Contras: "Airline was operated by Delta Air. COVID precautions with distancing on board were not followed. Flight was overcrowded- hardly any empty seats between passengers."

Prós: "After there was a problem with the plane once we had boarded, they were able to switch us to another plane at another gate. There was a short wait, and we only had a delay of 35 minutes."

Só consegui ser realocada em outro vôo da Gol para os Estados Unidos no dia seguinte, Tive que sair do aeroporto SantosDumond no Rio para Brasília em 19/dez à noite para só pegar outro voo no dia 20//dez pela manhã. Todas as despesas de hotel, alimentação e transporte em Brasília foram custeadas por mim. Não recomendo comprar passagens internacionais pela Decolar.com. Principalmente se houver mais de uma cia aérea envolvida na mesma viagem"

Contras: "CRJ-700 is too small. Only one bathroom & it was broken. Hour late to depart & no explanation given. Never turned off the seatbelt sign & we ended up on the plan for approx 2.5hrs for our 1hr flight."

Checked bag fees are based on weight which is fair in a way, but annoying that I have to pack a travel scale and weigh it the night before to avoid being overcharged."

You have to pay for booze in economy for international flight, seats aren’t that comfortable but the selection of movies and tv is good. I will probably look elsewhere next time"

Contras: "The flight to Madrid left with about 15 passengers waiting to leave the flight from Chicago. We landed before our flight to Madrid was to depart. But by time we walked out we all missed our flight and had to rebook. I’m sure the flight to Madrid could’ve waited for the 15 of us. But they didn’t."

Prós: "This was a round trip. From Hartford to Dublin went without a hitch. From Dublin to Hartford was a nightmare - we arrived ninety minutes before scheduled take-off, having checked in and gotten seat assignments the night before. The flight was closing to boarding as we arrived at the airport,so we could not use the self-service kiosks for baggage tags and we got NO direction on how to short-circuit the hours'-long line, even though there is a procedure for doing so. Result - we had to rebook at our cost for the following day and pay for another night in a hotel."
Contras: "Our previous flight arrived late. We were issued boarding passes 40 minutes before take off, they closed the gate 2 minutes before we got there."
Contras: "US pre-clearance involves a second run through security, which required again getting all liquids into one place. I also means arriving another 20 minutes early at Dublin airport. I suppose this affects every carrier from Dublin to US."

Nobody could hear what was being announced. Entertainment audio was very poor - which on a long flight can make a big difference. Even tried my own earbuds and it did not help."

Contras: "Are Lingus is non responsive to their customers. When I called them about their change in my schedule, I was on hold for 45 minutes before someone answered the call. I explained my situation that because they changed my flight that I would now have to get a hotel, stay overnight and fly out the next day. They said there was nothing they could do and refused to pay for the hotel or meals that would be incurred as a result of their changing my flight. This was after I explained that I had originally paid more for the tickets on their airline so I would NOT have a long layover. Worst customer service I have ever encountered."

Prós: "Over the past week I had the pleasure of flying Britiish Air and codeshare Aer Lingus. I don't fly international that much, but I found that there was more room than I remember. I don't think how have had such a pleasant, eager staff on both airlines. The food was okay, but still better than I expected. It is tough to serve that many people. I would certainly fly BA again."
Contras: "Not much to say here. I am a critical person but I don't think that the crew could have done better. My only complaint...boo hoo, first world problem, my video screen didn't work very well. If it was tilted just right it would work. The free head phones have really poor quality. I had my own. In the end... not a big issue."

Se puder dispor de alguma grana, pague pelas poltronas em duplas, se estiver acompanhado é o melhor, para evitar o estresse de levantar para um banheiro no meio da madrugada
Prós: "The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris."
Contras: "There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight."

I was not informed when I booked the ticket that when you transit through 2 schengen countries, you need a transit document. I was informed about it at then airport. Not only did I miss my flight, I had to book for the next day at a outrageous price. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BOTH KAYAK and PRICELINE. Will never recommend you guys to anyone."

Contras: "The boarding process was horrible and it involved climbing down steep stairs from the air tunnel to the tarmac to board a bus that took us to a far distance where the plane was parked. Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."
Prós: "We got to the desk to check in and there was one person being served in front of us. He finished with him, turned and left the area through the dooor. No one came to help us for 15 minutes. Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."
Contras: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"
Prós: "I liked the crew, they were professional and tried their best"
Contras: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Embarque atrasou 40 minutos. Poderiam ter avisado, estávamos na Louge da TAP e ficamos na fila desde o horário previsto ( 22: 45) até 23:25. Gostamos do conforto, menu e atendimento da equipe. Vamos voltar a usar a executiva da TAP.

