My luggage got delayed, trying to reach out the airline and no updates for me where my luggage is and when it will be delivered to me.

A simpatia na cara dos comissários de bordo poderia ser melhor.
O voo foi mudado, incluindo o aeroporto de partida (de Gatwick para Heathrow), não indicando qualquer motivo para tal. Inclusivamente escolhemos aquele voo para não ter de trocar de aeroporto, pagando uma tarifa maior. Concluindo, tivemos de arranjar maneira de ir para outro aeroporto no meio de uma greve de transportes. Entre comboios atrasados e metros fechados, a última opção (depois de já termos gasto 50 libras) foi apanhar um táxi no meio de um engarrafamento. Gastámos perto de 80€ devido à troca de aeroporto. Péssima experiência!

And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever."

Many people had masks off for very long periods of time. I noted one woman sleeping for the last 3 hours of the flight with no mask on. Cabin crew walked past several times, served drinks and food and didn’t bother to say anything until land procedures. Also during the meal they flight attendant told us there was one chicken meal left and left it amount is to argue who gets it. Frustrating and unsafe flight.

Contras: "The check in agents with Iberia airlines in Porto were rude, the. told me only when I arrived that I could not carry on “camping backpacks”, so I would have to check it for an additional 40 euro to check it.. despite saying they’d be happy to check “carry on” free of charge.. I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience."

Contras: "I know the saying “you get what you pay for”, but good service from the flight attendants should be expected in the price. It was hard to get a greeting or a smile from them, far from prompt delivery of food or coffee ordered. We were traveling with two kids under 5, but there was no help offered. You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast."

Chegando no aeroporto de Madrid, precisamos ficar numa fila enorme para passar na imigração, depois em outra fila bem demorada para pegar o cartão de embarque e novamente uma fila imensa para outra imigração na hora de embarcar de noite para São Paulo. Não entendi porque não deram os dois cartões de embarque lá em Zagreb, como todas as companhias aéreas fazem. Mais de uma hora antes do embarque, recebi um e-mail da Iberia, achei ótimo. Dizia que já havia iniciado o embarque. Corremos para o portão e lá chegando havia uma fila imensa de passageiros já posicionados para embarcar. Não havia indicação visível de qual fila nós deveríamos entrar. Depois de muito perguntar, e de entrar na fila errada, consegui achar a minha fila. Ficaram todos os passageiros ali em pé, esperando mais de 40 minutos para iniciar o embarque. Terrível. Só posso elogiar os atendentes no sentido de fazerem as pessoas que estavam em fila errada a irem para o final da fila deles, mas não culpo as pessoas por estarem na fila errada pois eu mesmo demorei muito para entender onde deveria me posicionar. Se o embarque só começa no horário marcado, não entendi porque fazer todos ficarem de pé mais de 40 minutos na fila. Eu mesma deixei de ver as lojas do free shop por achar que estava muito atrasada. A comida era bem básica e o café da manhã fraco. Os comissários demoram muito para recolher o lixo e ficamos esperando com a mesa aberta um tempão. Enfim... precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos."

It had nothing to do with the size as they explained, just they thought the flight was too full and needed to send some carry on to cargo. We had a tight train connection to Granada and didn’t want to miss it waiting for luggage. If it would have been returned at the jetway it wouldn’t have been a problem."

Um voo para esquecer, debaixo de uma tempestade com ventos superiores a 100 km/h. Não conseguimos aterrar em Santiago, após 3 tentativas o voo foi desviado para Madrid. Após 3 h em Madrid sem assistência, nem alimentação nem água sequer, fomos encaminhados para autocarros para Santiago. Após um noite inteira de viagem, chegámos às 7:30h a Santiago. Reclamei junto da Air Europa por todas as situações e ao fim de muitos meses informaram que a reclamação não tinha fundamento pois a causa tinha sido o mau tempo, do qual a companhia não podia ser responsabilizada.
A aplicação da própria companhia não funcionava e não nos permitiu fazer o check-in mais facilmente.

Prós: "Im not sure how comfortable can an economy, 12 hours and a half flight seat can be.. but somehow it turned out to be easy and nice"
Contras: "The only things i can think of are already given in business class, like even wider seat and spaces between lines"
Contras: "Aucun membre n’a pu répondre en français alors qu’on atterrit quand même à Bruxelles."
Contras: "The boarding is very bad, you can not board 400 people in 15 minutes, the result will be, you will arrive one hour late! Also, Why the crew wear gloves when pick up left overs but not when serving the food? Really the crew training, it is very poor to sat the least. Arlindo."

