I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again."

Contras: "Boarding was difficult with poor communication, before impolite request for spot check of carry-on bag and person. Ended up being one of the last to board. Entertainment system did not work, and after 4 requests for assistance to different crew members finally gave up asking and so had no entertainment for whole of flight. The last of the crew members suggested that an alternative seat or a future flight voucher could be given, but neither of these materialized. Food mediocre, and crew polite, but some not particularly friendly."

Contras: "check in procedure in Berlin: That airport is different. You drive right to the gate from which you board the plane. I showed up early and was told that I had to take by suitcase to another location if I wanted to check in 3 hours early. After lugging the suitcase a quarter of a mile, I was told that they don't do that and I had to return to the designated gate at the appropriate time."
Prós: "The crew was superlative, and after I was stuck for an hour at passport control I found the captain waiting with my dog(in his crate) to make sure of his well being. He said he made sure he kept the climate control at 20c the whole time on the plane. You hear all these animal horror stories but this went above and beyond."

Even through there was a delay in boarding already, the crew kept us well informed. The cabin crew was very pleasant and accommodating. Lufthansa lost our luggage, and to get rid of us, told us they would send it to the hotel we had to check into on account of the overnight delay. They never delivered the luggage, and other employees later told us over the phone that this was not going to happen. The terminal was filled with tired and frustrated travelers, and to make matters worse, the Lufthansa staff were temperamental and condescending to many. At the peak of the chaos, the Lufthansa staff went out on break, while hundreds waited in line for over 8 hours. We expected more - much more - in one of Lufthansa’s own German domestic hubs."

The plain was supposed to departure at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:20pm the agent at the gate told me that the doors were closed and she gave me a plain ticket for the next flight to San Francisco."

I pleaded with a crew member to let me through, and eventually she did, but the process was frightening and chaotic!!!"

A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

I can understand the situation on my first flight because San Juan was a mess after the hurricane but when they flight me to Madrid on October 1st they never mentioned that they were planning to cancel my return flight. The next week, when I was supposed to return, I called to reconfirm my flight just before checking out at the hotel when the say to me that my flight was cancelled. The other surprise was that they decided not to flight again to San Juan until March of 2018!!! She suggested that they can flight me to La Habana, Santo Domingo or Miami and then It was up to me to buy my way back home!!! Can you believe it?! It's the first time I've had an experience like that with an airline. I'm finayon San Juan a week after I was supposed to, thanks to the bad planning of Air Europa. Prós: "The airplane was clean, and the staff were correct and professional."
Contras: "The seating is very tight. I also didn't appreciate the ongoing videos on the main screens, many of which were distracting in a negative way. Boarding was also a bit chaotic. Rather than call us to the plane by rows, we were asked to form two lines, right at the moment of boarding, and the passengers all had to scramble together and jostle our way through."

The crew ignored requests, they skipped us on the beverage run twice, and walked past us when trying to giving them the trash (on their trash run). The crew keep bumping the food carts on the seats, repeatedly, during service. I was given water twice and both times they spilled water all over my clothes, it was not bumpy at all. The entertainment screen was broken, the images were pixelated and going in a crazy pattern. Even if you turned it off anytime there was an announcement it would turn on. Plane was delayed. We sat in a warm plane for over an hour."

Please make it clear from the very beginning that checked luggage is not included. Easy Jet does a great job of this, giving you the option to pay for a checked bag when buying your ticket. With Air Europa, I had no idea at all."

Prós: "I have never been on a flight to Las Palmas where the crew was so un attentive. It was really a shocker to me. I have had the luck of flying and usually getting very professional and courteous flight attendants and crew members. On this date I hardly saw them, they didn't acknowledge me whatsoever. I am wondering if the reason for this was because I sat way in the back of the plane. It was my first time selecting a,seat near the end of plane. However, that is no excuse. I had waited a long time to board this flight and I attempted to order some food but after 3 attempts and being ignored by the 2 female crew members in my isle I just fell asleep. It was a negative experience because as,a paying customer I always expect good service to say the least."

Prós: "First of all the flight was delayed 3 hours due to plane arriving late from London. Once in the plane we had to wait another hour and a half. The plane is as old as any transatlantic plane can be, small seats, no personal entertainment, food was poor. Never flying with them again."
Prós: "There was overbooking so they promoted me to business class, that was the best part! I liked that they had the latest Terminator movie available too. The plane was new and looked nice."
Contras: "My inbound flight was two hours late because the plane didn't arrived on time. This time the flight was scheduled earlier and the plane was on time. However, we departed again with more delays due to poor boarding management. The crew was correct and polite but I'd appreciate having more water available. I boarded with my own bottle of water which I emptied and still felt very thirsty since they weren't passing water around as frequently as I'd like. BA cares about that aspect much better."
Prós: "Post holiday baggage check in was efficient"
Contras: "Flight had 30 min delay then sat on the runway for an hour without explanation waiting for takeoff - the whole time only warm air blowing inside the cabin. It was awful. When the flight finally took off the stewardesses pushed the drink cart but didn't actually OFFER drinks. They just quietly pushed the cart down the isle and if you wanted a drink you had to stop them and purchase, as it turns out - beverages were not free? Strange, especially since the cabin was so incredibly hot. Plane landed nearly 2 hours late, on an off site runway so everyone had to quickly get off the plane, down portable steps and onto a bus to what turned out to be the wrong terminal than our baggage claim. At no time did stewardesses check to see if seatbelt swerve fastend, tray tables etc so the jerk in front of me was reclined, practically into my lap, during the long wait on the tarmac, take off, flight and landing."

A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"
Contras: "Made us wait for 30 minutes in line to board. After boarding, waited on the tarmac for an HOUR Got to Mallorca and they had lost my luggage despite delays. I paid 190 for an extra bag!"
Contras: "Flight delayed, no gate information till 18:40 - when flight was supposed to take off at 14:40 - then gate overcrowded by passengers from 3 different flights all to the same place. Crew members didnt know how to handle the situation and over 200 did not board the plane. However once taken to the plane lucky passengers had to wait outside on runway for approximately 40 mins as cabin crew also did not know how to handle the situation. Those with assigned seats did not get them and those with luggage to go in the cabin were informed there was no more space and luggage had to be put in the hold. We finally boarded the plane at approximately 8:40 but could not take off for another 2 hours where we were stuck on a small cramped space on a plane full to capacity not having eaten anything for hours with no idea of the progress of the situation. In conclusion I expect every passenger should receive a refund for not only the extrodinary 8 hour delay but for the mismanagement of the entire situation."

Crazy! Moreover, the whole business processes that Vieling use are just dijointed. even getting help I still never received by boarding passes via email."
Contras: "Worse, Vueling charge you, on checking, to “choose seats” with no obvious way of not paying for them! I’m sure here was a link somewhere - but could I see it?! Nope! that and my suitcases, and I had paid over €100 extra on top of my initial flight cost. BA or Easyjet next time!"

Contras: "They overbooked the flight and would not let us on even though we had tickets because we did not check-in that morning online before our arrival to the airport. They re-booked us for another flight that had a connection but it kept getting delayed so they made us re-check our luggage 3 separate times. When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either."
