Not enough food - Very bad for a long haul. The crew put 10 sandwiches on a plate for people to grab between “meals” they went in 5 seconds. people were scrambling to be able to grab one. This happened twice (20 in total for maybe 150 passengers). People were starving! Seats are way to small even for me 5 foot 7 and 140 pounds. Entertainment was good. If you ask people to pay to check in your luggage then we travel with smaller luggage we can carry in the plane but then DON’T ask us to check them in for free. It’s ridiculous! it was on time which make it a good flight, if it wasn’t, it would have been a very bad flight.

Seems they could have rerouted, or at least sent an email or some notification. Also, the boarding staff at Zurich is rude and random about whom they let onboard with larger luggage or not. They held some people but not others. Middle seats have metal polls, making legroom awkward."

I woke up just as the crew had passed my row for breakfast and then couldn't get the attention of the lady to serve me breakfast. A vegan option for the menu would be excellent. The leg room on the plane was also very reduced for an 11 hour flight. I wish I would have been offered to pay an additional amount and upgrade to the business class. This option was never offered to me at check-in."

I will never, NEVER, fly Swiss Air again."

Put on the spot to give up my seat for a couple with a 6 month old infant due to the fact that the attachable bassinet had to be in front of the D seat. O problema foi com a bagagem de todos os passageiros. Depois de uma hora e trinta quando formou-se uma enorme fila para reclamar as malas a bagagem foi lebrada. Até então nenhuma informação. Muitos passageiros habitantes de Munique foram embora e suas bagagens estavam na esteira.

Lufthansa IT meltdown prevented online check-in. Even though the US has just now allowed tourist visits to the States to resume, and Lufthansa is booked solid, they staffed only one third of their check-in counters to sort out all the ESTA and vaccination paperwork-related issues. Arrived two hours pre-boarding, lines around the terminal. Needless to say, they had me wait until I missed the flight (all my paperwork was in order, and I didn't have checked luggage). Berlin Flughafen, Deutsche Bahn, Deutsche Lufthansa; it's sad to see what Germany has come to. Lufthansa has fallen far behind the industry benchmarks. Their inept IT, middling on-board product and inability to synch their systems with Star Alliance partners (I was on a United Codeshare) make them a poor choice for international travel. This trip will have been my last with them.

The gate crew in Paris was HORRIBLE. I purchased a Premium Economy seat and was "involuntarily downgraded" to regular economy, splitting up my family. There was no apology and they were very rude. And then they subjected me to an additional security check. When I asked about a refund for the difference, they simply said, "check with the ticket agent in LA when you get there." But due to flight delays, we didn't get to the ticket counter until 11 p.m. and they couldn't help me. The flight crew was astonished this had happened, and they tried to be helpful. But the whole experience was pretty lousy.
Seating was run down.. needs lots of improvements..

When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Contras: "Por conta de um problema da united, perdemos a conexão de Chicago pra São Paulo. A united pra variar perdeu minha bagagem, não pagou hotel e os funcionários do aeroporto estavam bem mal humorados. Experiência terrível!!!"
Contras: "O avião tem bancos demasiado estreitos. Um corredor único também excessivamente estreito. Apenas 2 WC para a economia - a confusão é grande, há dificuldade em ir ao WC e de circular minimamente. Não acho o avião adequado para a extensão da viagem."
Contras: "Checkin com poucos antendentes."
Contras: "Avião muito velho. Comissárias despreparadas."
Contras: "O avião podeira ser mais novo. E as comissárias mais educadas."
Prós: "Avião novo e comissárias educadas."
Contras: "Não efetuei o voo por causa de um atraso no voo anterior que fez com que perdesse a minha conexão. Senti que a swiss nao se esforçou em ajudar os passageiros da melhor forma possível"
Contras: "O inspeção do aeroporto newark da united foi tão chato e cansativo, até uma inspeção bem rigoroso dar pra entender mas mal vontade da funcionária e certo discriminação me deixou frustrado. Pois viajo muito e principalmente usa e nenhum aeroporto foram tão chato e cansativo."
Prós: "De pelo menos ter conseguido dormir e saiu no horário"
Contras: "Tripulação sem motivação, o embarque de um 777 por ônibus em GRU é lento, pelo menos dar para tirar fotos. Comida fraca, avião velho, entretenimento antiquado e dem usb. Conforto péssimo para um 777"
Prós: "Clean modern plane"
Contras: "Switched to American airways so the booking reference did not work. Had to call them to get a new reference so I could check in. But could not get boarding pass. Food not too good on the flight."
Contras: "A cada dia que passa , os espaços entre os assentos , diminuem (em todas as Cias) ficando cada vez mais desconfortavel, de viajar, e para pessoas com alguma necessidade especial , pior fica, ou você ganha muito dinheiro e viaja na classe executiva ou está fadado a chegar ao destino totalmente torto. Tenho 4 hérnias de disco, e está ultima viagem foi um verdadeiro terror , ficar expremido nas poltronas da classe economica."
Prós: "My daughter traveled as an unaccompanied minor overseas and was taken care of reasonably well. The staff in LAX were not as friendly but then I am just glad that everything was handled for her at such a young age being taken through such a big place. My daughter said she slept very little overnight due to a rude passenger who was talking very loudly and using a phone. But over all she was happy with the in-flight entertainment and I was pleased with the amount of baggage allowed at no extra fee."
Contras: "The staff were a bit impatient and rushed. Didn't seem to notice the actions of rude passengers."
Contras: "We arrived to one terminal and no one says that the next flight was in tom bradley terminal. After asking on the way, I realized that had to walk more than 35 minutes. No transfer service, no info, nothing. Finally after reach tom bradley terminal, the ANA staff said that they was very delayed and wanted to change my flight."