Prós: "I got to my destination safely."
Contras: "My plane took off 45 minutes late and no one told the passengers (in English at least) why we were leaving so late (and I still don't know). After about 20 minutes of waiting for takeoff, I pressed the button to ask a flight attendant why we were leaving so late but no one would come up to me, so I had to flag a flight attendant down when she walked by and she only stayed long enough for me to ask her when we were leaving. I also wanted to buy a snack on the plane and the same flight attendant who had answered my question before snapped at me about using a credit card when I accidentally gave her my debit card. Normally, I'm not one to complain about these types of things and this situation definitely could have been much worse, but I think it's important that any delays are communicated to passengers."

Prós: "Pequena vantagem de preço em relação a outras companhias. Foram pontuais."
Contras: "Não é possível fazer check-in online, que foi demorado antes do embarque. A companhia não informa com exatidão o terminal e o gate de embarque até 2 horas antes. O assento bastante apertado, as refeições muito simples. Foi complicado planejar a ida ao aeroporto sem essas informações."

No lugar disponibilizavam acesso ao acervo de filmes através do Wi-Fi da aeronave ou utilização do mesmo conectado à internet, porém com valor surreal. 20 megabytes de dados por 7 euros?!"
Contras: "A low cost company trying to compete with bigger company and prices too high for what you got."
Prós: "A tripulação tem uma boa qualidade e tenta oferecer o padrão das outras companhias aéreas. Piloto parece ser muito experiente, decolagem e pouso perfeitos sem sobressaltos."
Contras: "Avião velho. Assentos com mal cheiro, estofamento desgastado e fino. Pouco espaço entre os assentos. Entretenimento antigo e sem variedade. Poderiam avisar com alguns dias de antecedência sobre a oferta de streaming no avião. Assim como disponibilizar pontos de recarga de celulares e tablets nos assentos. Em resumo o avião funciona sem problemas, mas o conforto deve ser atualizado urgentemente."
Prós: "Do atendimento da tripulação! Todos cordiais e atenciosos, além de muito pacientes."
Contras: "Da falta de cuidado com os aviões e da desorganização no dia que perdemos a conexão e demorou demais para providenciarem um ônibus para o hotel e na volta do hotel o ônibus nos deixou no terminal errado. Coisas simples, mas que demonstram uma falta de cuidado com os processos."
Prós: "I liked the Boeing 787"
Contras: "The service sucked. The crew speaks very weak English. The crew only comes around the cabin very few times. Not good on a 9 1/2 hour flight."
Prós: "The Embraer is a great regional aircraft."
Contras: "There are plenty of air bridges to use at Porto airport, but AirEuropa chooses to use a stand that requires busing passengers from the terminal and back. No IFE."
Contras: "An hour to check in is unreasonable and the having to go to a separate counter to pay for a bag was a joke."
Prós: "This is the most basic service of just get on the plane type of travel. Nothing is included. They would charge you for the air you breath if they thought they could get away with it."
Contras: "My carry-on of clearly leagal size was tested to see if it passed. Happy to say IT PASSED they could not charge me. No in flight entertainment as there is no place to put a headphone into. They tell you to use your smart phone. The flight attendants disappear and really are not there for any reason I could see except to find ways to charge you for something. When they do show up they basically try to ignore you."

Não tinha multimídia individual, para entretenimento deveria ser usado o próprio smartphone via wi-fi do avião, que só disponibilizada poucos (5) filmes ruins. Não há tomada para carregamento e o banheiro é mal conservado. Nunca usaremos novamente. Não vale o preço."
Prós: "Voo com avião novo, com espaço OK entre poltronas para o trecho."

Contras: "I'm curious with Air Europa for not thoroughly detailing me at the time of booking about the extraneous and very unreasonable check-in baggage fee for €60!! For checkin in 1 bag at the counter! The website was deceptive in its wording with 1 baggag is free and the rest has a fee. Therefore, i understood that i didn't have to purchase a check in luggage fee. That right there is living expense that I depended on for my trip. Thanks Air Europa! The check-in agent and another Air Europa representative at the Madrid airport did little to anull my fee that I felt mislead about. That was terrible customer service! I tried to give my flight a chance, but the touch down landing was probably one of the worst jolted sloppy touchdowns I've experienced. I looked around to see other's surprised reaction. I don't know of how Air Europa stocks or current state of economy are; but after dropping €60 for 1 checked in luggage, I'd expect a free beverage or light snack provided. Even the hot tea was €2.50. Im not happy and warning other's not to use this airline."

Contras: "Flight was delayed. Connecting gate was on the other side of the airport. We were running from one side of the airport to another. They should have provided a shuttle service for all of those passengers."

