Prós: "The crew was very professional in their manner and went the extra mile to make sure the passengers were happy and comfortable. Wine was free and they offered a Baileys with coffee service that was a nice touch."
Contras: "Food was so so. I have had better airplane food. Boarding was not grouped by zones, so was a bit slower than usual."

Contras: "At Budapest Airport only one check-in desk, #1 was shown on the big board for this flight and the airline Lufthansa was only shown above the check-in desk #1, which was dedicated for First/Business and M&M Gold status travellers only. Many economy class passengers queued there and at the end they were all redirected to check-in desk #3, as that was designated for Economy class passengers (however not any Lufthansa sign was shown above. When I mentioned to the ground crew (Celebi) that they should improve signs and not mishandle travellers, the person in charge (Nikolett Magyar) said to me arrogantly that they are right, and nothing they would do to improve the signs and passengers' information. This is far what I expect from LH representative, even if subcontracted and not an employee. That behaviour made my journey sour as travelling - especially with not a budget airline - is not just getting from A to B, but an experience which is worth to remember for good reasons, but not certainly for bad ones."

Prós: "My flight from Budapest took off hour later then scheduled. We landed in Munich only ten minutes before the international flight's take off to San Francisco. Upon the Munich landing, eight of us were escorted on a special bus, with a special pass controll and on special routs to make sure we get on the plane on time. Our laggage managed to get on the same plane as well. Thank you Lufthansa!"

I understand that catering to special diet needs is not easy but following a gluten-free diet is not my choice, it is something I need to deal and live with on a daily basis. I felt disappointed since I had a long trip ahead of me, and I know that I, just like all the other passengers, had paid for the flight that should include the meal as well. Contras: "The plane was HUGE, too big. With such a big plane the crowd formed by the gate waiting to board was unmanageable. Also the giant plane felt like it was hard to maneuver during take off and landing. I would very much prefer a smaller plane. The touch screen in front of me was not always responding when I tried to tap the screen. The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."

Contras: "My flight was Dec 11 at 8:00 from Budapest to Vienna. And from Viena I have to fly to Minsk. So on Dec 10 at 10:00 pm they send an e-mail to let me know that the flight from Budapest to Viena is canceled. I am glad that I decided to check my e-mail before I go to bad. So I try to call Austrian, but they work just from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. I start to search all the info the site of Austrian, and find one phone number that seats be working 24 hours. So finally I got a person on the phone who was able to help me. ..."

Contras: "Our flights there were postponed causing us to miss out connecting flights, we rescheduled with a different airline. The same thing happened coming home. Austrian was a complete disappointment going there and back."

Contras: "All flight attendants were great except for one tall with very short blonde hair. What a poor attitude! She really ruined my trip. There was not an exchange with her that was friendly and agreeable. When serving drinks a second time, she asked me what would I like to drink and I answered: What do you have? I had not asked the first time drinks were served since I knew I wanted orange juice. he second time, and not wanted to drink the same, I asked: what do you have? and her answer was: "Same as before". I had to let her know I had not asked before and then she proceeded to tell me the different drinks and finally added: My colleague will take care of you. She did not want to serve me. The first incident went I tried to use the bathroom in the back of the plane, she would tell people: "don"t use that one, I need that bathroom for......." ( not sure for what but her tone was so rude,that people walked to the other bathroom embarrassed). All I can say is that everything else was great, including the friendliness of all other crew, but that one ruined the experience. A third time I got up to walk to the bathroom and the seatbelt sign was on, but so it had been for a long time. She prompted me to go back to my seat. All others seem to do their job without been rude, Not sure why this one couldn't. Job stress? Not the passenger's problem. Besides that and the poor movie choices, everything else was great. I think the flight was delayed but to that point everything was going so smooth, I didn't even notice. I will fly Austrian again, and would love to visit Vienna. Please advise how to add the miles of my trip to my account. I booked in Kayak, left to Ohio from Miami running from hurricane Irma, my return from Ohio to Miami was cancelled and I had to embark on that long plan10 day trip without even returning home to Miami to pack. I totally forgot about putting the miles on my account on either ticket counter."

Contras: "I specifically selected three seats for my Wife and two children ages 7 and 5. I did not fly back with them and at check in the three seats were confirmed on a boarding pass printed at their departure location. Upon checking in on the connecting flight in Vienna, the seat assignment had been completely disregarded and three seats located 10+ aisles apart were given to a family traveling together??????? This makes no sense and must be due to booking through a third party. Unacceptable and not worth the $40 per ticket savings."

