Prós: Great food and service as always
Prós: Everything was pleasant as expected except for one thing, mentioned below.
Contras: 45 minutes late taking off. Could have been the airport's fault rather than the airline though. I don't know.
Prós: Crew was good. Flight was delayed by incoming flight from Oslo so I was anxious that I might miss my connection in Oslo. Flight attendants announced connection gates for transit which was very helpful.
Contras: Perhaps a little more communication about delayed flights. Even though passengers were asked to let connecting passengers through at disembarking, it was still very difficult. Perhaps back stairs to the plane as well as front would have helped.
Prós: SAS generally has better planes and more space than most airlines especially in economy class. Seats were comfortable, not too tight. Food was good. Most SAS planes are really nice and new. On this flight they had a problem and had to use one of their older planes. It was still pretty nice, but the entertainment system on the older plane was a little dated.
Contras: Used backup plane. It had an older entertainment system.
Prós: Thre movie selection was great The crew was great Some of the food (in each meal) was good
Contras: Parts of each meal were great, parts were gross $4 for a can of soda? Really???
Prós: Service counter staff was helpful to confirm seating although I did not like being put on standby. This happens too often with Air Canada.
Contras: Stop the overbooking!!!!!

Contras: Food is not as good as before. I could smell the restroom from my seat (41H). Hopefully Air Canada flights can depart and arrive on time.

Contras: The worst, the attitude of a crew member named Andrew.
Prós: Quick flight. Dlient Service in check-in was excellent, she went the extra mile to change my return flight to a more reasonable time.
Prós: The people on the plane were super nice and the flight was nice as well. the price was cheaper than many others.
Contras: I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific African destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. That rule rule is unfair and racist. Now that I am back, I have a bag missing. Wow!
Prós: The movie selection was good.
Contras: Food was pretty bad, the flight attendant was unfriendly, which is unlike any Portuguese we have met in our trip, maybe she was just having a bad day.
Prós: Left on time, arrived early. Food and snacks were good. Very attentive crew.
Contras: Can't think of anything.
Prós: I was on a 7 hour flight and the TAP airline service was very good. I had requested a vegan meal and they were able to accommodate me with no problem. Also they had a great selection of movies.
Contras: I didn’t like that all the soap dispensers in both bathrooms were empty the whole flight. But good thing for the wet naps they offered and antibacterial I had in my purse.
Prós: Flight staff was great, service was top notch. food was surprisingly good, red wine included in your ticket. movie choice was good. coach seat was as manageable for a long flight. you pretty much know what your getting yourself into flying coach overseas. this was a pretty good seat.
Contras: We flew thru about an hour straight of moderate turbulence but i'm guessing that was unavoidable. Checkin was a bit weird, they had a gate change and never announced it. Fortunately, i checked the board. about 6 of us had been at the other gate for a long while.

Contras: My checkedin baggage did not reach the final destination and was delayed by 24 hours. Further, when my baggage did reach, one suitcase was damaged. Did not expect this from Luftansa.
Prós: The crew were super friendly. There was plenty of space and I slept for a few hours

Prós: Boeing 777 seating is comfortable, other is not so much.

Contras: They didn't even offer complementary water,we were on the plane for 2 hours almost. Not friendly if you are pregnant or have kids

Prós: We have been flying Swiss for years and they are the most reliable and best organized airline, we have ever experienced.
Contras: I didn't notice that I had booked some sort of new economy light category where checked baggage is no longer included and to check baggage when booked into this class cost $60 per bag per flight. So overall on the trip I paid $240 extra for luggage alone.
Prós: Friendly agents . Speak very good English. Swiss airlines serves breakfast croissants and beverages for a short flight without a charge
Contras: The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it

Prós: Nothing to say anything flight is cancelled two time. Fed up of Lufthansa service.
Contras: Change flight rules and regulations. Shouldn't cancel any flight even one passenger booked air ticket. Lufthansa is very worst service.
Prós: Crew was super attentative.
Contras: Nothing, they tried hard to make sure everyone felt they were available to take care of what they needed and when they needed.
Contras: There were not enough vegetarian options, so I had only bread, butter, and dessert.
Contras: Flight was canceled from Newark to Monachium then coming back plane from Krakow was late and I had to spend night in Monacoum . I arrived to Newark on Tuesday instead of Monday horrible trip all together ☹️

Contras: We waited in the plane on the tarmac for 3-1/2 hours waiting for the plane to be de-iced before take-off. I understand that there is nothing Lufthansa can do about the weather, but they (or the Munich airport) need to have more de-icing machines. It is ridiculous to have to wait that long.
Prós: I loved how the entertainment was complimentary and there was a wide selection of movies, TV shows and music. I’m used to having one or maybe two movies to choose from but TAP has an entire movie library on the back of each seat. I watched 3 new releases on my 7.5 hour flight. The food was also tasty and I technically had two meals. Great job, TAP!
Contras: The only thing that could be improved is the boarding process in the Lisbon airport. The boarding time for the flight was one hour before takeoff and the gate area was too small to hold the total number of people taking the flight. We also didn’t board until 30 min before the flight so passengers were waiting in one big crowd because it was impossible to find a seat or to even form clear lines for boarding.
Prós: The seats do recline, more space than Delta or United
Contras: The fact that people in coach class up to rows 28 as 2 choices of food and from row 29 and up have no choice we have to eat what they have twice to me

Prós: Short of the entertainment system incident, the service was pleasant. It was nice to NOT be on a full flight and have both seats to myself.
Contras: Entertainment system was not working, and crew was fairly nonchalant about it. In the past they at least apologized and on the better end gave out drink vouchers. Not this time.

Contras: They didnt say any information to the passengers who had connecting flights. No one us that all passengers with connecting flight need to check out their luggages and check it in again. Now my luggage is lost..
Contras: The fact I was delayed 2 hours. Missed my connection. Spoke with customer care about getting a flight out of Toronto the next morning because of connection issues instead of late that evening.
Prós: Employees are very nice.
Prós: The Tvs had the largest and most up todate selection of movies and shows out of any airline I ha e ever flown. The seats were spacious and comfortable. The food was way above normal airplane food and the crew was very pleasant. Great flight!
Prós: The food in Economy was way better than usual U.S. airline food. Ground staff in Newark were helpful in retrieving a book I left on the plane. Captain had the seat belt sign off early and turned it back on late in descent which allowed people to visit the restrooms. Video entertainment was good.
Contras: Captain should have made more P.A. announcements during the coast in over Cape Cod to point out areas of interest
Prós: So accommodating!! Top of the line!