Prós: "Short flight, nothing to do with airline"
Contras: "Boarding was annoying and employees were rude. Had just gotten off of a connecting United flight and one of the employees barked at me that my carry on was too big and I had to close extra zipper even though I had no issues in the United flight I had just gotten off of......... I was starving and didn’t get a chance to grab food due to short layover time. We took a while to take off. We’re supposed to leave at 4:15 and left closer to 5pm. Then when we were on the air, flight attendants took a while to provide the snacks and water and they didn’t even get around to our row before they had to sit down for touch down. Smh. Terrible and thoughtless. Seats were uncomfortable and very little leg space. Entertainment only works if you’re able to download their app and of course no free WiFi because airlines want to force you to spend more money after you’ve spent a large amount to fly to your destination."
Prós: "Wifi wasn't working. People were loud and rambunctious."
Contras: "The boarding process with United is always a mess. Lines way longer than necessary and spilling into the main walk area of the airport."

Contras: "1) Chicago O'Hare Airport Airline staff very rude. 2) from Los Angeles to Chicago my husband and i are not sitting to each other. My husband is upset. 3) from Chicago to Los Angeles my husband and i are not sitting to each other. It happened again. Very disappointing. We think the airline doing this intentionally."

Contras: "This airline was by far the worst I have used in years. Their staff, service and facilities need improvement"
Prós: "Entertainment and the crew"
Prós: "I'm so glad I got to sit next to my wife."
Contras: "I had to check in my carry-on when I got to the gate. I had my snacks and entertainment packed in my bag so I had to unpack my stuff for the flight. Once on the plane there was plenty of room for my bag to go in the overhead compartment. Not only did I deal with the discomfort of having to carry my stuff in my hand on to my next flight but I had to deal with a flight attendant that had no self awareness of his surrounding. The flight attendant ran into my shoulder more times than I can count. Such an irritating flight."
Contras: "Manter a pontualidade"
Prós: "Crew were very helpful and flight was direct and on time ( unlike my other UA experience hence I started taking Air New Zealand )."
Contras: "Thought it was Lufthansa. Missed the partwhere it says “operated by”. So it wasnt the flagship Lufthansa aircraft but United Airlines. It was an ok flight with UA. Cant complain. It was a direct flight."

Prós: "Pontualidade no voo; comida (voo de Rio de Janeiro para Houston (escala));"
Contras: "Nos voos de Houston para Denver e de Denver para Vancouver o espaço entre as poltronas era muito apertado e com grande desconforto, mesmo se tratando de voos curtos (2h e 3,5h). A comida era escassa e se resumia em apenas um pacote de 30g de snacks nos voos também de Houston-Denver e Denver Vancouver."
Prós: "Time and crew."
Contras: "In general, United team on the bag drop (from Atlanta too) are rude, as well as the officers of the security scan team are rough. They have no courtesy. They should understand that passengers are paying for the service and 99% are not “bad guys.” So, politeness and respect are the minimum things they deserve. Additionally, the Atlanta airport checking area and boarding check are not organized. They need to improve signal support for all customer."
