Spent 2 hours on the phone trying to book them again, and ended up on a lower deck on the Miami - Frankfurt flight, but re-booked on the upper deck on Frankfurt- Miami flight although not the side seats as I originally booked myself, but in the middle section. The entertainment's touch screen system is inadequate, not reacting to touch efficiently."

There were no efforts to assist me in locating my connecting flight, to set up any accommodations while at the connecting flight's airport for the additional 4 hours of waiting time, no apologies for making me late for wedding rehearsals (I'm the officiant!). I had to actively seek out the ticket counter for another airline, through which my connecting flight was re-routed."

Contras: "Movie selection was old and many movies aren't of interest. I tried to purchase something on the plane and the card reader didn't work. Lufthansa should update those card readers! Seats are becoming smaller and thinner which means more uncomfortable than they were already."

Contras: "First, I had issues with checking into my flight online, which lead to me having to print my boarding pass at the airport. Since I had a separate flight with Eurowings that sent me from Munich to Paris, which was not connected with this flight, I came in directly into the airport and no where near a Kiosk to check in or print out my ticket/boarding pass. I explained to numerous employees my situation and they casually exclaimed I should be able to make it in. Once I got into the airport I could barely get through security since I did not have my boarding pass. I kept explaining I don't have a boarding pass because I could not check into my flight to obtain it. Then when they finally let me through with only 10 minutes to spare before my flight's gate would close, I finally reached the boarding desk only to be told I had to wait because out of the two men who were scanning boarding passes, they were too busy to help me. I then had to explain three times that I had already paid for and booked my flight, however, I could not check in online and was having an issue with an error that stated I was missing information, even though there was nothing marked in red or anything marked to edit, so each time I tried it denied me. I also tried calling for customer support and did not get a hold of anyone because the lines were too busy. After explaining all of this to the man at boarding, he made me wait an additional 5 minutes before helping me check into the flight and print out my boarding pass. I was treated like a stand-by customer and I did not appreciate it since I paid for this flight and tried to check in 24 hours prior. I was expecting much more from Lufthansa, as my boyfriend recommended this flight company to me, but I was extremely disappointed in so many ways it makes me question whether I want to fly this airline again for future trips abroad."

Prós: "It was my daughter's 16th birthday and one of the spunky crew members helped us to create a little celebration. That was very memorable! Otherwise the flight was late (which was OK, the captain kindly kept us informed), but the plane was clean and quiet. The bathrooms on the lower level provided a space to stretch, but as always, they get pretty dirty on a long-haul flight. Price was quite good. I always feel the flights originating from Europe are nicer than those originating in the US."
Contras: "The food was stuck in the past, roll, white cheese, white cake with sugary fruit, somewhat wilted small salad and a pretty greasy chicken dish with polenta and by that point, stewed veggies. I am not accustomed to eating like that and was disappointed (though hungry!). Not a whole lot of room in my seat, I'm 5'6" and slim, but at least the seats recline and glide forward a bit and the head rest bends to catch your head IF you can nod off. I appreciate the civility that still exists under stressful circumstances."

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

Depois disso, quando aterramos não tivemos autorização de sair porque o Hospedeiro de Bordô chamou a polícia para acompanhar um dos passageiros. E para variar... Tivemos de permanecer sentados em espera para podermos sentir. Enfim. No mínimo ridículo."

Tipo de comida que pelo aspecto e sabor nos faz sentir desconfortável e com náuseas. 2- Uma viagem transatlântica num Avião velho e desactualizado o barulho e a vibração do motor, principalmente junto a janela é tanto que não me permitiu dormir, mesmo sendo uma viagem de 7 horas (de Toronto, Canadá até Lisboa Portugal. 3- Inizisténcia de qualquer tipo de Entertenimento! Ausência total de monitores ou televisores não podendo assim assistir a nenhum tipo de programas ou filme., que agrava, principalmente quando se viaga com crianças."
