A comida e entretenimento não posso avaliar. Quanto à companhia aérea TAP, queria agradecer por ter resolvido o meu problema com o voo anterior tão depressa quanto possível o que permitiu eu conseguir embarcar no voo seguinte. A hora do voo tinha mudado e não consegui embarcar no voo inicial.
A comida e entretenimento não posso avaliar. Quanto à companhia aérea TAP, queria agradecer por ter resolvido o meu problema com o voo anterior tão depressa quanto possível o que permitiu eu conseguir embarcar no voo seguinte. A hora do voo tinha mudado e não consegui embarcar no voo inicial.
Atendimento péssimo
O atendimento da classe executiva deixou a desejar. Faltou atenção. Atendimento displicente. Fiquei decepcionado para o valor que foi pago na tarifa.
horários da Tap tem de ser cumpridos, atrasou o voo para londres e o voo a vinda de londres!
Poderia melhorar os atrasos constantes.
Poltronas pequenas e espaço entre poltronas bem reduzido.
Agente de checkin extremamente rude e ainda obrigou a despachar mala de mão com a desculpa que era grande sendo que estava cheio de passageiro com malas iguais ou maiores no embarque. Os voos sempre atrasam pela desorganização no embarque. A comida é horrível, já comi melhor em hospital. Paguei pela economy extra pra ter espaço a mais e mal se consegue usar um tablet em voo de tão apertado se o passageiro da frente reclinar o assento. Tem companhia low cost muito melhor e não cobram um valor abusivo na tarifa. Não recomendo nunca a TAP.

Pontualidade zero. O costume. 50m de atraso a aterrar. No aeroporto de Lisboa não havia autocarros à espera. Avião estacionado longe. Tudo péssimo em horários e experiência de chegada

Embarque poderia ser mais organizado. As pessoas poderiam ser orientadas desde o checkin a como proceder durante o embarque, para evitar aglomerações, e esperas de pé em fila.

Contras: "Meu vôo foi cancelado por conta da pandemia e 6 meses depois ainda não recebi meu voucher para fazer outro vôo. Atendimento é péssimo. Me sinto lesada pela TAP."

Contras: "Both flights did not have any general vegetarian options in snack or main courses. There was no option online to submit a meal request and as booking last minute travel and in a foreign country, it was not possible to contact Air Portugal via phone. If the flight offers snack and two meal options, at least one should be vegetarian to accommodate this common population of passengers."
Prós: "I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again."

Prós: "The Tap flight was an hour late causing me to miss my connecting flight with Tap and my car rental. Attendant NO help. Sent me wrong place!!."

Contras: "Aircraft entertainment screens were not working at all at a lot of seats. Airbus 330-300 was dated and the cabin amenities were in disrepair. But overall the flight satisfied everything that was needed!"

Prós: "On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency."
Contras: "I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers."
Prós: "Excellent crew, ALL OF THEM! smiling and super helpful and they seemed to enjoy their job. Super clean restrooms (again, I was the first one in there - by chance)."
Contras: "I travelled economy. Somehow it felt quite crammed. I felt that there were too many announcements, in all 3 languages, it got frustrating, as it stops all onboard entertainment. Duty Free selection rather frugal."

Prós: "Food was fair, and the boarding process involved multiple checks by the same people, of the same documents. Seems redundant, and there are probably more productive ways to check. Seats very uncomfortable for such a new plane. Ugh, can’t wait to get off. Movie selection mediocre."

Prós: "They gave us a pillow and blanket so we could sleep. They offered a good selection of movies and other entertainment. The airline staff was friendly and helpful."

Contras: "We had to wait 1 hour inside the airplane because there was fog in Lisbon. Flight took 2.5 hours and the Fog cleared long before we landed so there was no need to wait 1 hour in the airplane where we had NO leg space at all. As compensation they could at leased given us coffee for free and not have to buy for a bloody expensive high price."

Contras: "Horrible food if you opt for Halal. Imagine having to eat the same thing from start to end in an international flight. Major turbulence, got sick to the stomach when I got home. I have to admit my overall experience was very very poor."

Contras: "They needlessly took our carry on luggage and checked it in, even though the dimensions were alright, and there was enough vacant and unused overhead space in the flight. The luggage took forever to arrive on the carousel, much to drones anxiety. Also, the gate information wasn't displayed on the TV screens.. Even though they knew it."

Contras: "I tried for numerous days before the flight to buy a piece of baggage online and I kept getting tossed back and forth between Expedia and Brussels Airlines. In the end, I wasn't able to purchase it ahead of time and we had to pay $49 at the airport. I feel entitled to a reimbursement of the difference between the booking online price of $15 and the $49 I paid."
Prós: "Nice plane, seats, staff. I was told the regular economy seats did not recline. they do. I was able to upgrade on on leg to economy privlige and then it was much more roomy. The food was good for me : )"
