O Hotel é extremamente bem localizado, pois a praia é belissima. Os quartos são bonitos e bem decorados, limpos e aconchegantes. Achei o nível de serviços baixo. Funcionários em sua maioria pouco corteses, o que nos surpreendeu. Achei fraca a estrutura de fitness.

As refeições eram excelentes (todas) e o sistema realmente é all-inclusive (com bebidas e tudo mais). A praia é muito bonita e as instalações são boas. Os funcionarios são extremamente rudes e chegam a ser mal-educados em alguns momentos. Não se vê um sorriso em nenhum lugar.
O povo é excelente
A equipe foi de primeira. Desde o momento em que chegamos até a nossa saída, os funcionários trabalhadores e educados estavam sempre lá para nos ajudar. As instalações eram limpas e bem cuidadas. Havia um amplo espaço para encontrar um lugar para sentar. O almoço tinha gosto de comida de cantina, enchia a barriga mas não era muito saboroso. (Não foi o caso no jantar, os restaurantes eram incríveis.)
A nossa estadia no Magestic Elegance foi verdadeiramente inesquecível. A equipe foi extremamente simpática e prestativa. O serviço para os membros do clube elegância foi incrível. Nós não poderia ter apreciado mais a nossa lua de mel!
The elevator was broken and they said it had been for almost 2 months, the jacuzzi button was broken, mini bar was never refilled unless we called.
food was ok. the view in really good. the cleanliness of rooms are really poor. at night is very noisy even at the rooms. the room service is always late (after 2 or 3 hour after your request!!). Attention by the staff is really bad. It is not worth the 5000 to 600 per night at all. you can find several hotels all-inclusive in the area with much better service. I think they have sacrifice money by attention as they focus in large number of people. I felt like a code bar , there ins't personalize attention as you expect for that value.
Nice rooms and a great beach. The food was mediocre at best. This was disappointing.
Spa service was exceptional. Bars have a good selection of drinks, and the bartenders were friendly. The staff in general was very friendly and helpful. Bag delivery and delivery service could take a long time.

Everyone seemed to be VIP or the LEVELS this year. Didn't feel as special...
I liked that the VIP section had their own private pool and members didn't have to make reservations. The food wasn't too good and got a few of us really sick.
Despite the problems with the room, the staff was very helpful. They had to switch my room twice. The first room smell like a smoking room . The second room had a real strong smell of mold. After going back and forth for 3 hours I finally got a nice room. The hotel was too far from the city of Punta Cana
Pay the extra cash and go to a decent hotel , had to move rooms ,room was filthy and outdated, bedding stained and unable to lock the door between the adjoining room that was occupied with guests that I was not travelling with nor are you able room door

Durante a minha estadia gostei mais do programa diario de entretenimento proporcionado aos hospedes... Os diferentes tipos de show's diarios, o programa com o grupo dos animadores pela praia, piscina e as aulas de danca. A atencao e gentileza dos empregados, enfim... Foi tudo uma maravilha. Sim. durante os 7 dias que estive por la alojada, o meu quarto nao dispunha de um Control Remote... Solicitei a recepcao por varias vezes e nada... Apos a intervencao da Sra. Rose do Vaccation Club, 2 dias antes de partir, finalmente enviaram-me o Control Remote. Este foi um caso. A outra situacao foi relacionada com o quarto que me foi dado apos a troca. O mesmo pingava agua pelo corridor (Room 1036). Enfim.... Porque foi apenas por um dia, comuniquei, mas sem sucesso, acabei deixando estar. Julgo que se poderia melhorar um pouco os quartos, pois precisam de uma reestruturacao.

Praia, piscina e conjunto arquitetonico. A falta de gentileza dos funcionarios no check-in, e a solicitação de tipo de quarto feita na reserva nao foi atendida. O alto preço cobrado por produtos na lojinha, quando o centro fica muito distante.

