Prós: "everything"
Prós: "Great crew, excellent staff at the airport. Planes were nice and comfortable. Food was ok. They have an excellent price to quality ratio; you can often get great prices on some of the more popular destinations and the service is 5 stars."
Contras: "Some alcoholic drinks"
Prós: "The crew was amazing. Food was great. Clean bathrooms. Great entertainment."
Contras: "We had our passports and boarding passes checked five times in the course of 2 minutes by five different people one after the next. My cabin luggage was searched right before boarding. I appreciate the need for security, but that was excessive and unnecessary. In the peak of the Corona virus craze, the security made all passengers take off shoes and walk without any protection. This is not Qatar Airways doing - New York JFK security B S, but I am sure airways companies have some say to change it."

Prós: "The flight crew/staff were professional and very helpful and accommodating to the passengers from check in to deboarding."
Contras: "Seats were a little close, especially for a long flight, with meals. Tight fit to be maneuvering, literally rubbing elbows."

Prós: "The portion for LAX to Doha was fairly comfortable and crew was helpful.. they kept running out of meal options by the time they reached us mid flight .. Doha to Bengaluru portion was less classy— the TV/ remotes etc didn’t work well and overall service not as good .."

Contras: "There was not enough tome to catch my connecting flight and I had to stay in the airport an additional 6 hours and had to stay the night in the hotel and then get to Portland on another airline 21 hours later than planned."
Prós: "First time flying on Qatar and must say that the crew was excellent. One of the best crews I have ever flown in the last 22 years of New York - India sector. Special mention for HAIFA my hostess for flight QR702 on April 12th. She was the best hostess I have ever had!"
Contras: "The food wasn’t bad but since I flew Etihad in July 2017 from New York to Abu Dhabi to Mumbai and back my memories were fresh and Egihad’s food was definitely a notch higher."

Contras: "The way the crew member woke me up for lunch or dinner time.They tapped my shoulder and was pretty disturbed me. If good if you have a sign that we can put next to our seat if we don’t want to be disturbed while we sleep."
Prós: "I fly a lot, and I notice when things go well. There is nothing I can complain about with Qatar; their equipment is up-to-date; their service is first-rate; their record for on-time departures and arrivals is excellent, and their food is good! I will gladly fly with them in the future."

Prós: "Doha to hyd was good. Crew was courteous."
Contras: "Even after online checkin. Just to drop the bags it took 1 hr. The thin old black lady at the baggage drop off counter was very partial in treating people. She allowed a black male take 27.8 kgs but asked us to adjust our bags when we had 23 kgs. Also if the passenger is allowed to carry a laptop bag, according to her training and theory she only knows 1 shape and does not recognize a back pack which has only the laptop. I travelled several times in Qatar, but never had this kind of experience."
Prós: "Onboard crew pleasant and service efficient as always. Seats more comfortable than other airlines but aisles so narrow EVERYONE bumped me going by for 15 hours."
Contras: "Ground crews remain the downfall of this airline. Long line in Doha to re-clear security on international connection FROM USA! Fastidiously weighing and forcing mutiple repacks of carry-on bags even though well under total limit of checked & carry. (Doha agent told me dfferent rules appied for carrry on 2nd plane even though I asked specifically frm original agent who checked me thru to final dest--insisted I check main carry on even though there turned out to be plenty of overhead room on board). Poor coordination of checkin lines, security lanes, and flow of people -- all fixable with a little forethought, engineering, and better utilization of circulation space -- and much clearer communication!"
Prós: "The entertainment console is dismal"
Contras: "Comfort of seat size has shrunk!!! Good grief."
Contras: "Great service. Courteous staff. Professional and well groomed crew unlike some US carriers. Decent beverage and food offerings in biz. Badly outdated IFE system."

Contras: "The passenger sitting next to me was really sick due to flu. When i explained the situation and asked for masks to the attendant, you guys did not have even one. I was disappointed with that. I think the flight should have some for these kinds of situation so that other passengers can protect themselves. Thanks."
Prós: "The food was good. The legroom was enjoyable."
Contras: "I checked two bags and had them marked 'fragile', as I had valuables in there that I packed securely. When I retrieved the bags on the carousel, the fragile sticker was mangled, and both items from both bags were broken. Pieces of art I can not replace. Also, it took over 30 minutes upon multiple requests for the attendant to acknowledge my need for assistance."
Prós: "Atendimento, cordialidade , poltronas , entretenimento , simplesmente é tudo muito bem feito"

Prós: "All the stewards were so friendly and helpful. The facilities were very well serviced and so you forget that the plane was 100% full, despite long queues to the toilets. I would fly again with Qatar Air for sure."

Contras: "1 1/2 hour delay out of EBB meant missing the connecting flight -- not uncommon apparently. No one was available at the transfer desk in Cairo for over an hour. The alternative through Rome & onwards put us into Munich in late evening."

Contras: "When I asked the flight attendant for an extra snack, he proceeded to tell me he had none left when I could look directly into the tray and see that there was more than enough. After calling him out on this, he complied."

Contras: "The flight took off and passengers were still putting bags up and there were at least people still standing in the aisles."
Contras: "I complain to the manager and he doesn’t do anything about how the customer service treat us And if you know the manager you don’t charge for extra luggage - and if you don’t know him you charge for anything extra"

Contras: "Crew lacks practical experince, especially clear due to the that flight was almost fully booked. Some lack of control or responding to passengers eventually was clear."
Contras: "the cancellation of my return flight right after we boarded the flight. Had to change the return date without compensation from the airline for the hotel and food during the extra days they forced us to stay. we then had to push the return flight forward, trying to find a direct flight and good timing."
Prós: "Very comfortable 2-2 configuration of aircraft. Short flight with no hasstle once you board. Only convenient nonstop option between Cairo and Tel Aviv. Plane half empty. Ontime arrival."
Contras: "Not possible to print boarding pass, even at Luxor airport counter from where we originated, which means we could not use transfer service at Cairo and has to que again for all security and checkin lines. I checked in online but airline changed our seating without telling us. Egypt Air created this airline only for flights to Tel Aviv, so difficult to find checkin counters. One feels they don’t encourage people to take the flight."
Prós: "Aeronave nova, limpa, aeromoças muito simpáticas, apesar de ser um vôo curto a refeição foi servida normalmente, coisa que não acontece em vôos low cost."
Prós: "The direct flight non stop Price"
Contras: "Not the greatest of comfortable seat - needs flat beds similar to Oman Air. Plane a little tired but very smooth landing In seat power didn't work"
Prós: "The food is the best I've ever had. Very friendly crew. Entertainment was also great."

Contras: "There were announcements about the flight being delayed which were difficult to understand. On announcnent of the boarding procedure, families with children were not given priority and all passengers were called on together raher than by rows (BACK TO FRONT) so boarding could take place without delays!"
