In this case it wasn't a loss because I noticed that they were showing cartoons, even though there were no children on board. The snack was a simple sandwich, a little smaller than the size of a hotdog bun. Supposedly it was an artesian Swiss sandwich, but I think they could have done better. Overall, I'm happy with Swiss Air, and would definitely fly with them again."

Also, the screen was terrible quality and I could not see no matter how I adjust the screen angle or the light."
Contras: "Hi, my flight was delayed for more then 20 minutes and I had next connection flight in short period of time. Even that they now that I will lose next connection they didn't wanted to change my flight to previous flight and they DID had extra seat in a plane."

Probably would have missed the connection if our 26 year old son didn't run ahead. Too much drama and no one from swiss air to help. Suggest more time for transfer in the future or someone to guide passengers. We were nit the only ones. However, we did make it as did the others ( luggage too!)so kudos to swiss for waiting"

Prós: "Once we landed in Athens, knowing that our next flight would be taking off in 5 minutes, we thought ther was no way that we'd make it. Instead, they had someone waiting for us when we got off of the flight and someone to run all 11 of us through the airport to the plane. Aegean held the flight because they knew 11 people from the Santorini flight were coming."
Contras: "Once on the plane, we ended up sitting there for another 30 minutes, even though it was already 20 minutes late waiting for us. When I asked the stewardess whether that meant that our bags were going to make the flight she said she'd have to check. She never came back. I then asked a second girl and she said that she'd have to check and she never came back. I finally asked again before landing and she supposedly went and asked someone and came back and said yes they made it. Got to baggage claim - no bags. We had another flight to catch back to the states, so we didn't have time to figure out the situation. We spent the next three days frantically calling Aegean, to no avail. Their customer service either wouldn't answer or would tell us to call London Heathrow lost and found, who wouldn't answer. Eventually, Delta found our bags and had to work with Lufthansa and their own boots on the ground at LHR to find the bags and get them back to us."

Contras: "The flight was so cramped, my husband actually scraped his knees on the chair in front of him. Like, a legitimate abrasion on his knee. We weren't seated together, but the people in the plane weren't wearing deodorant or any kind of smell prevention, so the plane was ripe as heck. There was no rhyme or reason to the way the attendants served us - they'd skip people, then come back 20 minutes later to finally serve the skipped person a drink. There was absolutely zero entertainment on the plane, and the food was bad. The airline staff at the airport before departure was even worse! Kayak didn't allow me to buy a bag allowance when I bought the tickets. And there was NO advance warning that there was a weight limit for carry on bags (8kg by the way). So, we got to the airport and had to pay over £100 to check all of our bags. I didn't bring a laptop case, because my bag was usually a carry on, so lo and behold, I got there and yay! My laptop is broken and won't turn on. The flight was incredibly turbulent and my life flashed before my eyes a couple of times. We also had to go to 3 different ticketing Windows and bag drops just to get my ticket and check our bags. You would've thought they were building a rocket ship with the amount of effort that went into the whole ordeal. As I mentioned before, we weren't seated together, and nobody told us this or mentioned it when we got our tickets. Just ridiculous!!"
Contras: "They lost my bag for four days, no customer service or any help. Was stranded without anything. Finally delivered my bag but to the wrong place. Grumble..."

Contras: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."

The one thing that really concerns me is that Spanish stewards, more the women than the men, are becoming more rude than before. I understand that some passengers must be a hassle from time to time, but this is their one and only job, so a nice attitude is of the utmost importance."

No food or water on an international flight across the Atlantic??? You've got to be kidding me -- that's gotta be close to illegal, not providing any means of hydration. But it's certainly cheap, mean, and unacceptable. Pathetic, too."

There was only one person available to check everyone in for Iberia. It was grateful. Plane was old. Not even a glass of water was offered."

Prós: "Flight to our destination: sat in exit row for extra cost. I was freezing cold and was told no extra blankets. Also staff were rude and unhelpful telling us to remove all things from the floor for take off and landing ( which i accept is the policy) but since we had nowhere to put them except on our laps (she’s, books, sweaters pocket book) as there is no seat in front for an exit row to put under. The staff member kept saying “up, up” motioning with her hand, but made no offer to assist us in finding overhead space. Upon our return flight, our pre booked exit row seats were switched on us right before boarding in a rude and matter of fact wayand my husband and I were separated one on either side of the aircraft. When we queried this, we were told it would be up to us to switch with the person sitting next to us. Overall very disappointing. I would not fly Iberia again."

