Prós: "Crew was extremely friendly as expected from Cathay. The aircraft was substituted from the scheduled A350-800 to an A330 but it still had lie flat seats, just not as nice. The crew was very apologetic for the last minute schedule change."

Prós: "I had two flight crew that went out of their way to exceed my expectations on my BKK to HKG flight. One was the onflight manager, Bingo, and the other was the flight attendant, Carol. They are a testament to Cathay Pacific, and they should be acknowledged for their exceptional customer service!"
Contras: "Delayed from boarding at 1 am until 5 am when they finally announced it was cancelled. They made announcement updates every 10 minutes meaning that people had to be constantly alert to see if anything changed in the next 10 minutes. When the flight was cancelled, the employees could not offer any information about how to get ticket prices refunded, or how to get to the destination. They could not even connect passengers to the managers because the managers are in Hong Kong. The number they gave out to passengers for customer services could not be reached because this it is an international number. People had to miss connecting flights, meetings, important appointments, and are still trying to figure out how to get refunded for an expensive flight. Terrible experience and customer service."
Prós: "No issues with airline just other passengers. Plane was older model but very clean. Noticed flight attendants cleaning washrooms frequently. Meals were timely and quite tasty. Even though did not partake, liked how there were snacks available."

Cathay prefer to board passenger based on their sitting locations than their ticket class which makes more sense as the last rows board first and don't clog up the plane. Cathay crew kept pumping out noodles and snacks during the flight. it almost felt like being on an airborne restaurant!"

We had to wait for all luggage to come out, then go to lost and found, what is more puzzling is that then they tell you the luggage will be loaded on next flight, arrive at night, but will not deliver it until after 3PM on next day. This is flying business class. Swiss begins to feel like a low cost"

Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.

Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

We were forced to clear security again, even though just transferring and, after running to our gate, found the connection had left and the gate was abandoned with no one to tell us where to go or what to do. The lack of communication and information was appalling. Most people eventually found their way through the airport to a desk that booked them on a flight the next day. It was exhausting and the Turkish staff were unsympathetic."

It was so spectacular that I didn't want to leave it. I found a small movie theatre equipped with leather oversized recliners and slept. I was told that the 2 story lounge is 6000 square meters."

Após o desembarque em São Paulo, quase perdi a conexão esperei horas até conseguir recuperará minha mala, não havia nenhum funcionário da turkish ou avíanca para me orientar nem me ajudar a recuperar bagagens. Tive q contar com ajuda de seguranças do aeroporto que já haviam visto aquela situação . Não houve pedido de desculpas, nem nenhuma assistência."

Our trip was Lisbon-Frankfurt- Bangalore. When we reached Lisbon Check in there was not anybody at the Lufthansa counter. There was one and a half-hour delay before the aircraft left Frankfurt. The less said about the food the better. I had an Eco Saver ticket. Does it mean that beggars cannot be choosers' type of attitude to passengers is the order of the day?

The flight was delayed and we were stranded at Dulles airport for 2 days (48 hours) as United Airlines cancelled the flights!

The flight was on a very small plane for a transatlantic flight. It was more suitable for a mid-distance domestic flight. The plane was also quite old and its entertainment systems repeatedly froze and shut down. Finally, the airline charged for most food and drinks--on an international flight. I will avoid Lufthansa and its partner, United, in the future. Also, the airports are a disastrous mess, with long lines and huge numbers of flights delayed (although this is beyond the airline's control). Both my flights were delayed substantially.

My flight was cancelled and Air cañada said they didn’t even have that flight number or my name in their computer. Does this mean Kayak somehow messed up with the letters/ number sequence? No one would help me at the airport. Lufthansa said it was Air cañadas fault and I had gotten two messages from Kayak, one was at 6 am(I had already called a ride so I was going an hour earlier ) then after 2 hours at airport I get my message from Kayak(Ricky) saying sorry your flight is cancelled? Then, like I say, no one would even put me on standby for another flight as my numbers you gave me did not match. Can you please get me on a flight home? No later than Monday, please? I am out of money

Voo com atraso, Equipe atenciosa. Entretenimento não se aplica. Tivemos problema com a liberação da bagagem, ficamos mais de uma hora na esteira à espera da bagagem sem nenhuma informação. O problema foi com a bagagem de todos os passageiros. Depois de uma hora e trinta quando formou-se uma enorme fila para reclamar as malas a bagagem foi lebrada. Até então nenhuma informação. Muitos passageiros habitantes de Munique foram embora e suas bagagens estavam na esteira.

