By the time they charge you for everything, you don't save any money. And they even weigh every purse, backpack, handbag, etc. at the gate and start charging customers for carry on. Don't fly with these guys. And because their customers are dissatisfied, all the employees I encountered were rude."

Prós: "My flight from Chicago to Doha was late to come in and there was a gate agent waiting for us and two other passengers with a sign when we got off the plane. He told us that our flight had already left but he would get us on the next one. We ended up getting seats on the next flight but then were also given the option to get a temporary visa and explore Doha for the night. We opted for the comped night which included a very nice hotel and $100 in meal vouchers. We absolutely LOVED Doha and the hotel and food was fantastic! I don't think I have ever received better service from an airline or a hotel. We ended up walking around Souq Waquif and the downtown until 1am (we are two young females!) with no issue and just used Uber to get to and from the hotel. Everything was so well laid out for us! No complaints whatsoever!"

Missed connecting train since flight was late into Zurich and I had to stay at airport hotel because of it as well as I had to repurchase train ticket

Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.

No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.

Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.

As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

Contras: "I was asked to check my carry-on. I have used this carry-on more than 50x without an issue. I have even put it in the smaller compartments on smaller Bombardier jets. I don't have an issue with being asked to check luggage, but I resent being asked when others are allowed to take their carry-on onto to the plane without issue. Right in front of me while I was waiting for a baggage tag, others were being checked in with carry-on equal to mine and allowed to take it onto the plane. I can only surmise that my ticket limited me to one bag onto the plane, although they would not tell me this. This was not clear when I booked the ticket nor when I checked in on-line. I had a 40 minute connection in Zurich so was very concerned that my luggage would not make it. Luckily, it did make it to my next stop. Swiss Air seems to have different restrictions than other airlines which I have encountered before. I take ownership that I should be aware of a tickets restrictions but this was a multi-leg trip (5). However, I will tend to avoid Swiss air in the future, to avoid having to research their unique restrictions."

Contras: "Flight from Zurich to Johannesburg: Swiss 288 (airbus a340-300) Sat in the last row of the Swiss air flight, economy, which was okay but our whole row video enternatinment system didn’t work. You’d pick a movie and it wouldn’t play. The games, camera and flight status animation all worked but not the movies. Air hostess tried resetting , still nothing. But it was a great opportunity to have a lovely conversation with my new German Friend Barbara and read my book! More lactose intolerant alternatives for breakfast which had much (cheese, yogurt, croissant) Other than those two , excellent flight. Thank you Swiss!"

We wanted to carry on luggage so just needed to print the pass. Swiss was the only airline that wasn’t available on the check-in kiosks. The front desk staff didn’t arrive until closer to 1.5 hours before check in so nearly theall passengers were in a huge line to get passes and check bags."

Gostei particularmente da configuração da aeronave e a alimentação é péssima. Para servir aquele sanduiche é melhor não oferecer nada!!

Vôo convencional sem nada de especial

Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.

Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.

Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

This first time i used buying tickets for u and you give me ticket from turkey airline and am never been with turkey airlines before, it’s the worse company I had ever seen in my life I got tired went hospital because of this company am very very sad ,please helping me my issue I bought tickets from you and then I went to airport to check in , the officer she said your bags it’s very heavy so i Said that fine I’ll paying the fees for extra, she said can you go buy in store 2 bags and move your clothes I said ok that’s fine, I went there back after am done she said am late u can’t take the flight because am late 3 mins i told her you just said go move my stuff and back the first I had emergency my sister she is past way 4 days ago and she is my twins and I didn’t see her for 4 years ago and then she’s past away I wish you feel me sir a and I explain her my this, she was trying tell me pay money for taken the flight next day and she wasn’t care sir she didn’t tell me sorry about my sister she’s only keeping talking pay money before 6 pm because after 6 it will be too much, so I told her please take my card and charge me and let’s me takes my flight I have emergency please she went inside and she took my card and she’s Back said my flight it will be tomorrow and charge me almost 200$ I said I didn’t say I want flight tomorrow and I feel very sad and she’s don’t care about my feelings but she’s was very care about money wooow, the end of day I getting tired to even speak and I was very very sad like i was thinking buying anther tickets for another company but she’s ready charge me and I left from airport to home back then I came next day and I went check in it was all the stuff different people and the lady she said my bags it’s big go buy one bag and move some stuff in this bag, again I said please can you cheak in and charge me extra bag let’s me fly she’s very very mean to me I went store and the lady from the store she’s was remember me because I went 2 times the first day and yesterday and back to check in she said am late for 2 mins and trying pay fees for next day, I was crying I can’t believe this I trying to explain her I was her last night and I have emergency nobody care nobody have feel me how am sad I trying to speak with anyone to help me nobody like all stuff they want done work and don’t care about Costmuer I went to Restrount and back nobody there and when I asked where’s all stuff they are left I was getting tired I have bags I trying to fond some one helping me nobody i got too much tired sir I was hospital yasterday I had 5 bags and I lost 2 bag I have big problem now for my back I got tired my body and my mind I have recorded all the stuff and from turkey airline I want send u the record and then you feeling me I only asked for help please help me I want flight and I can’t even walk it was too much please I don’t wants turkey airline"

