A diferença pra mim foi em relação a tripulação. Estavam sempre muito gentis, alegres, atenderam a todos com rapidez e atenção.Parabéns para a equipe!

Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

Contras: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

A comida e entretenimento não posso avaliar. Quanto à companhia aérea TAP, queria agradecer por ter resolvido o meu problema com o voo anterior tão depressa quanto possível o que permitiu eu conseguir embarcar no voo seguinte. A hora do voo tinha mudado e não consegui embarcar no voo inicial.
A tripulação era cinco estrelas
Bom espaço na aeronave e fácil embarque. Porém houve atraso no voo e demora na comunicação do número do gate (cheguei muito mais cedo do que o necessário no aeroporto). Zero entretenimento on the plane.
Tive duas bagagens extraviadas. A funcionária da TAP no balcão anterior ao embarque confirmou que minhas bagagens chegariam ao destino correto.

Embarque poderia ser mais organizado. As pessoas poderiam ser orientadas desde o checkin a como proceder durante o embarque, para evitar aglomerações, e esperas de pé em fila.
além do absurdo do primeiro trecho que NÃO houve nenhuma distinção entre classe econômica e classe executiva e SEM lounge no aeroporto no aeroporto de New Yourk o lounge fechou as 18h ... é um verdadeiro absurdo pagar cerca de U$ 6 mil dólares e ser tratado como quem comprou classe econômica ... nunca mais vou viajar com TAP ...

Prós: "I really appreciated the fact that the gate agents enforced the boarding process meticulously. Often times, even when boarding a certain zone, passengers ignore it and board anyway. The staff made sure that people only boarded when their zone was called. The flight and the aircraft was comfortable. The food was better than what I've had on other airlines, if not at least equal."

She also said I was only allowed one free drink of coffee. The second snack was a cake or cheese sandwhich. We were starving the entire flight we had to give in and pay for snacks on board. I’ll try to avoid eurowings from now on."

Contras: "The flight was delayed. Then, after flying to Berlin, the staff said we couldn't land there because of weather. They decided to fly us to Leipzig-Halle (another city a two hour drive away) and said they would provide busses to take us back to Berlin. But then, when we got to Leipzig, they said oh we might be able to fly you back to Berlin, just let us refuel. So we all sat in the plane for an hour and a half while they did that. Then, they announced that they couldn't go back to the Berlin airport because there were too many planes landing there. So they told us to get off the plane, go into the arrival hall and we would get more information there. When we got out of the plane, we were greeted by an information lady who informed us that no trains were running at that hour (it was about 11:30pm), and Eurowings would not provide us with accommodation or transportation back to Berlin. The information staff told us that our options were to personally pay for either a taxi back to Leipzig (two hours away!) or rent a car, or wait until morning to take a bus or train. I was able to stay with a friend in the city, and paid to take a bus to Berlin the next day, but what about everyone else who didn't know people in Leipzig and had to fend for themselves? As a young woman traveling by myself in a foreign country, landing in an unexpected city in the middle of the night, it could have been a potentially dangerous situation. I am extremely frustrated with Eurowings. I paid them to take me to Berlin, and they didn't. I talked to customer service on the phone, and they told me that I should make my own travel plans to return to Berlin and they would reimburse me later. Aside from the fact that there weren't buses, trains or flights running till the next morning - I shouldn't have to make my own travel plans! My plans were to fly Eurowings from Duesseldorf to Tegel, and they should be responsible for getting me there. I am never flying Eurowings again, and sharing the story with any friends who travel in Europe. They absolutely do not care about their customers."
Prós: "Once we were all aboard the completely booked out flight, it didn’t take long to take off. The captain apologised for the delay and kept us up to date with our progress during the short flight. Staff were efficient and friendly."
Contras: "Lack of communication at the boarding gate. It wouldn’t take much to let people know the reason for the delay. And, while I understand that it isn’t possible to cater for all allergies on a short flight, there are enough people with food intolerances to have a few options other than wheat based snacks."

Contras: "i somehow ended up having paid for a "meal" onboard, which consisted of half a sandwich (don't know why they thought mayonnaise went with cheddar), half a cup of coffee and a carton of water. Apparently that cost me 10 euros and it was something i should have unticked when reserving my seat. the flight was also delayed an hour with minimal apology."

I was then told that I should be looking for Eurowings. Not a problem except that it is very unclear where their check in desk was. I stood around for 20 minutes asking anyone who would help me where the desk was. We were finally notified at 8:40 that eurowings was the last desk in the aisle."