On my way from Denver to Munich the flight was delayed. The pilot himself said he couldn't explain the reason for the 1 hour delay. The delay resulted in almost everyone on the flight missing their connections, including me and my husband. No effort was made to help passengers with tight connections to get off the plane and to their gates faster. After an international flight, the last thing you want is an 8-hour layover where you've no choice but to remain awake and exhausted for an unhealthy amount of time. As a pitiful expression of apology, Lufthansa gave us a 10 euro voucher to use in the Munich airport--not even enough for a full, hot meal. Not to mention that checking in for both my flight to and from my destination city was very stressful because of an abundance of travelers and a clear understaffing on the airline's side. Even though I came two hours early to check in for my return flight, I only had ten minutes at the gate before it was boarded. The whole experience was rushed and stressful and inefficient. The worst part, though, was that one of my checked bags was returned to me with my clothes sticking out of it and some speciality cheese I bought entirely missing. I have also found it really difficult to get in touch with the Lufthansa customer service. They claim in emails with my flight information that I especially requested that my reservation number be withheld from me (I never requested this). The loss of this number has made it nearly impossible for me to register complaints without calling the airline and wasting hours of time. I would greatly reconsider ever booking with this airline again.

OMG! The 5/21/2022 flight was canceled after we were on board over 3 hours! NO AIR CANADA rep to help! No Air Canada gate to check in with. It was total chaos at the Lisbon airport. Trying to get out today, 5/22/2022, the Air Canada agent said we. needed a new Covid test, only to find out AFTER we paid 20EU, that it was NOT needed. They were not educated on the rules, even though they knew they were checking in people from the canceled flight. Totally UNACCEPTABLE! I will never fly Air Canada again, operated. Y Lufthansa. I plan to post on Facebook and Twitter how bad this was.

The lady Lo was worried about which useless mask are children were wearing. We wore these cloth masks on one lufthansa flight and through two airports with zero trouble for the scientifically useless masks we wear for show conformity to power hungry people , dhe demanded we change to the so called medical masks. really, put her on a domestic flight or something.

I expected a better flight. The food was very poor. The aircraft was too warm

The flight was delayed and communication was poor. I went from jogging to my gate (because I thought the plane was boarding) to standing in a line for two hours with several hundred other people -- taking a variety of flights and wondering why we were standing in yet another line, in a hallway not at the gate. One woman screamed announcements in front but with so many in the line her voice could not be heard. Had I known what was going on I would have used the bathroom, gotten a drink and a snack. I would still have had to wait, but at least I could have been comfortable.

Prós: "I flew in the A380 bulkhead at row 50 from Munich to Hong Kong. Have flown premium economy with Lufthansa before, it was no different from before. The service is efficient. Entertainment was fine and had an interesting selection in their world cinema section."
Contras: "A pretty standard experience and nothing which makes you feel special. Other airlines might offer an upgraded meal in premium economy or a special cocktail, but not on Lufthansa."

AA bounced us off the flight, causing 3 days of nightmarish nonsense, cancelled business appointments, rescheduling doctors appointments. All our documents and permissions were in order, correct to the State Dept, and CDC. We also stated and claimed our Rights as Christian Objectors to the injections. We presented our Attestation of Christian Faith and Objection. AA discriminated against us. Impossible, you might think.... It will happen to you and your Family . STAY AWAY FROM AA !!

At least one free sandwich please

It was impossible to pre-check in and our seats assignments were terrible. Flight from Houston-to-Chicago was over three hours delayed. The flight from Chicago to Houston was also delayed, once again were seats assignments were all over the place. This was not a good experience.

O vôo atrasou 1 hora, até aí tudo bem. Prefiro chegar atrasada e bem do que não chegar. Mas o problema foi o pouso em Helsinki, o avião desceu extremamente rápido, foi assustador, as pessoas se assustaram, o ouvido doeu bastante, o do meu esposo doeu durante 2 dias. Parecia que tinha estourado os tímpanos. Tivemos a sensação de que havia tido uma despressurização. Assustador.

Prós: "A350, very comfortable and quiet. Good crew and pleasant flight"
Contras: "cabin temperature was a bit too high through the night."

Contras: "Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund."

Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights."

I have been dying BA for last five years and this had to be the worst BA flight I have taken, absolute chaos at the check in counter and no organization. One BA counter agent Alexa tried to help but it is just too late. I expected more from BA."

Prós: "I took the bus back and forth from SF to London. Overseas I am now in contemplation of only flying British Airways from now on. The ride is comfortable, enjoyable, entertaining, adequate space, excellent service, food and drinks are the best I have had, and exceptional services and attention. This goes for both flights. I have been recommending Britsh Airways over the last several weeks to pretty much everyone I know. My family and I will be looking to British Airways for overseas flights as a priority."
Contras: "Connecting flight thru Heathrow was too close for comfort. I just reached the gate at the end of boarding. If there had been a glitch at all I would have missed the flight."
