Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.
No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.
Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

Contras: "12 of January, 2018 Dear Austrian Airlines authority, I address to your kind attention to asist me to get to me the hat qhich I lost on board of the flight 1576 when I arrived to Vienna airport on my way frpom JFK to Lwo. It happened because it was no room above my seat's bin and the steard helped me to get my heat in another bin. Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. Prós: "The flight ,food entertainment was very good. But I don't understand the SWISS airline logic. When I did the check in in Prague and got my boarding pass the told me that the system picked me to have the additional random checkup at Zurich airport. Its ok. If it’s done for security reason why to tell the people ahead of time that they will have additional checkup of bags and personal stuff. If you want to do it for security reason do it ( I want to be safe) but don’t do it for the check mark , it doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t protect us."

Im 1.75cm (medium) and I felt squeesed and very unconfitable not like in Lufthansa airplane flying from Newark to Dussldorf. (Flight only 6:15min) In addition, when front passenger moved his seat back on me I had a lot of difficulties with getting in and out of my seaat."
Prós: "Although sitting in a plane in coach could never be considered a wonderful experience, Swiss Air did the most to make it so. in particular the crew was very responsive and cheerful. The leg room wasn't bad and they were very liberal with their wine and beer offering."

Contras: "I did not like the way Beatice of Swiss Air in Zurich completely rushed me at the gate without trying to talk to Mr. Mueller at checkin 1. I told her that He had starte an ardious process in recovering my luggage. She visibly tried to rush me through the process and told me there was othing that could be done. It felt really ugly to be lied to right to my face, when she diditn try to connect with someone from her own staff who had tried alot of heard to work to help me rectify the luggage question. For all we know, my luggage was in Zuruch, and her actions impeded the luggage from getting onto my plane."
Prós: "Tried hard but cannot recollect one thing that was better than average."
Contras: "Not even a smile from the purser and one other crew member on the Swedish leg. The captain hurriedly "explained", no one understood him, why we were so delayed, but he did not apologize! Zurich airport has no charging sockets! (Ancient) All of terminal A has not a single one! No one supervised the loading passengers not to interfere with those passing by. It was a complete mess. We took off 50 minutes late from Zurich, with no apparent reason. Worst in years for me. We sat in the plane for 30 minutes and were not offered even water. Big fail! (btw, I am unusually so critical)."

Contras: "There was no wifi available, the airline did not have a record of my request for a vegan meal even though I submitted one when I booked my tickets, and they claimed I did not pay for/reserve a seat (even though I had for the flight over, which I booked at the same time as the return flight), so I was stuck in a cramped middle seat for 8 hours trying to write a paper without the internet."
Bom espaço na aeronave e fácil embarque. Porém houve atraso no voo e demora na comunicação do número do gate (cheguei muito mais cedo do que o necessário no aeroporto). Zero entretenimento on the plane.
Bagagens extraviadas. Fiquei sem terno que vestir. Atraso de três horas. Perdi a conexão. Dificuldade em resolver administrativamente.
Deveria ser fornecido ao menos um lanche aos passageiros pois, já estávamos há 10 horas aguardando entre voo do Rio de Janeiro e imigração. Os lanches eram todos pagos! E nem água era oferecida…tínhamos que solicitar!
Poltronas desconfortáveis. Janta ruim.
O embarque foi demorado e o portão no aeroporto era pequeno para a quantidade de passageiros. As cadeiras poderiam ser mais conformáveis.
Talvez se mudassem a ementa de tempo a tempo, as refeições são pasta e frango que são intragáveis, as sobremesas são vomito de alguma coisa, e os lanches finais são horríveis, mais valia que dessem um pastel de nata e um café no final para adoçar a boca aos clientes!
Demora no embarque. Mudança de terminal C para o E. Deveria sempre entrar no avião as ultimas filas e depois as primeiras. serviço de bordo sem pelo menos agua gratis em um voo de 2 horas é uma pessima politica e enorme exploraçao, some 50 centimos nos tiquetes e de a maldita agua.
Você não consegue resolver nada com o call center
Atraso significativo, mais de uma hora. Não é servida qualquer refeição a bordo, apenas oferecem uma miniatura de chocolate.
além do absurdo do primeiro trecho que NÃO houve nenhuma distinção entre classe econômica e classe executiva e SEM lounge no aeroporto no aeroporto de New Yourk o lounge fechou as 18h ... é um verdadeiro absurdo pagar cerca de U$ 6 mil dólares e ser tratado como quem comprou classe econômica ... nunca mais vou viajar com TAP ...
Funcionários prestativos, bons filmes pra ver, boa comida também. A decolagem atrasou um pouco por conta da chuva, o que não foi culpa da companhia.