Tendo reservado pelo booking.com e permanecido na suite platinum tive uma série de privilégios que os brasileiros que estavam lotados no hotel pela CVC não tiveram, como acesso a area vip da praia, 20 min. de internet por dia, espumante durante toda a minha estada, entre outros "mimos". Um outro diferencial foram os restaurantes especializados, onde a comida servida era de excelente qualidade. A comida servida no restaurante principal, Casabe. Todos os brasileiros que estavam nos hotéis da rede passaram mal por pelo menos um dia.

the staff was nice enough my reservation didn't show up until the day after I checked in, so I had to pay for one nights room until the reservation showed up. spent the whole day trying to get the room situation straight the room I choose online was not what they gave me, I paid for a king I was put in 2 beds I would like my refund for the difference the food choices were not the best, the restaurants that you have to make reservations for were much better.

Pretty rooms and the chance of good faciliies. The staff invited us for a breakfast one day wich was really surprising as it is an all inclusive hotel. They took 3 hours from our life to sell a Melia Group vacation right for only 175.000USD. does not worth it??? We had to call every day for cleaning of our room. In these quite expensive rooms we had to wait 5-10 minutes for warm water. Otherwise everything was cool...
The pool, the beach... beautiful view but definitely not a 5 star hotel mean people at the front desk, long lines, the bedrooms smell like humidity, a guy trying to sell us open bar at the night club and ending with a bullshit night club full of kids for 100/800 for couple.
The staff is second to none. They are receptive to your needs and are very friendly. Nothing.
The resort was very clean, well maintained and beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly. The seafood buffet was a favorite. We had difficulty making dinner reservations for where we wanted to go, and getting convenient times. In hind site we could have emailed for advance res. but we had no idea that was an option. Or that it would be necessary.
Exceptional service, very good food, clean, scenic and beautiful. Not too many other guests (unlike two-deep chairs around pools at other resorts) but enough so the resort didn't feel empty. Great experience overall Reserving pool chairs//beds has turned into everyone dropping towels ~7-8am and often times not coming back until the afternoon (as backup there are plenty of beach cabanas). Restaurant reservation system also a bit frustrating, we often had the last possible time of 9pm even scheduling 2 days in advance (buffet never disappointed and 24hr room service was also good)

das piscina e proximidade com bela praia nao gostei do sistema all inclusive. Comidas apenas nos restaurantes, nao há serviços de praia, pestiscos na praia, garçom na prais e todas as bebidas tomamos em copo de plástico.,... Champagne em copo de plástico ninguém merece!!!
Other than the beautiful view of the beach and the couples massage at the spa there wasn't really much that we liked about our stay at the royal suites This hotel was by far the worst that either of us have EVER gone to. The food was absolutely disgusting other than at the Japanese restaurant and even that was mediocre. Try calling room service and you're lucky if they even answer the phone. We were promised so much and given so little.butler service? Our butler was Andre, he met us the first day we tipped him VERY WELL and we didn't see him for the rest of our stay. The language barrier is a struggle everywhere you go. Do NOT BOOK EXCURSIONS with men on the beach. We were promised a luxury catamaran to Catalina island with an all day BBQ and drinks. What we got, a broken down old fishing boat that was docked 80% of the day for scuba divers. Aside from that the sink leaked, power goes out, door is VERY EASY to break into from the patio, some items had gone missing from our room, and the extremely small casino will tell you they don't want to pay you your full winnings because it's too much. Needless to say we would never come back nor suggest this resort to anyone. In fact our 8 day trip was cut 3 days short due to a huge snow storm back home...thank goodness.
We loved the overall experience of the Resort. We had golf cart transportation all over the property and all the food and alcohol you could consume. Also for the guests of the Royal Suites we had access to top shelf liquor and swim up suites. The things that we did struggle with was the taste of the food and we also felt like the Resort was catering to the American way of eating instead of giving us the foods of the Dominican Culture. I also will say that when is comes to the rooms they are in need of new furniture you can see the wear and tear on them.
