a penalty! After I protested, I was given a number to call to fix the issue. I tried calling for 20 min with no answer. The employee then tells me "Oh there's no-one there on Sundays" Which he failed to mention when he gave me the number. So we came to the agreement that I have to pay an extra 40 euros because the boarding time was getting close. The next day I try to call with no answer, I send an email with no answer! I was charged 3 times for one extra baggage with no response to my complaint. Not only lousy but absent customer service!
Prós: It was a smooth ride. Everything went on smoothly
Contras: Failed to deliver luggage to Warsaw upon arrival on Wednesday.. Had to submit a claim upon arrival. Thursday morning still waiting for status of luggage which apparently remains in Prague.

Contras: Many flights were grounded for several hours because of some airline operational glitch. We were provided with no information or guidance about how to resume our travels. As we tried to sort ourselves out we were sent from lineup to lineup without much progress or friendly service.
Contras: To be given a blanket. And better choice in music
Prós: The plane was clean and seats were comfortable considering 2.5. hour flight; all crew members were nice and friendly; there was some food available for purchase but we didn't buy it since we ate at the airport before the flight. I would definitely fly again.

Prós: 3-3-3 layout in economy on the United 777 I was on meant I wasn't cramped for space. WiFi worked well for a significant amount of the time I used it.

I was never offered a choice of breakfast before I boarded and I could not get what I wanted. You do not offer enough space fo list all my comments. Very unfair

Prós: Nothing was particularly positive.
Contras: Never in my life have I seen a plane where half the passengers were under the age of 10. So many screaming babies, kids kicking the seats, and running around the isle! I seriously thought the plane was going to a convention of mothers. I asked a pilot what was going on, he said "it's the airline." This left me puzzled, but I figured it out. The airline is from Moldova. When I sat through a 6 hour layover there because the airline canceled my connecting flight, it became apparent that the entire airport was filled with infants and toddlers. There were many stations and rooms dedicated for child care, as well. So it appears that there is a very high birth rate in Moldova. Good for them! But bad for anyone making a connection in Moldova. It's technically not even a fault of the airline. But I certainly will try to avoid it in the future and buy the more expensive direct flights.

Contras: We had to take a bus to get to the airplane from the terminal, which was no big deal. The bus driver was a little rough though.
Prós: We upgraded our flight from Frankfurt to business class--so worth it.
