Tive duas bagagens extraviadas. A funcionária da TAP no balcão anterior ao embarque confirmou que minhas bagagens chegariam ao destino correto.
o voo foi cancelado por causa da covid-19. ainda me devem o dinheiro da viagem num total aproximado de 2000 €
Voo proveniente de Guarulhos (TP 84) com 4:30 de atraso (agendado 00:40 do dia 06/09/22 e decolagem real as 05:10), sem comunicação precisa da companhia, seja por e-mail, aplicativo ou SMS. Durante o voo, 3 banheiros sem funcionar, mau atendimento pelos comissários de bordo. Conexão original (16:30 LIS) para o destino final (Barcelona) perdida por consequência. Nova conexão agendada para as 22:40, saindo de Lisboa no dia 06/09/22, cancelada durante o embarque. Saímos do aeroporto as 00:45 já do dia 07/09/22, pouco mais de 3 horas após a comunicação da suspensão do voo. Terceira tentativa de conexão (TP 1040), voo agendado as 7:45 de 07/09/22, atrasado, decolou as 08:25 de Lisboa rumo a Barcelona. Resultado final: 15:30 de atraso na chegada ao destino final em relação à compra (de 19:20 do dia 06/09, para 10:50 de 07/09), reserva de restaurante pré paga perdida, diária de hotel pré paga perdida, ingressos pré pagos para vista à Sagrada Família perdidos, além de custos extras não planejados com alimentação e deslocamentos. No voo de volta, saindo de Barcelona para Lisboa (TP 1047, 15:00 do dia 22/09/22), não queriam nos deixar embarcar com nossa bagagem de mão devido ao tamanho da mesma, sendo que viajamos a Europa inteira com a mesma mala, incluindo os voos anteriores da TAP, e nunca tivemos qualquer tipo de problema com ela. Ao final, após muita insistência, conseguimos embarcar com a respectiva mala. Além de todos esses problemas, visível sobrecarga de trabalho aos funcionários da TAP, acarretando péssimo atendimento e precárias informações aos passageiros, aparentemente não por culpa ou de forma deliberada dos mesmos, mas sim por falta de organização e déficit de pessoal da empresa. Experiência muito, mas MUITO, abaixo do tolerável. Pior experiência de viagem já vivida. Para finalizar, infelizmente, me sinto obrigado a contraindicar a utilização dos serviços da TAP, além de nunca mais voltar, pessoalmente, a voar com esta companhia aérea.
Somente alimentação paga. Poltronas não reclináveis.
Demora no embarque. Mudança de terminal C para o E. Deveria sempre entrar no avião as ultimas filas e depois as primeiras. serviço de bordo sem pelo menos agua gratis em um voo de 2 horas é uma pessima politica e enorme exploraçao, some 50 centimos nos tiquetes e de a maldita agua.

perderam uma bagagem com todos os meus pertences dentro, paguei um absurdo por uma bagagem de mão de 10kg
O que eu mais gostei foi do atendimento da equipe de bordo. Poderia melhorar a limpeza dos banheiros durante o voo.
Funcionários prestativos, bons filmes pra ver, boa comida também. A decolagem atrasou um pouco por conta da chuva, o que não foi culpa da companhia.

Contras: "Starters, main course, etc where very odd combination of flavors and therefore not at all appealing. Don't provide beverage service in Business outside of meal times. Seats good but space is restricted. Feel closed in."
Prós: "Fairly new plane with clean/comfortable seats"
Contras: "Bus transportation to the plane was delayed. People were uncomfortable having to stand in the bus for so long. Then the flight was delayed for 15 minutes due to airport traffic. As the only business class passenger i would have expected to be offered a drink then or even a bottle of water at my seat"

Contras: "We had a crying baby onboard for the entire flight. I found it difficult to sleep as a result but understand this was outside the control of the airline. A bit more legroom would have been nice but I booked economy so again that was on me."

Contras: "They turned the air conditioner to a higher temp to accommodate a few complaints and the rest of us suffered. First and cabin crew had it at a refreshing temp . For the last 20 minutes of the flight they turned it down again. To late"
Prós: "The crew was good. The plane was clean. The snacks provided were good."
Contras: "The flight was delayed so that could improve. There were no entertainment options. It was a short flight but at least they should have a audio channel or something."
Contras: "The entertainment system did not work and could not be switched off. This issue could only be solved by the crew placing blankets over the screens. This happened both in my seat and my wife’s seat. I don’t think this is acceptable for very expensive business class tickets."