Contras: "Three hour delay. Shifted all our plans and reservations. Upsetting. Made short seven hour flight a ten hour flight with sitting and waiting for three hours. We were hungry and tired and stuck. Kept getting mixed signals: to wait longer."
Contras: "The flight and its crew did well but I will NEVER use it again if it has to transit in Brussels. We were bussed to the T terminal ( ‘incidentally’ where were all the AFRICAN flights transit) were we had a 5 hour layover, which is fine with me, but the terminal has no restaurant or any decent stores."
Prós: "The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped."
Contras: "The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive."
Prós: "The food was okay but thats the best thing I can say."
Contras: "There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"
Prós: "After our first flight had been cancelled, we needed to be comforted by Brussels Airlines that our return flight would be OK. And we were. Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again."
Prós: "Helpful services."
Prós: "Crew were super helpful and friendly. Food was above average for airline food. It was all on schedule. On my return trip - knowing already the confusion with the exit row seat which I explained here, they switched me to the correct exit row without a problem or charge."
Contras: "I tried to book exit row seats online. The seat map would not load, so I called the number suggested. Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!"

Contras: "It was late both going to Prague and coming back. Then on this flight the stewardess tried to tell me that I could not put my bag on the bin on top of my head - she was reserving it for other passengers! Then she realized that her comment might sound racist (so she apologized), then she told me that I could not put my small bag under the chair. Finally I told her that she is certainly looking for a way to get me off the flight to which she answered "I can certainly find something!!!" Cultural sensitivity is needed with these stewardesses who are racist like I don't understand and I was certainly polite!"
Contras: "Sardine tin bus transfers from hell."
Contras: "Paid extra to secure aisle seat booking, reconfirmed byne two days before flight, at check-in was reassigned to a middle seat, without explanatiob or apology. Had to be uncomfortably adamant about paid aisle seat reservation for them to put me in one of the several still available."
Prós: "Good leg space and went on time."
Contras: "Cup of coffee would be nice but this you need to buy and this is STUPID Expensive"

Contras: "Neither the JFK counter agents nor the flight attendants knew if I could transition in Brussels onto Bulgaria Air without exiting and re-entering. In fact, it is a simple process in the Brussels Airport transition zone, with the friendly help of Bulgaria Air agents. Breakfast is a box of sugar: shrink wrapped muffin, Toblerone bar, orange juice. These are all sugar delivery systems."

Contras: "Que o vôo demorou e perdi meu trem para ir desde Nice Saint Augustin até Nice Ville. Outra coisa que detestei, não sei culpa de quem foi...Se da aerolinha ou do aeroporto, foi a mudança de Gate umas 3x. Isso foi uma piada."
Prós: "Very nice service economy privilege, friendly crews, good food, water service at flight start, room around knees, blankets, all very good"
Contras: "the headset plug in needs maintenance. it had to be plugged in and re-positioned several times to get it to work"

Contras: "The flight was delayed by an hour. Not only did this mean that I didn't have a chance to rest in Hamburg, it also meant that I had to sprint to get my connecting flight which was on the other side of a huge U shaped airport."

Contras: "I'll begin with the order of sequence of all that went wrong: 1. A huge queu while we were waiting for checkin in Rome (waited for more than 30 minutes) 2. The steward didn't agree to take a gymnastics hoop to the aircraft, despite its being super light. By the way, the inbound flight the hoop was taken into the aircraft; 3. We (family of 3) were seated separately, what made a huge stress to our small daughter. 4. There were no AC socket in Brussels airport (there were, but not charging) during transfer. 5. Our baggage was not delivered, which is very unpleasant :("

Contras: "Would have been nice to have been given a free snack or some water while waiting. We got a tiny chocolate which was nice but didn't make up for the waiting time"

Contras: "The food was at extra cost - and pretty expensive. Not even water was offered free of charge. Was surprised that the food was on sale - nothing was said about it in advance."

Contras: "There was a very long wait checking in and boarding and there was no kosher food available on the flight."
Contras: "Boarding was in crammed area in between easyjet flights. In brussels they parked at the international gates and then an overfull bus took us to the arrivals. Is brussels airlines training fast to become part of euro wings?"
Contras: "When I got to the airport my airline informed me that it was a standby ticket, which it never told me when booking and I can't believe it wa a standby ticket because it wasn't cheap."
Prós: "The plane was clean and on time."
Contras: "They charged for water! I couldn't get regular water on the plane. I had spent down all my euro, so I didn't have the 3 euro for a bottle of water. They would not accept American money either. After a while, I had to take a medication and needed water so went to one of the crew in his station to ask for it, explaining the situation. He gave me some water, but pretty much shamed me in the process. He was saying it was hard for the crew to have to charge, but they were made to do it now, and what would it look like if other passengers saw him giving me the water and not charging?! OMG!"
Prós: "Liked flight home arrived early luggage on belt quickly fragile parcel looked after and loads of leg room on airbus"
Prós: "Crew was great"
Contras: "Still don't know where my luggage was so this is an issue for me on all legs of flight"
