Prós: O quarto era bom e a cama era confortável.

Contras: O estacionamento era um roubo, por US$ 42 eu quase fui dormir no meu carro.

Prós: Clean, great staff from check in to check out. Everyone we met was professional and helpful. Could tell they cared about the guests.

Contras: Looked to upgrade to a suite but only one king size bed in the room. Pool was nice but found the water to be a bit dirty.

Prós: Location

Contras: Beginning to look run down. The restaurant needed new upholstery, the floors were badly scuffed and the woodwork was scraped and marked. AC Registers were dirty, room furniture was scuffed. It looked tired.

Prós: The hotel is so amazing , and the staff are so polite and professional , it’s located in downtown close to cafe shops and shopping centers it’s really worth staying at it .

Contras: I didn’t find thing that I don’t like

Contras: No microwaves in room. Handed food to a stranger to reheat. Then signed a waiver, just to reheat food.

Contras: hidden $20 a day resort fee. This is not a resort. And over $50 parking

Prós: The room was great and I loved the robe!

Contras: My room was right off the elevators.

Prós: walking distance to where I needed to be for work.

Contras: A dirty rag was left on the floor of the room when I checked it. I picked it up and put it outside where it stayed for 2 more days. A dirty martini glass(not mine) was outside for 2 days. A take out bag was outside for more than a day. Overpriced - $12 for a glass of wine downstairs. All the places to eat within walking distance were overpriced and so so on the food.

Prós: Rooms are comfy and big with a beautiful with the beautiful view of the city. Internet was very good. They had Netflix on tv to use with your personal account. Coffee in the room is excellent.

Contras: If you don’t have business in downtown LA location is nothing special. Hollywood would be much better option for tourist visits. When we walked in the room the toilet was not properly clean. Toilet bowl seat was covered in some brown spots that we had to clean to be able to use it. Carpet was not vacuumed. Overall terrible impression about hygiene.

Prós: Convenience! So close to the staples center to enjoy the NBA game. Antonio was great at checkin and checkout, he was the best!! He helped make our stay enjoyable.

Contras: The property was not maintained well. The house car was not as advertised. It was not kid friendly. Amenities were very weak. Worst value for a Ritz we’ve been to. Will not be back.

Contras: The price of the hotel isn't worth the mediocre look of the room. Your paying for the location and name of the hotel not the actual luxury.

Prós: Room was exceptionally clean, there was a huge comfy bed, nice TV with a lot of channels and great air conditioning. Hotel offers a lot of facilities (gym, pool). I also managed to get my room an hour before the check in time which was quite handy.

Contras: Staff could have been a bit friendlier Breakfast was not included in the price

Prós: Great option right off highway. Loved spacious rooms, modern decor, well stocked fitness center, pool, awesome city views and delicious breakfast! Our best stay in downtown LA yet!

Contras: *Staff: horrible! *The bed was supposed to be queen more like a full-size bed, very uncomfortable *Room decor poorly maintained for what suppose to be an upscale boutique. *Asked for an additional towel as there were 4 of us in the room and they only gave us 3 and they NEVER came or brought an additional set. *Room was not clean one of the days and at 4 pm the housekeeper knocks on the door asking if we needed our room clean, at this time the baby was sleeping and did not want to wake her as we had been out since 7 am. He insisted that he takes the trash and to give us new towels (which we needed). *There was suppose to be a heated pool IT WAS FREEZING! The baby could not even swim as the water was just too cold. The best part of the stay (even though $48 a day is RIDICULOUS) was the valet attendants. We had no choice but to do valet parking as there was no self-parking available. And although I understand that check-in is at 4 pm they did not even attempt to accommodate us with a three-year-old who had been up since 4am EST, on a 6-hour flight and a 1-hour ride to the hotel, not even a though of trying to help in any way. I came back 4 times to ask if the room was ready and nothing, but "we would have called if it was" from the front desk woman. The stated that they would call if a room came available. The fourth time I came back, it was about 3:30 pm and asked he said the room was ready NO CALL!! I would NEVER recommend this hotel to my family and or friends ever!

Prós: The room had great natural lighting, comfortable bed, awesome view, large bathroom and it was quiet. Staff was friendly and professional. Also, the pool, rooftop bar, and lobby provided for a fun and classy experience.

Prós: Fabulous hotel experience - exceeded our expectations. Wonderful high-end design hotel experience. Lively public spaces, beautiful roof top pool & extensive lounge area, great food.

Contras: Parking was $48 extra - ouch!

Prós: Very comfortable and stylish room, nicely interior design for the whole place. Lovely!

Contras: One weird thing was the automatic nightlight under the bedside table, which lights up when someone gets out of bed. Cool idea but way too bright, it woke the other person up!

Prós: Meu marido e eu ficamos no Lux depois do concerto no Staple Center. O hotel fica do outro lado da rua do Staple Centre. Há muitos restaurantes por perto também.

Contras: A recepção não conseguiu encontrar a nossa reserva, mas tive a sorte de ter impresso comigo. Então, tivemos que esperar até depois das 3.45. Para fazer o check-in. Eu me pergunto se o hotel não tem suficiente donas de casa.

Contras: O serviço de quarto é o pior que já experimentei! Vêm e não mudam as folhas e nunca limpe o lixo e os tecidos se algum estiver no assoalho deixam-no! E uma vez que eles deixaram o material de limpeza em nosso banheiro. Eu odiava o serviço de quarto tão ruim! E a água de cortesia um dia eles colocam o outro que não! É apenas mau serviço

Prós: The location is awesome. We loved the room it was very clean. The patio bar is very nice as well.

Contras: I did not like the fact that they dont call to let you know they are taking a security deposit. I would liked a email telling me when and how much it is before hand.

Prós: Localizacao, tem metro proximo que possibilitou conhecer outras regioes. o Concierge (Nicolas) entrou em contato conosco antes da viagem e nos ajudou a preparar alguns roteiros, Transfers... (acabou ficando caro, vale dar uma pesquisada, mas foi algo bem util). Wi-fi funcionou super bem

Contras: Infelizmente minha esposa sofreu com BED BUG neste hotel. Quando chegamos o cheiro do quarto estava forte, mas achávamos que era algo normal, mas acabamos tendo a triste surpresa do BED BUG (Importante exigir dos hoteis a certificacao contra dedetizacao deste percevejo - consta na legislacao americana). Istou acabou com nossa viagem. Ideal pegar quartos dos fundos, pois na frente (principalmente andares de baixo) tem casas de show, estadio e uma rua bem movimentada.

Prós: O hotel tem potencialidades e uma ótima localização mas falta tudo o resto.

Contras: A limpeza é muito má. Tivemos que mudar de quarto porque encontrámos vermes no chuveiro!!!!! Um horror...

Contras: Thin walls and hallway noises. Seemed that everyone was angry with reception staff Everytime I was down there. I thought they were helpful and nice tho.

Prós: This hotel has an incredible location! It is directly across the street from LA Live and Staples. The rooms are decorated with a Rock and Roll touch. Loving my view! You are right in the middle of the action!