Pra mim correu muito bem a viagem
Gostei de nao ter pago valor a mais pela mala de cabine
O comandante foi sensacional, saudou os passageiros olhando para todos. Explicou o motivo do atraso. Foi extremamente simpático convidando crianças e depois "crianças grandes" a visitarem a cabine enquanto aguardávamos a liberação da decolagem! Sensacional!!!
Estava um calor absurdo dentro do avião.

Prós: "Flight took off slightly late but landed at PMI roughly on time. I had the worst seat on the aircraft according to seat guru 31D which is the last row by the back door. But being the NEO 320 the seat was extremely comfortable and for someone who doesn't sleep on flights I nearly nodded off a few times. Knee room was ok but overall the seat was very comfortable and I could have easily spent a few more hours in that seat."
Contras: "Only problem was that the service trolley started at the front of the plane and it took a fair amount of time before it reached the last row, and being a fairly short flight by the time we finished our drinks the seat belt lights came on for landing."

Contras: "When eventually called to the departure gate we were around an hour and a half delayed so 8.30pm rather than 7pm. We queued along a corridor down a stair case and into the gate itself. It was hot, stuffy and families with small children and pram/, pushchairs were left balanced on the steps. 2 ground crew eventually arrived. No announcements were made. Children cried and got restive as we waited and waited. Eventually we heard our plane arrive at the gate. No announcement from ground crew. We waited. People felt ill. we were called through and herded towards to exit door. We waited, we complained, some decided the train might be a better option."

Contras: "The Paris to Luton flight is nearly always delayed. The is no slack in the timetable so any morning delay continues until the evening."
O QUE NÃO GOSTEI FOI DO CHECK-IN A TER DE SER FEITO NO AEROPORTO
Prós: "The food options were amazing and the wine was very nice!"
Prós: "Everything went exactly as it should with any flight - check-in (long queue, but multiple desks open so it didn't take long for everyone to check-in on time), boarding (swift and efficient), operation (no technical issues, no unpleasant experiences, flight departed and landed on time) & plane (fairly new and clean aircraft)."
Contras: "Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair."
Contras: "Girl at the bording desk got in an argument with an passenger and she could have managed it a lot better then that."

Prós: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Contras: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."
Prós: "It's the cheapest you can get"
Contras: "They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."
Prós: "I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight."
Contras: "I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely."

Contras: "The flight was delayed and there was even no information about it. Gate number was changed after boarding time and we didn’t hear any appologize not even receive some meal vouchers or food on board. We arrived more then 1 hour later- I can not evalute this as a good service."

Contras: "The boarding process was terrible, took a long time - few and not enough boarding and suitcases counters, which made people wait for a long time and even let others to pass them in line because their flight was earlier. due to this our flight was late by 45 minutes. the food was too expensive."
Contras: "Extra charges. £35 to check bags in"
Contras: "I didn't check in, in advance as when logging on to the airline I needed a code. I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Prós: "Staff were generally sweet & approachable."
Contras: "Cannot understand management of border control security before boarding. This is done in the corridor on route to gate. Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."
Contras: "standing 1 hour in the bus before boarding,than telling you that will be 90 minutes late take off"
Prós: "Absolutely nothing"
Contras: "I asked upon check in 2 times about my backpack, the representative said its ok 100% to take it on board. At the gate they suddenly say i need to pay now , left me no choice but to pay 60(!) poumd from a small bag!!! The gate representative, Rose is her name, seemed like just a sales person, she didnt even care what i said, and said “ its your fault and tour responsibility “. “Please pay or you wont be able to board” she said. Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."
Contras: "-Crew were very rude, check in crew and flight attendants -Luggage and checking in fees not advertised enough. Too many people getting their money stolen by Wizz Air. - Boarding extremely chaotic and not organized."

Contras: "There was a mix up and the Wizz Air website did not work. Therefore, I couldn't check in a get my seats booked. I also could not prepay for my luggage so they overcharged me at the airport and had an attitude about it. My luggage was given three different prices quotes. I am very upset their website didn't work and they ripped me off at the airport."
Prós: "I liked that I got to my destination in one piece."
Contras: "The plane was creaky, there was a ton of turbulence, the flight attendants even got nervous which was very disquieting."
Contras: "Extra fees for baggage and tickets that were not disclosed. The check in was incredibly disorganized. No help was provided with problems."

