I called Swiss as soon as I landed, and I've told my request was sent but it was never confirmed. They also told me they will send me an email when the basinet for the return flight is confirmed. At this point, I'm not even sure what I paid the $98.93 for."

Contras: "For a 5' 4" person like myself, arm and leg room were barely minimal, Economy seats were crammed together and were not ergonomically designed for comfort or support. I was fortunate to be able to move from my center seat to an aisle seat once the flight was in progress. As soon as I did, the air around me was cooler and made for more comfortable breathing. In the center seat, the air was still and close—very uncomfortable. Poor communication regarding passport control protocol at the departure gate: A temporary station was set up, labeled Passport Control, but no SWISS agent announced what was happening. I had just gone through a passport control line on a lower level so I didn't think I had to go through a similar process at the gate. Most people around me also didn't know whether they had to go through the process at the gate. Once agents had been questioned on the subject several times, they should have made a general announcement to inform everyone at the gate. They did not. The food on the plane was the usual poor quality fare for economy class—either highly processed or overcooked and much too salty. Ugh."

We ended up with no carry on luggages with us boarded. Only to find quite a lot of bags that are much bigger than ours were allowed to be in the cabin."

And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."

My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Contras: "The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

Contras: "The service was Appalling, this is supposed to be an international flight, I asked numerous times for the WiFi as there is no entertainment on a long haul flight. I asked for water and wine and was more than happy to pay the staff kept telling me they would return and didn’t. I’m not sure what they were always in a hurry to do other than to avoid providing good service. This was not the cheapest flight when I booked and this airline should come with a warning, poor service, equally disappointing food no drinks and no entertainment. If I had know this I would have paid more or flown with an airline that has an acceptable standard for an international flight and the service that should be provided. I feel at fault as I didn’t know an airline like this existed. I just thought it’s european and international and it will be fine. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. On my way home I was charged $150 euro for my bags which I was under the impression my bags were included. There was no stating of this high cost, once again I would have flown with another airline if I knew of this and didn’t pay leaving America as it said my bags were covered. I hope something is done to make sure it’s clear to customers that this is a horrible and basic airline and it wasn’t cheap. I’m disappointed in all involved and have learnt a lesson but I am dreading this flight home I am about to take. Regards Hannah"
Contras: "the flight was 40 minutes late and then it took more than an hour to get to the gate and get our luggage. I lost a flight that I was connecting. I was told that I had ample time (2 and a half hours) Did not receive any help to connect on time."

Contras: "Compre mis pasajes con derecho a 2 maletas de 23 kg cada una y llegamos al mostrador y nos dijieron que no teníamos derecho a maletas, por lo cual tuvimos que pagar 173$ por maleta, es correcto ?"

Prós: "excellent crew and support staff, very helpful. last minute ticket price was exceptional. Food was actually better than the major carriers."
Contras: "personal video was the only thing that wasn't up to par in comparison to the bigger airlines. But what I paid for the ticket, I'm not going to complain."
Prós: "Air Europa's fare was cheap, but not as cheap as Latam but I was traveling with a friend who had already bought his ticket. The 5 hr flight from Tel Aviv to Madrid was in a super aircraft. Extremely comfortable flight."
Contras: "The flight to São Paulo was in an older aircraft, more cramped and no personal entertainment consuls. All in all the flight was fine being an overnight flight, but I would have expected the better aircraft on the long haul flight and the less comfortable aircraft on the short haul. Still good value for money and I'm would definitely fly Air Europa again!"

Prós: "The staff were friendly, 1 woman went out of her way to help everyone. The plane was clean, bathrooms also, seats were roomy enough. Plane felt like it may be a newer one."

Contras: "It was delayed, as normally, 45 mins this time. Awful experience going through security in CDG I would avoid that airport at all cost. Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight."

Prós: "The price was great for a direct flight from Boston to Madrid."
Contras: "The plane was very, VERY old and extremely uncomfortable. This was an overnight flight, they turned down the cabin light for the first ten minutes but then it was on for four hours, making it impossible to sleep. There was no in flight movie, and there was no way to turn off the antiquated cumbersome seat TV. Really awful to get off the plane and be exhausted. They didn't offer food to the inside rows, only to the window side. When you asked you got an annoyed glare."

Contras: "People were boarded by standing in a line instead of zones. We stood in line for a good 30 minutes. Also, while standing in line, a gate representative decided to take the back half of the line and move them to the priority line to "expedite the boarding process". As one of the last people in the original line seeing everyone behind me board before me, I was annoyed. This was poor form."

Contras: "The breakfast ...not so good (but good that you provide it.) The whitebreard sandwich could be much better...I don't even know what was in it. The muffin was not interesting but it tasted ok. apple is,better. it was just sugar. Maybe a bigger yoguart plain with real berries. a sandwich ham and cheese on a croissant then I eat at least the croissant! then you don't need a muffin."

Contras: "Boarding could have been easier. Back of the plane should board before the front of the plane. Also, don't let people at the back, use the space at the front. Use the space above your own seat!"
Contras: "My flight was changed twice after I purchased it and it was delay over two hours. When it finally was time to"board" we found ourselves getting into a packed bus where we needed to stand to get to the actual plain. They never anouced it as such, elder people that night were struggling without previous notice. Very unprofessional and insensitive airline. Never again."
Prós: "11 hours flight with no movies. Flight attendants very rude. Bad food. Seats doesn't stay where you want them to stay. They move by itself. Very disorganized embarkation, landing and takeout procedures. I had 3 delayed flights. Very bad experience. I don't recommend at all. Dirty cabin. I found someone else's hair when I opened the pillow."

Contras: "I needed special assistance as I am on crutches. They made me wait forever on the plane when we landed and then insisted I just try to walk down the stairs, I almost tripped trying before they finally called for the assistance truck to get me off the plane. I was very uncomfortable by their lack of willingness to help."

Contras: "The checking in/boarding process was absolutely horrible. Attempted to check in through their app to avoid the extremely long line and it wouldn't accept our passport numbers. After finally receiving our boarding passes, the kiosk for our flight read "Gate Closed" and it seemed to be miles away. We got to the airport well in advanced, but due to the long line and fear of missing the flight, we didn't have time to shop at duty free or get food within the airport."
Prós: "Lunch and dinners and service was better in this fly compare to my last 2 trips same fly itirenary"
Contras: "Snacks (breakfast or PM snack) Also this is the 3rd fly that I take in las 15 months and alwyas de plug on the seats are either damage or do not operate. 3 out of 3. Please conduct an assesment of your PM verification"
Prós: "Good flight"
Contras: "My wife required wheelchair. No one at entrance of airport to help us. Air Europe booth directed us upstairs to gate. It was wrong information. We had to go back downstairs my wife pushing cart with her cane. Also we did not know that we had to pay for extra bags. There was no fees coming so I assumed there was none going back. $120 euros for 2 bags. Almost as much as the flight. I had no choice but to 120 euros without warning"