Contras: "They broke my $1000 vintage musical instrument. Check-in counter lady assured me that it would be well taken care of, but they totally broke it. I went to airport to file property irregularity report and their staff denied to file it and said that it was my mistake. I am not going to fly Turkish airlines anymore. Even the food was bad."

I spent over $40 international calls just to reschedule my flight, only to have to take a $80 cab to the airport to have a human help me. Worst customer service and worst experience. I was trying to get home after a natural disaster struck my hometown and Turkish Airlines actually made that experience even worse. At no point did anyone even apologize for cancelling two of my flights without another option until a full week later. I had to pay to fly myself home from Boston because they were so unhelpful. Would never recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone I know whn traveling internationally."

Then they call your name to return the boarding pass ( which was a problem for me because I am hearing challenged). Not sure this special treatment is reserved for just brown skinned travellers"

Contras: "Air hostess were very rude. Her name is Iliana , none of them have name tags on. I guess that will he the first thing any passengers would expect. Food was not served as per the menu. They gave away whay ever they wish. To ask for water we had to request 4-5 times. The air hostess Iliana was bumping constanly into us, and does not even have courtesy of apologising. Because of her I could not even sleep for a second in the plane. Iliana is very racist. When multi cultural people are around, it a common sense that we have to talk in a language which is understandable by every one. She was speaking in the local language, and messing around with the fellow passengers for a small issue. She is definitely not fit as an air hostess, if she is there as a racist. there was another air hostess who as shouting at us to book business class if we need to order individually. A kid beside me was asking for an ice cream if we had a chance of purchasing it, like we do in domestic airlines. When I was requesting for the ice cream, she mentioned it thrice to book a ticket in business class. Rude absolutely very very rudeeeee. Untolerable service.....worst really worst service. There was no blanket and ear plugs kept on my seat, I request iliana thrice for blanket and ear plugs, she was like i will give you after I serve everyone, but I never had one through out my journey. This is how Eithad has trained their air hostess to handle passengers. seriously I will never ever choose eithad."

Simple requests from fellow passengers were regarded as inconvenient intrusions. The gal in my section would act like she had not heard the requests and then when the passengers would repeat themselves, she would snap, "Please wait till I've finished my service." She rarely would make eye contact with anyone while doing, "her service" and acted like it was a major inconvenience. It was a long flight but the crew on the way to New Delhi on Jet Airways were exceptional and made the flight as pleasant as possible. The Eithad crew lacked this attitude."

Sat on tarmac for over 2 hours because no one thought to load luggage of a couple hundred people or de-ice the wings for the sprinkle of snowflakes that terrified London. Cancelled our first flight to London a few hours before we were to leave home and after two hours on the phone, we were instructed to cancel our remaining flights and purchase a connecting flight to our destination ON OUR OWN DIME with the hope BA May reimburse. Had to fly into another COUNTRY, pay for our own hotel room and transfers and got to our final destination a day later, with only crossed fingers BA will take care of some of those expenses or at very least reimburse for the cancelled flight. They Lost our luggage on the way home because of a 2-hour delay (tarmac story above^), because they involved 3 airlines in their efforts to help us connect back home. Staff and crew we saw face to face were great to help...though not all customers shared that experience as we witnessed. Administratively, based on our 2 weeks of multi-country travel with them, BA seems to have lost the ability to manage themselves. 2.5 hour flight from Rome to London has terrible service and we had to ask for water to drink. Everything else was paid...I’m accustomed to that on regionals Euro commuter flights but very surprising on a full-fledged BA plane covering that distance. So many extra inches given to the thirty folks in first and business that commoners get sardine seats across the pond to America. That being said, the seats themselves are plenty comfortable withthe exception of arm rests that do not fully position upright. BA used to make you feel incredibly fortunate to fly with them. Now, I appreciate the crew who worked very hard to make-up for such an ugly delay on the ground and in baggage and flightbmanagement. The rest left me with a migraine."

I have been suffering from Back pain since several years, underwent surgery. I had to walk a larger distance at LHR to hotel and back to to catch flight. Very horrible journey I had ever experienced."
