Prós: As usual, landed on time. Flight crew very entertaining. Don't understand other reviews complaining about fees for showing up without a boarding card or with excess luggage. The rules are very clear on the website. If you comply you get a cheap flight that will almost certainly arrive on time. What more could you want.

Contras: Water, at least should be free.

Contras: App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting

Contras: Not worth trying to choose seats. Computer still seems to allocate at random. Unless travelling with small children just go with the flow for 2 hours or so.

Prós: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair.

Contras: Stress dos restantes passageiros dado os atrasos. A culpa não é da empresa, visto o preço não estou a espera de comida nem de mordomias.

Prós: As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm.

Contras: When i arrived in london gatwick , with easy jet , my flight was late on entry and the bus did not connect on time with the scheduled buses and it did not give me enough time to get to london stansted. Extra costs of 158 british pounds to take a taxi do i could catch my flight . Very unprofessional

Contras: The fact that you must check yourself in online the night prior and I'd you don't they charge 45 euros per person to "check you in" which is the same thing you're doing when you go to drop off your bag at the ticket counter. I did not have access to the Internet in Portugal so I had no clue about the need to print out our tickets. Will never fly Ryan air again.

Contras: As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????