Contras: "Food menu was not accurate. Items listed not available. Food prices were too high. $15 Euro for a reheated fish dinner and small beverage is ridiculous. Carry on bags were weighed. Very difficult to meet carryon weight when carrying necessary electronics and chargers along with prescriptions and the recommended change of clothes. Made the trip stressful. I am used to meeting carryon SIZE requirements but the weight requirement was extremely irritating and unexpected. I would not have been able to do a one bag carryon of my clothing with the weight restrictions. It essentially forces a passenger to check their bag ($65 minimum)."

Contras: "Flight was delayed by an hour . The aircraft had to be refuelled and we were asked to remove our seat belts and wait for an hour. Ae Service was horrible. The passengers who paid extra for snacks with the ticket were served first and even after I said my ears were hurting and I needed something sweet to chew on (I was going to buy something to eat anyway) I wasn't served till roughly 75 minutes into the flight. The crew was inconsiderate towards passengers who bought economy seats and was focusing only on passengers who paid extra for seats and snacks. If that's the case then they should stop serving other customers anyway and tell us beforehand so that we can arrange our own food/drinks from the airport lounge"

Contras: "I travelled with my two children and they have given us three completely separate seats. I tried to ask the crew to help but they refused, both ground crew and in flight crew. We have flown with both Wizz Air and Easyjet this summer and those airlines have always assigned us seats together. Lufthansa did also. No idea why it was not possible for Eurowings. Also, crew were completely unhelpful, did not want to lift a finger for us. Luckily, a kind lady switched seats with me so I could sit next to my youngest son. Would definitely think twice about flying Eurowings again..."
Contras: "The birding officer didn't inform me about the visa requirements to cross from Dusslouf to Vinna airport. This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

Voo bastante tranquilo, bastante confortável para companhia low cost. Em Paris no entanto, uma funcionária dificultou bastante o acesso relativamente a bagagem de mao, quando na vinda nunca houve qualquer tipo de objeção ( levava uma mochila com as dimensões adequadas e uma pequena mala a tira colo, sendo esta que referia não poder ir!)

Voo impecável. Houve uma senhora que se sentiu mal, com ataques de pânico. Podiam ter levado para uma área do avião mais confortável mas não sei se há. Um dos tripulantes nao a largou e cuidou dela e do bebé, foi super!

No blankets were provided for my flight from NY to Frankfurt. Meals were were cold and tasteless. The flight was delayed almost 2 hours which caused me to miss my connecting flight. The pilot said ground crew would provide accommodation for connecting passengers but none were there to provide any assistance.

Check in counters at Frankfurt was a disaster. Took over an hour in line even with business class counter. Poor signage.
Sitting in business class and the seats don't recline. No entertainment at all. Food was ok. It was an old Airbus.

Contras: "Had to go up to the gate counter - literally 3 times for "document checks". Rude gate personnel. Completely disorganized. Departed an hour late. Pilot made no attempt to adjust speed so we could arrive in Phoenix on time, which means we missed our scheduled gate departure so we were made even more late as the place sat on the tarmac in Phoenix waiting for another gate to deplane."
Prós: "Flight attendants were great. They were helpful"
Contras: "Customer service was poor at best and the boarding process is a circus show. By far one of the worst I've ever experienced. The seats are unbelievably uncomfortable and have no leg room We purchased specific seats and got other seats. Why the heck purchase seats?"
Contras: "Everything. Would never use them again."
Prós: "Onboarding/offboarding were painless, and flight attendants were generally nice."
Contras: "I'm 6'6" and barely fit in the seats. I've learned to live with that, but it was frustrating that only 2 of the 7 front-row seats with extra legroom in the section were occupied before the flight, and a flight attendant chose a much shorter and not elderly passenger to fill a third seat in that row, leaving no alternative seating options for me and my wife to request. Most other airlines notice my size/discomfort right away and offer to work with me, especially on transatlantic flights. Food and entertainment had limited options and were nothing to get excited about, but you get what you pay for."
Contras: "The distance between seats is so ridiculously small that I wonder how Condor can get away with that without getting sued. otherwise okay, but I won't recommend Condor to anybody unless they are extremely short."