Specifically a staff member name Michelle was unprofessional and did not care much about passengers who waited for hours at the Group line because there was no indication that it is a group line. No one from the airliner bothered to explain or advise the passengers who were waiting and after more tan hour waiting when they eventually got to the head of the line they were told to go and stand in other lines. This was insane Long waiting times confusion Flight was late hence almost missed connection"

Contras: "I paid a premium to book a direct flight (ages ago) and then had to rerouted last minute (same day) with no reason given other than "it's our fault". I inquired about paying to change destination city and or seat to a premium seat (for the 9+ hour flight) when I recvd the reservations for the new flights that were made at the airport around 8am for flights that left at around noon and 3pm. I was told no better seat(s) was available. However, a half hour before the flight was boarded several announcements were made regarding all the upgrades that were available. Liars annoy me."

Contras: "if you sit in the rear part of the aircraft no menu no food options for you they give you what have left."

The issue I have, why was there no information as soon as this issue became clear ... lets say the evening before the flight?Why make everyone arrive at 5am at an airport if you know 12 hours earlier there will be a 90 minute delay?"

Prós: "The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."
Contras: "The seats in economy were a little too small for a 12 hour flight"

Contras: "Limited movie selection. Crew seemed stressed. Gave me wrong meal and then swaped for the right one. I asked for Diet Coke and was given white wine. Food quality was not good."

Prós: "KLM fed a sandwich even though the flight was only 2 hours. The crew was pleasant. Getting through the Amsterdam airport to catch a connecting flight with only an hour to do so was no big deal. Airport staff was pleasant and helpful."

Contras: "Though I’m not sure it is easyjet’s Fault, I didn’t like that in LGW the board said the flight was delayed an hour, but left on time. Could have gone horribly wrong had we procrastinated thinking that we had extra time."

Contras: "Huge queues for security at Budapest airport that stretched to the front doors of the terminal, followed by terrible gate facilities in a warehouse structure in the middle of the runway away from the terminal building. Flight delayed by 40mins but no information shared with passengers who were standing in the queue with no access to facilities or any information about how long the delay would be. Flight itself was (eventually) fine but not encouraged to fly easyjet again from Budapest if it can be avoided."

Contras: "The plane was flying very low all the way and it was a bit suspicious."

Contras: "The gates allocated to EasyJet are barracks manned by very unqualified personnel. Flight was delayed by 30 min"

Contras: "They charge you for a carry on and Budapest AirPort everything is very complicate so you can not pay for the suitcase when you check in you have to go to other office and then come back were you started. At the plane they don’t give you nothing no water, nothing. They are no kind."

Prós: "Crew was friendly and courtious"
Contras: "Long lines waiting to board. No pkace to sit, no bathrooms, nothing. On-board weird 40 min tarmac delay. No offer of water or anything not glued to a price tag. Come on - people need a drink of water after hours sitting on a plane and standing in lines. Unbelievable!"

Prós: "Very polite and helpful crew. Everyone was a bit confused by my Calton Hard Shell case but they let me on, gratefully. My instrument and all the passengers luggage fit with space to spare."

Contras: "A 7am flight with a two hour delay so we got up at 4am for nothing. The email woke us at 4am and said we must still check in at the same time. Once boarded we had a further delay of half an hour. The queues were quick at Basel but dreadful at passport control at Gatwick. Presumably because were were so late. Meant we had to run and stress ourselves to get next transport. We are too old for all that. If not for all that I would have been saying what a great flight"

Contras: "Messing with luggage size"

Contras: "My luggage was lost possible it was stolen by the checkin desk, and they are not helping but a very minute amount"

Prós: "The plane departed and arrived on time. The onborad crew was fine as well."
Contras: "The ground staff of easyJet were horrible. During boarding, my girlfriend was instructed to fit a carry-on on the "bag size check thing" and it didn't fit (barely). We we're forced to open the bag and put some of the clothes on to make it fit (the most unnecessary thing, since we're carrying the same weight and volume on the plane anyway). If this was not bad enough, after that, we had to check in the luggage anyway because there was no space in the cabin (making the whole process of removing stuff from the luggage even more irrelevant since volume is no longer an issue). EasyJet goes out of their way to inconvenience its costumers so we are forced to pay more to not be harassed by the staff and their random policies. The flight itself: no leg room and no entertainment."
