Gostei particularmente da configuração da aeronave e a alimentação é péssima. Para servir aquele sanduiche é melhor não oferecer nada!!
Vôo convencional sem nada de especial
Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.
Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.
Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

I got delaied 2 hours at the turkish airport plus the 7 hours lay over, total 9 hours, the gate travel service didnt give us any reason for the dealy, the customes gathered us in a small area where there is no seats and the bathroom was smelling so bad, we were stsrving and not even water been served to us, i missed my ride to the hotel in Amman, and missed my work breakfast orientation."

Contras: "The flight I booked out was later than my return. It was 8:30 at night not in the morning and the site did not flag it for me. So I showed up at the airport and had to buy another ticket at the very last minute. Never used the one I bought through kayak.luckily Turkish air made it happen or I would have missed my meeting."

Prós: "I have flown Turkish Air many times for the past 8 years and they are a solid airline. They have very good food for airplane food, and a decent entertainment center."
Contras: "Unfortunately they have moved away from their Exonomy Plus seats that were great and ample room, whereas now their seating in exonomy is very cramped. They also used to have nice amenities on long international flights like a hot towel and some Turkish Delight before takeoff and landing, but they no longer have that. And my biggest complaint is that they keep their planes unbearably hot most ost of the time. It’s by far the most frustrating thing when your cramped in their tiny spaces for 11 hours."

Para um voo curto, 2h30min, o serviço foi muito bom. Basicamente completo, com algumas restrições, claro, principalmente do menu e da forma de servir. Mas no geral, ótima!
Contras: "First of all, my flight had no option to plug my cellphone, there was no TV screen and no WiFi.. they served some loaf of bread cut in half with some spices inside and called it dinner! But the most disappointing thing is the fact is that they LOST BOTH OF MY LUGGAGE BAGS, and the most they could offer me is $50 compensation (my belongings worth thousands of dollars) And even this I would have to claim from my “home country” which is completely unreasonable as my home country isn’t the one lost my luggage, the airlines had! Beyond shocked, disappointed and aggravated, this was my first time flying this airlines and I promise you it’s the last. Won’t recommend to anyone."

O vinho oferecido é de boa qualidade. O ponto fraco do vôo, refletindo diretamente no nome Ethiopian Airlines, foi a higiene na galley traseira, no vôo da volta, ET 507 - 04/01 falta de higiene da tripulação, garrafas términicas ao chão, talheres de plásticos sendo colocados no chão, em uma área imunda próximo as banheiros. Lastimável."

Eles não são capazes de honrar compromisso com os horários que eles estipulam e isso cria uma desordem generalizada pq mais de 40% perde a conexão e eles são obrigados a realocar os passageiros em hoteis (o q tb se torna prejuízo pra eles mesmos). Uma cia como a Ethiopian deveria ter um sistema de logistica e principalmente um aeroporto adequados. Decepção total."

The whole process took about four hours and three managers all while I was stewing, worried I wouldnt make it on my flight."

We onboarded 1h30 late. We stayed in the plane for 3 hours before it was canceled because of snow. And we waited another two hours to be off boarded. Information was rare and bad. Decisions badly made. No support AT ALL from Ryanair after the cancelation.

Não pude embarcar pois a tripulação disse-me que o vôo estava atrasado e que eles não poderiam me realocar em outro vôo, tive que comprar outra passagem e não tive direito nem sequer a reembolso.
Atrasado, equipe antes do embarque mal educada
Sinceramente foi o pior serviço de todas as companhias aereas que jà viajei. Fico só por aqui senao tenho horrores para dizer
Boa tarde . Infelizmente aconteceu nos um incidente e enganamo -nos no aeroporto . Chegamos ao aeroporto as 20h , o nosso voo seria as 21:30 . Por meia hora de atraso não nos foi permitido fazer o check in nos balcões e tivemos que pagar 55 por pessoa . E de facto lamentável , não há necessidade de manterem trabalhadores vossos nos balcões se para além de pagarmos o voo ainda temos que pagar mais 55€ para nós fazerem o check in quando ainda falta 1h e 30h pra o nosso voo partir ! Uma companhia como a ryanair peca muito por este tipo de atitudes . Não volto a viajar com a ryanair .

Prós: "I could not fault anything with this flight. I arrived 2.5 hours before my flight, was able to drop my bag (I kept it to 20kgs) and pass security all within 15 minutes. Boarding was efficient and the seat quite comfortable. I was asleep before take off and didn't wake until 30 mins before landing. For any airline that many complain about - there is nothing I could fault. Yes - it is cheap and yes there are restrictions but if you follow the advice ie pack to the kg limit, arrive as per the airline suggestion for checkin and be at the gate when required and pre-order any food (or eat before the flight) - there is nothing I can complain about - it was cheap and I was able to be where I needed to be 10 min ahead of schedule. Staff were friendly and helpful."

Prós: "Chegamos ao aeroporto 2 horas e 15 minutos antes do vôo. Tentamos fazer o check-in mas ainda não estava aberto. Na hora que abriram, fomos para a fila. Na nossa vez disseram que teríamos que pagar para poder fazer o check in no aeroporto, um valor absurdo de quase 100 euros. Não disseram em nenhum momento isso por e-mail. Não fomos avisados. Ontem, recebi uma e-mail da Cia, apenas falando sobre o procedimento da bagagem e nada mais. Não vou arcar com esse prejuízo, porque eles não avisaram que o check in tinha que ser online obrigatoriamente ou teríamos que pagar."

Contras: "Horrible experience. Queued on foot at gate for ages including 15 mins waiting on tarmac outside plane in blazing sun. Luggage took one and a half hours to appear after landing. Ridiculous baggage arrangements which seem to be designed to save Ryanair airport handling charges. You take your bag through security as hand baggage which means no liquids but then it’s put in the hold and you have to wait for it on arriving. As usual with Ryanair, maximum inconvenience to passengers."
Contras: "They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."
Contras: "The guy at the boarding did not know the procedures for a non EU passport and kept me waiting for so long because he had not sure if my visa was real. He did not even check my passport if I had a visa. I paid for priority and ended as a lat person in the queue. Then a woman came and checked my passport and saw the visa and could not see any problem with it. I want to know why did a pay for priority services if the person at the boarding does not even know anything. Is the company going to reimburse the company for the time waiting and bring the last one?"
Contras: "Ficamos mais 30 min trançados numa mini sala de embarque, os passageiros no voo pareciam estar num ônibus (gritavam, ficavam de pé o tempo todo, num voo de 55 min) e a tripulacao nada fez para melhorar isso."
Contras: "More one and half hour fight delay. Plus terrible queue at border control."

Contras: "Received emails about baggage, the policy stated that any cabin baggage beyond 1 would be checked for FREE in the hold. My wife and I both arrived with a small carry-on bag and a backpack. Upon arrival to Lisbon the attendant told us we needed to pay40euro each for the extra bag because it was slightly bigger than the bag “tester” box. (It fit sideways but not long ways). We showed the email about the free checked bag and she said because it was too big we had to pay 40 euro each. After a while we agreed. She then told us just to go to the gate, it would be ok. At the gate we had the same conversation with a different attendendent, this time it was 50 euro a piece! She said there was nothing she could do and just like that we are out 100 Euro. Do not fly with these Crooks!"
