Gostei particularmente da configuração da aeronave e a alimentação é péssima. Para servir aquele sanduiche é melhor não oferecer nada!!
Vôo convencional sem nada de especial
Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.
Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.
Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

Contras: "Missed Flight: The flight from Istanbul to Athens was posted as delayed. We were a party of eight and arrived for boarding very close to deadline (minus posted delays) At the boarding gate we were met by six other passengers. The gate was vacant and closed. The real problem happened at the Turkish Airlines desk where we were treated with arrogance, disdain and absolutely no compassion. AS a matter of fact some of the Turkish Airlines staff smiled as they imposed an outrageous fine to purchase tickets to the next flight and continuation of our previous booking. We intend to protest the charges and contact thru many forms of media inform as many fellow travellers of the incident and subsequent treatment by Turkish Airlines. Social media is a powerful tool and although the cards were held in their favor the night of 9-21-17 our protest will not end here. We are fourteen wounded travellers that have agreed to use as many forms of social media as possible to get our message out."
Prós: "I like Turkish airlines. I was able to go on a City Tour and try Turkish cuisine provided by the Turkish airlines. I wish you distribute loqum (Turkish delight) on board like you did couple years ago. Turkish, you are the best! Thank you!"
Contras: "Staff at Business Class checkin walking off the desk when we tried to check in. The on-line check failed and that was the only reason to go to the counter, but, alas, it then took an hour to get things sorted because the single staff person just walked off because no one was there to relieve her."

Prós: "These middle distance flights have planes that have no personal intertainment screens in buisness class. The seats have limited comfort even though there is enough room. These planes need to be updated. Service was good and the crew is very friendly."

O atendimento foi péssimo. Os comissários demoraram mais de uma hora para disponibilizar fones de ouvido, ao custo de 6 euros cada um. Após servirem o jantar, demoraram quase duas horas para a retirada das bandejas, deixando todos bastante desconfortáveis. Os comissários haviam se reunido num dos balcões de apoio e ficaram conversando animadamente, ao invés de atenderem os passageiros. Como as bandejas não estavam sendo retiradas, vários passageiros optaram por deixar a bandeja num balcão usado pela tripulação como apoio, para poderem descansar, baixar o assento, levantar a mesinha, etc. Quando os comissários viram aquilo, ao invés de se desculparem pela demora, ficaram furiosos, e foram passando de cadeira em cadeira chamando agressivamente a atenção de quem tinha levado as bandejas. Após isso, se recusaram a fornecer café e água. Ficou um clima horrível no avião.
Uma das piores cias que já voei.

A tripulação estava apenas seguindo as determinações da companhia, não oferecem mais nem mesmo agua, quem contratar esta empresa aérea tem que estar consciente de que tudo será mais espartano.
O custo benefício não ocorreu porque o atendimento em terra foi muito ruim, muita descortesia com passageiros, forçando demais a compra de bagagem, p ex. mesmo estando dentro dos critérios propostos. O serviço de bordo num voo internacional onde geralmente se passam mais de dez horas, foi suprimido o café da manhã sendo oferecido apenas o pago. Mas ressalto o péssimo atendimento que tivemos em terra no aeroporto de Barcelona.
I was in flights from sap paulo <-> Madrid, the last one 11/15/21, That takes around 10:30 hour. Can you imagine that is served only a POOR meal after one hour of flight and nothing more??? We don’t have any service (besides in the morning a payed kart) or crew working in anything more than masks control. You need to pay for water / coffee is reasonable ? Even if you consider as low cost flights that you payed around U$ 700, courtesy and education should be showed by crew, things that Air Europe should learn to their employees on the airplane, a very rude people!!! It was not with me, but a complain for a lot people around. I have never been treated Like this before. Air Europa your journey will be short walking in this road. I, a constant traveler, will never more flight with you. I don’t need this kind of services!

Contras: "When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline."

Contras: "My plane took off 45 minutes late and no one told the passengers (in English at least) why we were leaving so late (and I still don't know). After about 20 minutes of waiting for takeoff, I pressed the button to ask a flight attendant why we were leaving so late but no one would come up to me, so I had to flag a flight attendant down when she walked by and she only stayed long enough for me to ask her when we were leaving. I also wanted to buy a snack on the plane and the same flight attendant who had answered my question before snapped at me about using a credit card when I accidentally gave her my debit card. Normally, I'm not one to complain about these types of things and this situation definitely could have been much worse, but I think it's important that any delays are communicated to passengers."

Contras: "The flight was cramped. For a shorter flight from Madrid to Tel Aviv Air Europa uses a state of the art Boeing 787 Dreamliner which lives up to its name. Why they don't use this aircraft for the long haul flight beats me. I'd rather be comfortable for 10 hrs and suffer for 5 instead of the other way around. Still, looking forward to the last leg home."

Prós: "A tripulação tem uma boa qualidade e tenta oferecer o padrão das outras companhias aéreas. Piloto parece ser muito experiente, decolagem e pouso perfeitos sem sobressaltos."
Contras: "Avião velho. Assentos com mal cheiro, estofamento desgastado e fino. Pouco espaço entre os assentos. Entretenimento antigo e sem variedade. Poderiam avisar com alguns dias de antecedência sobre a oferta de streaming no avião. Assim como disponibilizar pontos de recarga de celulares e tablets nos assentos. Em resumo o avião funciona sem problemas, mas o conforto deve ser atualizado urgentemente."
Prós: "Do atendimento da tripulação! Todos cordiais e atenciosos, além de muito pacientes."
Contras: "Da falta de cuidado com os aviões e da desorganização no dia que perdemos a conexão e demorou demais para providenciarem um ônibus para o hotel e na volta do hotel o ônibus nos deixou no terminal errado. Coisas simples, mas que demonstram uma falta de cuidado com os processos."

Contras: "I'm curious with Air Europa for not thoroughly detailing me at the time of booking about the extraneous and very unreasonable check-in baggage fee for €60!! For checkin in 1 bag at the counter! The website was deceptive in its wording with 1 baggag is free and the rest has a fee. Therefore, i understood that i didn't have to purchase a check in luggage fee. That right there is living expense that I depended on for my trip. Thanks Air Europa! The check-in agent and another Air Europa representative at the Madrid airport did little to anull my fee that I felt mislead about. That was terrible customer service! I tried to give my flight a chance, but the touch down landing was probably one of the worst jolted sloppy touchdowns I've experienced. I looked around to see other's surprised reaction. I don't know of how Air Europa stocks or current state of economy are; but after dropping €60 for 1 checked in luggage, I'd expect a free beverage or light snack provided. Even the hot tea was €2.50. Im not happy and warning other's not to use this airline."

Contras: "Boarding was not loaded in zones. It was a free for all. Staff seemed annoyed that I asked for more water (I had asked 25 min prior and she asked me to wait for beverage service. When I got it, I chugged it and asked for more and they ignored me. I had to ask 3 times)."