Prós: "In flight crew is really nice and respectful, seats were comfortable, clean bathrooms, in flight entertainment is good."
Contras: "Boarding at Lisbon airport was one of the worst experiences. Passengers were asked to line up at least 30 minutes before boarding started and it was hot in the terminal. As boarding started, passengers were split into groups by boarding zones...premium passengers boarded first as expected, then people with small bags. This is where the problem was because a group of four passengers who had one small bag (that could fit under seat) were allowed to go before passengers in boarding zones A/B. The whole idea is people who could fit bags under their seat would board first, but the tap team made a mess and allowed many passengers with large bags in as well. I was one of the last ones to be boarded and stranded on the line for over 40 minutes with my backpack...after traveling for a month and being delayed in Rome, last thing you want is stupid mistakes like this to cause you stress."

Contras: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."

Prós: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Contras: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."
Contras: "Staff could of been friendlier. They would not give me a cup of water and said i had to buy a bottle."

Contras: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."

If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

Wizz attracts clients by offering low prices. while in fact the price is much higher than with other companies. price paid for the suitcases, 235 eur, is an additional ticket. unbleivable. and no one tells us that the extra fees might be as high as the ticket itself. personnaly, in future, i shall avoid flying with wizz and i shall never recommend this company to anybody!"

Contras: "They ticketing agent lost my luggage, after misreading the "package" I had to purchase just to check a bag. They had a push cart in which they sold perfumes and cosmetics. They charged for everything, including coffee and water."
O encosto era muito inclinado pra frente. Além de ser muito apertado, a posição inclinada pra frente fez o vôo ser extremamente desconfortável. :-(
O voo atrasou uma hora e não houve compensação pelo facto. Fizeram o embarque meia hora antes e ficamos em pé à espera em fila em cima uns dos outros A tripulação de bordo apenas se preocupa em vender Pedi para por por uma garrafa de plastico no inicio do voo, a assistente mandou me esperar e some recolheu a mesma no fim do vending todo As janelas estavam imundas Enfim, uma companhia a não utilizar novamente
Sinceramente foi o pior serviço de todas as companhias aereas que jà viajei. Fico só por aqui senao tenho horrores para dizer
Como não consegui fazer o check in online no telemóvel tive que fazer no aeroporto e pagar mais de 100euros por isso! Gostaria de saber se isso é legal. Porque li que comprando através de outra operadora não deveriam ter cobrado

Contras: "Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Contras: "Boarding was delayed due to flight delay by 40 minutes. There was no pre delay communication. Intercom was low on volume, hard to understand. Food was looking ok, but not included and entertainment not applicable as this was a cheap flight, hence score is 1*."

Contras: "To start off with there was only ONE person checking people in before the flight, so it took forever. Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."
Prós: "Hubo una persona discapacitada a la se necesitaba ayuda. Y le dijeron prioridad para sentarse primero en su silla del avión. Entonces las azafatas inmediatamente dejaron pasar los pasajeros creando así un bloqueo en medio del avión que tomó mucho tiempo."

Na nossa vez disseram que teríamos que pagar para poder fazer o check in no aeroporto, um valor absurdo de quase 100 euros. Não disseram em nenhum momento isso por e-mail. Não fomos avisados. Ontem, recebi uma e-mail da Cia, apenas falando sobre o procedimento da bagagem e nada mais. Não vou arcar com esse prejuízo, porque eles não avisaram que o check in tinha que ser online obrigatoriamente ou teríamos que pagar."