Da falta de gentileza de um dos funcionários responsável pelo embarque, sem modos ao falar com os clientes.
Embarque poderia ser mais organizado. As pessoas poderiam ser orientadas desde o checkin a como proceder durante o embarque, para evitar aglomerações, e esperas de pé em fila.
Há café, água ou sumo de laranja
No mínimo uma garrafa de água.
Fiquei profundamente irritado por me enviarem a minha mala para o porão e depois no avião vi varias iguais e algumas ainda maiores.
Contras: "Meu vôo foi cancelado por conta da pandemia e 6 meses depois ainda não recebi meu voucher para fazer outro vôo. Atendimento é péssimo. Me sinto lesada pela TAP."

Prós: "Eu e meu marido pedimos comida especial, frutos do mar, uma ótima pedida pois veio bacalhau de almoço e um outro peixe de lanche, adoramos. O atendimento de terra foi bom com bastante atenção ao meu sogro com mobilidade reduzida."
Contras: "A troca dos assentos dos meus sogros, sendo que meu sogro precisa de assistência, precisava ficar junto da sua esposa. Como é precisa reservar espaço para a cadeira de rodas, eles alteraram os assentos do meu sogro, e com isso ele sentaria sozinho numa poltrona sem possibilidade de mobilidade para ele, trocaram o assento da minha sogra mas para o local onde meu sogro não consegui sair para ir ao banheiro, ele chegou a se molhar um pouco pois não pode ir ao banheiro. O voo atrasou e passamos por várias turbulências, cheguei a enjoar."

Contras: "at check-in agent said we did not have coverage on our ticket for our 2 -50lb bags dispite informing her that we were covered and had no problem on our arriving flight to Portugal - we had to pay 196 Euros or leave our bags in Portugal Additionally we had ordered a wheelchair to assist my wife to the gate - which we also had our arriving flight - agent said she had no record of it. She said we could wait which we did and waited 2 hours to obtain a wheelchair (and came close to missing our plane) not to mention the stress associated with the whole check in process"

Contras: "TAP Airlines stranded us in Lisbon. They were late flying us from Vienna to Lisbon and then canceled our seats on our connection to JFK. Instead, they rebooked us on the next day's flight a full 24 hours after, refusing to rebook us on earlier flights on other carriers. Their customer service was as bad as I've ever experienced. Multiple agents admitted their company is terrible and doesn't care about its customers. The indifference to our situation was surreal. Lesson learned."

Prós: "Gosto muito do fato da TAP ter vôos diretos à Lisboa e Porto. É uma viagem longa e cansativa, portanto quanto mais rápido chegar melhor. Os tripulantes são muito atenciosos e sempre dispostos à ajudar."
Contras: "Como em qualquer companhia aérea de hoje, o espaço para as pernas e o conforto da cadeira. Numa viagem de aproximadamente 10 h ao fim não temos mais posição que não doa as costas."
Prós: "Viajei pela executiva em 20 de maio com escala em Lisboa rumo a Roma. Os comissários de bordo foram extremamente atenciosos, sobretudo ao final do primeiro trecho, quando gentilmente me ajudaram muito a retirar meu celular que havia caído entre o assento e a parede. No segundo trecho, de Lisboa a Roma, a comissária Dalva foi gentilíssima e merece especial elogio de minha parte. As refeições foram boas e bem apresentadas, assim como as bebidas. Contudo, sugiro apenas a melhora dos assentos, que achei desconfortáveis, sobretudo para os pés, já que mal havia espaço para colocá-los e do kit de amenidades, no meu entender muito fraco para quem viaja numa executiva e paga por isso. Esclareço que prefiro a executiva especialmente pelo conforto, mas infelizmente os aviões da TAP estão distantes ainda de um padrão satisfatório para o custo cobrado (o voo de Lisboa a Roma foi num assento comum, um pouco mais afastados os bancos apenas), como existe em companhias menores, tal como a Air Marroc, por exemplo."
Contras: "Por estar na executiva, achei que haveria alguns sanduíches ou snacks à disposição dos passageiros entre o jantar e o café da manhã. A KLM e a Air France disponibilizam isso até mesmo nos voos da classe econômica e a TAP nem na executiva. As poltronas e o Kit de amenidades (necessaire) eram fraquíssimos para quem paga (caro) por isso."