Contras: "They made my boyfriend pay 35 gbp for a case 5 cams longer than their stipulation. Yet, lots of other passengers didn't have to pay. Sheer discrimination. Crew is unfriendly and refused to help me place my bag in over head locker. Really poor professional s"

Contras: "Hi. I don't understand why I have to pay £31.50 for check-in???!! Why nobody send me email with this information? ?!! I fly on the regular basis, first time I have to pay with poor wizz air!! If I know that - I will use Heathrow airport and British Airways for my flight to Riga! "Cheap flights " with wizz air : ticket -£73.00 + check-in £31.50 + coach to Luton £13.00 + coach from Stansted £13.00 + VERY POOR SERVICE! !!! NEVER EVER !!! My last time! !!! I will say to ALL my friends and posted in Facebook, Twitter and Instagramm! !! It's - ROBBERY!!!!!"

Contras: "i would seem that evey Wiss-Air Flight on the route we were on is always late, stuck on the tarmac in a bus in 30degs with NO aircon is not on."
Prós: "Cost was ok but you get into the trap where every turn is a cost option. The cost can climb to the point where other scheduled flights compete."
Contras: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"
Contras: "Never ever gonna choose Wizz air ... not a frist time I had to pay extra because of the suitcase ... But this is happening always on Hungary not in London."
Contras: "Boarding luggage no more that 32 cm, all comune boarding luggage are 34-38, they did on purpose to charge u €40 more on ticket, I saw at List 20 people charged for that."
Prós: "Pleasant staff and good flight"

Prós: "the flight to and from liverpool was for me flawless easy quick boarding punctual and good plane and journey ....others complain about the baggage charges but if you read the policy and take heed of the rules then you won’t go wrong"

We onboarded 1h30 late. We stayed in the plane for 3 hours before it was canceled because of snow. And we waited another two hours to be off boarded. Information was rare and bad. Decisions badly made. No support AT ALL from Ryanair after the cancelation.
Um sorriso da tripulação.
Não pude embarcar pois a tripulação disse-me que o vôo estava atrasado e que eles não poderiam me realocar em outro vôo, tive que comprar outra passagem e não tive direito nem sequer a reembolso.
O encosto era muito inclinado pra frente. Além de ser muito apertado, a posição inclinada pra frente fez o vôo ser extremamente desconfortável. :-(
Pior companhia aérea com quem voei...colaboradores sem cortesia...

Fizeram o embarque meia hora antes e ficamos em pé à espera em fila em cima uns dos outros A tripulação de bordo apenas se preocupa em vender Pedi para por por uma garrafa de plastico no inicio do voo, a assistente mandou me esperar e some recolheu a mesma no fim do vending todo As janelas estavam imundas Enfim, uma companhia a não utilizar novamente
Comprei os bilhetes pelo site kiwi. Não entregaram os bilhetes pelo email. A ryanair criou dificuldades para emitir no aeroporto. As poltronas são muito apertadas. Sou alto. Foi um sofrimento a viagem. Ryanair nunca mais
Como não consegui fazer o check in online no telemóvel tive que fazer no aeroporto e pagar mais de 100euros por isso! Gostaria de saber se isso é legal. Porque li que comprando através de outra operadora não deveriam ter cobrado
Ryanair precisa acabar, um péssimo voo e experiência, e pior, qualquer problema que tenha não resolvem nada. Mesmo quando estão errados

Prós: "O voo em si foi ótimo. O trajeto e comissários tranquilos"
Contras: "Teve atraso e troca de gate antes do voo. Então a poderia seguir com mais pontualidade. E um atrativo seria um agrado aos passageiros. Como um petisco e suco , por exemplo! No mais. Tudo correu bem!"

Contras: "1- A comida parece a Comida servida nos Anos 70, muito básica com sabor Indústrial típico da Aviação. Tipo de comida que pelo aspecto e sabor nos faz sentir desconfortável e com náuseas. 2- Uma viagem transatlântica num Avião velho e desactualizado o barulho e a vibração do motor, principalmente junto a janela é tanto que não me permitiu dormir, mesmo sendo uma viagem de 7 horas (de Toronto, Canadá até Lisboa Portugal. 3- Inizisténcia de qualquer tipo de Entertenimento! Ausência total de monitores ou televisores não podendo assim assistir a nenhum tipo de programas ou filme., que agrava, principalmente quando se viaga com crianças."