Contras: "Comissárias extremamente irritadas, geossas e mal humoradas. Para um voo que parte do Brasil era esperado que pelo menos uma pessoa da tripulação falasse português. Mas não. As lâmpadas de leitura do nosso assento estavam em curto e se ligasse piscavam como uma discoteca. Mais grave as luzes de leitura da poltrona ao lado queimaram em acesso e nao apagaram durante 10h de vôo. Era impossível dormir e chegamos quebradas. Banheiro sem manutenção, sempre sujo."
Prós: "Good choice of music"
Contras: "The bathrooms were full so we had to stop in Manchester to empty them and refuel, added 1.5hrs onto the already 11hr flight...ugh. Bad food and only 2 movies unless you pay extra."
Contras: "First, we went to check-in to get our boarding passes, onlyfor the woman at the counter to tell us we were on Stand-By... for the flight we bought VERY expensive tickets for a YEAR in advance, because they overbooked the flight (100% the AIRLINES fault). Then after some panic time had passed, the same woman told us she was able to get us on the flight, like she'd done us some massive favor, but that we would not be able to sit together. (We are a husband and wife that were on our honeymoon). Then, once we are finally on this flight, cramped near all these strangers, we both go to find some solace in the on-board entertainment, only to find out, they only offered TWO movies free of charge. Two movies for a 10 hour flight. Seriously??? Then, we were served some on board meals, due to the duration of the flight. The food gave me food poisoning. This was by far the WORST flight experience of my life. We will NEVER be flying air Condor again. Nor, will I be referring this company to anyone."
Contras: "The boarding process was beyond terrible. Enough that I will never fly with Condor again."
Contras: "The hour wait in line to get to an agent, the hour wait in line to clear security, the hour wait in line to get to the gate,the non-existence of any communication from the representatives of Condor, the two plus hours lateness of the flight taking off, the cancellation of our connecting flight with no communication to us, the extreme difficulty of talking with anyone from Condor, and the list goes on. This experience was the worst flight experience of my life and I am a veteran traveler through out the world. This airline reflects badly on Kayak!"

Contras: "One of the worst flights I have ever had. Would avoid Condor in the future Poor legroom and I'm not tall. One toilet had no water to clean up. Toilets were not clean. No confidence the plane was maintained properly."
Contras: "No room. Only 2 movies to choose from. Meals weren't good. No complimentary wine. Paying a little more to fly another airline is probably worth it."

Contras: "The food is absolutely awful and the space between your seat and the one in front is small so it's a tight transition to get into the chair. Seats weren't all that comfortable after a while. Only 2 movies unless you paid or were in premium. Left about an hour late."

Prós: "The crew were very attentive and between them and the great food the flight was bearable."
Contras: "Walked from the lounge to the gate when instructed only to spend an hour or more waiting for what seemed ever passenger being called to the desk for something. Boarded to find my selected seats had been given to a large family and that the seats themselves were absolutely terrible in design. they were narrow and had a console that interfered with comfort. the leg-rest could not be extended enough for even an average height person to use the fold down metal foot rest, which therefore was what my calves sat on. This all amounted to ten hours of pain. Condor is not likely to get our business again."
Contras: "The free movies/tv were not even worth watching. For a nine hour flight I'd expect a bit more of a selection"