Contras: "I arrived 2 hr.30 min and regardless of having bought my ticket long time ago, October, I was placed standby because an overbooking of the plane. The agent in the counter claimed that they could do that because was "legal to overbook". One of the agents at the gate when I went to get my seat indicated that I paid for a "cheap ticket" and that I should take whatever seat they have left. I was given 46E. I was thrown my food on my table. I asked for the pasta option because I do not eat beef. She said: "That's what we have, we do not have more food. You are flying economy class". I was mistreated badly."

Contras: "I paid extra for a seat in the exit row and as soon as we took off someone from another row snuck into the exit row without paying and the flight attendants totally ignored him and he sat there the entire flight for free. They don’t give you so much as a glass of water for free and the luggage took 45 minutes to appear after landing. I certainly wouldn’t chose to fly them again if I had an alternative tho they are better than that horror Vueling whose seats were so close together that I was unable to sit with my legs straight because the leg room was so little."

Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Although arrived at gate before schedule flight time, were not allowed to board, missing the connecting flight and was then charged a ludicrous amount in fees. Will never travel again."

Contras: "According to my itinerary, we were scheduled to fly from Marrakech to Casablanca on Royal Moroccan Airlines flight 402. There was no flight. My itinerary also said we were to fly out of Casablanca on American Airlines. After sitting at the gate for over 2 hrs. in Marrakech,one of the ground crew members told us our flight had been canceled, but we were never notified. The supervisor refused to give us a letter stating that they screwed up by either sending us to the wrong gate, or that the flight had been canceled so I could get my money back thru my travel insurance. She said the flight was not cancelled so it wasn't her fault. No flight left from our gate. She refused to help us book another flight. I had no smart phone to book another flight and she told me, that was too bad. I asked what should I do, she said "that is your problem not mine, I cannot help you." There were 2 others they sent to the wrong gate and 6 others who had the same problem as us. Later 2 others, on a different flight with RAM, walked up to the ticketing section and said they were sent to the wrong gate and missed their flight too. I need a letter from someone so I can retrieve my $1800 back from my travel insurance because we had to book other flights and stay an extra day in a hotel in Casablanca. I don't feel that is asking too much. We were there early to fly out and did everything they told us to do. Luckily, someone cared enough to let me use their smart phone to book another flight and hotel or this could of been a real tragedy."

Then we lost our slot because of the delay in boarding. Then we had to wait in the destination airport for another 15 mins for a gate to disembark at. Overall, a frustrating journey but what is only a 50 min flight."

Contras: "The ground staff of easyJet were horrible. During boarding, my girlfriend was instructed to fit a carry-on on the "bag size check thing" and it didn't fit (barely). We we're forced to open the bag and put some of the clothes on to make it fit (the most unnecessary thing, since we're carrying the same weight and volume on the plane anyway). If this was not bad enough, after that, we had to check in the luggage anyway because there was no space in the cabin (making the whole process of removing stuff from the luggage even more irrelevant since volume is no longer an issue). EasyJet goes out of their way to inconvenience its costumers so we are forced to pay more to not be harassed by the staff and their random policies. The flight itself: no leg room and no entertainment."

To get from a to b this is the best service you’ll ever find. I have used it many time and have had no problems, personally. It’s amazing value for money."

As usual with Ryanair, maximum inconvenience to passengers."
Contras: "They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."
Contras: "1- A comida parece a Comida servida nos Anos 70, muito básica com sabor Indústrial típico da Aviação. Tipo de comida que pelo aspecto e sabor nos faz sentir desconfortável e com náuseas. 2- Uma viagem transatlântica num Avião velho e desactualizado o barulho e a vibração do motor, principalmente junto a janela é tanto que não me permitiu dormir, mesmo sendo uma viagem de 7 horas (de Toronto, Canadá até Lisboa Portugal. 3- Inizisténcia de qualquer tipo de Entertenimento! Ausência total de monitores ou televisores não podendo assim assistir a nenhum tipo de programas ou filme., que agrava, principalmente quando se viaga com crianças."
