o voo de conexão foi atrasado em 6 horas e com isso perdi o voo internacional. Fiquei 28 horas no aeroporto de Atlanta , me colocaram em um outro voo para Miami para tentar pegar um voo para sp de lá porém o voo deu pane elétrica e tive que ficar em Atlanta. No voo para SP o entretenimento de bordo não funcionou. Demorei 53 horas em um percurso que deveria de 12 horas. Foi péssimo 0 assistência 0 Paciência

Só consegui ser realocada em outro vôo da Gol para os Estados Unidos no dia seguinte, Tive que sair do aeroporto SantosDumond no Rio para Brasília em 19/dez à noite para só pegar outro voo no dia 20//dez pela manhã. Todas as despesas de hotel, alimentação e transporte em Brasília foram custeadas por mim. Não recomendo comprar passagens internacionais pela Decolar.com. Principalmente se houver mais de uma cia aérea envolvida na mesma viagem"

Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

O assento 6A estava um pouco sujo e a comida deixou a desejar (opção faltando, muito peixe/frutos do mar)
A diferença pra mim foi em relação a tripulação. Estavam sempre muito gentis, alegres, atenderam a todos com rapidez e atenção.Parabéns para a equipe!
Aeroporto de amstedam colapsou Evitar
O atendimento foi ótimo, seja no embarque seja no avião, todos muito atenciosos...
Voo atrasou uma hora para aguardar passageiros em conexão.
Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Maintenance delay for 2 hours after Canceling my flight earlier in the week. So typical for this poorly run airline. Will make better choices for future flights.

Contras: "Houve, segundo informações, problema mecânico da aeronave que motivou a permanência de todos dentro da aeronave do horário do embarque (antes das 20 até próximo a meia noite. No dia seguinte o mesmo vôo previsto para 15:30 acabou saindo na madrugada do outro dia."

Contras: "Had to run to gate after two buses to reach correct terminal. Saw info that flight was closing. Held up at gate due to confusion with my boarding pass. Limited leg room on flight. End of flight huge queues at Dallas airport for security. After a long flight a passenger does not need to be corralled through excessively long winding lines."
Prós: "The staff was impressive with how friendly and welcoming they were! Everything went smoothly and I am a happy passenger!"

Mencionei que sabia lógico disso, mas que tinha lido na noite anterior minha reserva da American e dizia que era de 32 kg. Eu disse que teria que seguir o que estava falando e eles nem quiseram ler o email que a própria American me enviou. No final a passagem tinha sido emitida em novembro e podia ser uma de 32 kg."

Contras: "Doors closed early for my 6:28am flight. I couldn't fly until 1:18pm. Crew says that doors close 10 minutes before flight. The doors on the 1:18pm flight stayed open well after 1:18pm. The flight was then delayed until 1:50pm."

Contras: "Uncomfortable seating. Almost 2 hrs delay leaving Chicago forced us to miss train connection in Paris. Bad layover times to get back to the States, almost 9 hrs was the only choice available."

Contras: "I was not able to get seats assigned to us before arriving at the gate. We got put on the very last row by no choice of our own. The seats are not designed for the average adult, possibly the worst ergonomics of any seats I've ever encountered. Extremely uncomfortable flight."

Contras: "Voo atrasado, faltou manutenção no avião, sem conforto algum, sem entretenimento e, para finalizar, minha mala nova chegou quebrada no destino final. Nunca mais vou de American Airlines."
Prós: "O avião estava em um de seus primeiros voos. O 787 é mais silencioso, tem janelas maiores e com tecnologia que "escurece" as mesmas até o total blackout, WiFi a um preço justo, a classe econômica premium é equivalente a executiva de muitas companhias aéreas com um preço muito mais justo. A American surpreendeu nesse voo e ganhou minha fidelidade que até então estava com a Latam."
Contras: "Apesar do preço justo, o WiFi deu algum trabalho para ser configurado, já que precisei descobrir sozinho qual era o endereço para comprar o WiFi. A velocidade não era das melhores, mas dava para navegar, fazer downloads e usar mensageiros e redes sociais tranquilamente."