Contras: "Every little thing apart from meals was sold at a ridiculous price, including an "entertainment package" which allowed you to watch movies on your screen seat. Debit cards aren't accepted, and without paying you can only watch two movies, one a chick flick and the other a children's movie. They had the most cramped and uncomfortable seats I've ever experienced on an international flight."
Prós: "I had never heard of Condor before this trip and as a regular traveler to Europe I was a little nervous. But everything was a breeze! Boarding was super easy, The overhead compartments were spacious enough for my overpacked suitcase and I got a whole row to myself! Will definitely be flying Condor again."
Contras: "I did get my regular altitude sickness so actually having a vomit bag would have been nice."
Contras: "I arrived in Seattle on time expecting a 2.5 hour lay over for our 5:15 p.m Condor flight to Munich. All the reader board said was Condor Flight to Munich-Canceled with no other information provided. The condor website said the flight was on time as scheduled. We roamed around the Seattle airport for over an hour trying to find a Condor booth, apparently they don't have a permanent one. When we finally found a Condor booth I was told, "The good news is the flight isn't cancelled, it's just delayed." It was delayed 18 HOURS to 11:15 the following morning. We were told we would have to exit the airport and go to the Condor ticket booth for more information. I nervously exited the airport, because I knew I couldn't get back in without a ticket. I waited in line for over TWO HOURS to find out the plane was still in Germany! No other information was given. I was told I was going to be provided a hotel along with meal vouchers for dinner and breakfast. I was told to come back by 8:00 a.m. in the morning to get my ticket to Munich. Why? BECAUSE THEY WOULD ONLY BE AT THEIR BOOTH UNTIL 10:00 a.m. I was given a room at Days Inn Tukwilla which is right outside the South Center Mall and was in a very sketchy part of town. I did not feel safe there. The room was dirty, the lights didn't work, the deadbolt didn't work and when I tried to charge my phone the plug fell out of the outlet. Also, the front desk staff had no idea I was coming and did not know anything about meal vouchers. I got up early and arrived at 7:30 a.m. No one from Condor even showed up until 8:15 a.m. I finally got my ticket to Munich which was delayed another THREE HOURS to 2:15 p.m. Again, with no notice. I asked for my connecting flight info because I from Munich I was going to Rome. I was told that someone would be helping me with that once I landed in Germany. I was also told I would be able to file a claim for my meals once in Germany. When I debarked the plane in Germany there was an angry worker hurriedly yelling at us to get on the bus if our connecting flight was with Lufthansa, which mine was. I was not helped with filing a claim at all. I finally arrived in Rome and the airline had lost my luggage. So if you fly with condor expect the first two days of your vacation/travel plans to be ruined and expect three days for your luggage to get sent to you. I will never ever book a flight with Condor again. They ruined the first four days of my 10 day vacation."
Contras: "Condor knew this flight would be delayed by at least 19 hours. They did not notify any passesngers ahead of them. On the contrary, 1.5 hours before takeoff we all received an email that everything was on time. after standing in line for 3 hours, we got a coupon for a hotel in Renton, that was extremely shabby and if poor standard. After calling condor directly in order to completely cancel my flight, as a 20 hour delay nullified the reason for my trip, I was told snarkily that there is nothing they can do, and I should contact the checking personnel. The checkin personnel had no access to computers and could also no help. Just terrible."
Prós: "Nothing. Company 21+ hour delay with no info provided."
Contras: "Flightfrom Seattle to Munich was "delayed" by 21+ hours. Company refused to provide info on connections until we arrived in Munich, and then only after an unguided search for the Lufthansa (not condor) info desk elsewhere in the airport. The flight crew had a connections list, but refused to announce the info. The company agents on the US side were contractors who stood behind an empty counter. They didn't/couldn't turn on the airport computers to help, suggesting we guess or connections using the internet. After a full day's delay, I was only able to give my host a 1 hour heads up regarding my arrival time, inconveniencing her too. Unbelievably indifferent staff attitudes. Terrible service all around. Don't fly Condor, and consider avoiding Lufthansa for tolerating such awful treatment if their less-moneyed customers."
Contras: "I'm not a tall person, and I did not have enough room for my legs in economy. Knees hit the chair in front of me"
Contras: "Having used kayak many times, this was my first international flight and wildly disappointing as we were delayed multiple times and connection flight was messed with no more flights today."
Prós: "Everyone was lovely and helpful. The food was good and that light fluffy cake was delicious."
Prós: "After finding Condor nickel and diming us, were were surprised to have positive impressions of the plane, flight, and crew. The crew dealt with our issues as best they could in as friendly a manner as could be hoped for."
Contras: "The weight allowed for carry-on luggage was confusing. I ordered a vegetarian meal for my wife when I made the reservations, but they ran not of these meals before getting to her. I also ordered their entertainment package for my wife; but when she tried to play a movie, it prompted her for a purchase code. I do not think I ever received such a code. Happily, the crew gave her access to the movies."
Prós: "Friendly staff, good food and clear information."
Contras: "Hit in the knee by the flight attendants cart."
Prós: "Airplane in great shape, new, very clean. I am only 5'5" so, it's hard for me to judge on leg space but for my size, I felt very comfortable in economy class. The German crew was very friendly and efficiant. I was able to change my seat in the pre boarding area which was much appreciated and uncomplicated. They also offered to check in additional carry on items for no cost. On board crew members were amazing, friendly, efficient, vet pleasant experience overall."
Contras: "Service (regarding food, snacks and entertainment) was average. I really missed on board Wifi and internet which is on e of my Top priorities for long international flights. I did not even have a chance to look at the entertainment offers, just listened to music from their library which appeared to be well sized. Food (dinner and breakfast) were average, definitely can't keep up oth other major airlines. There was no "chicken/meat or pasta" option, they only served pasta with marinera sauce for everyone in economy class which was so so....., however, I personally don't judge Airlines on their food, I could not care less and I am not looking for fancy food. Service quality, friendiyness of the crew, safety, airplane statue and reliability are my main points and I definitely think Condor scored great in those categories. I saw there was an option to preorder food choices / wishes prior to departure. I wish they used recyclable dishes (e.g. Like Lufthansa) to minimize trash."

Contras: "They over booked the flight and we were told we would have to miss our trip to Europe that we had planned for six months. They didn't communicate with us at all about what was happening until suddenly giving us two separated seats one minute before the cabin doors were shut. The flight attendants were disrespectful and demeaning to us, despite us having done nothing wrong. We ordered meals with dietary restrictions and those were ignored. In flight entertainment for the 10 hour flight was limited to two (old, terrible) movies and two TV shows. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and made it almost impossible to sleep. I will personally never fly Condor again and I would strongly suggest that you not either."
Contras: "Paying for a reserved seat after buying tickets on condor is ridiculous. Captain on both flights talked too much ... I don't need to know about the last weeks weather or how nice the arrival city is... you are just getting in the way if my movie"
Prós: "The price was right, and everything ran smoothly and on schedule. There was a good amount of space on the plane, particularly for leg room."
Contras: "The seats were pretty uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. Most of the entertainment options cost extra."
