Why kayak even deals with companies like this I have no idea. I finally cancelled and I'm still getting emails aasking how my flight was."

El espacio es muy pequeño y chocan los brazos cuando ofrecen bebida ; o el de adelante se mueve y bota todo encima ... un desastre, cero comodidad , la silla más dura que nunca y el espacio para las piernas, o sea, yo mido 1.74 y voy justa, que será para el resto de la población.. no por incluir una fila más hagan que todos vayamos incómodos ; y de la tripulación, nada que decir, solo me pasaron servilletas y me desearon suerte .. me gustaría algún tipo de compensación, porque , para más remate, llegamos más tarde de lo estimado."

Contras: "The seats were horrible, I could not sleep on my way to Mendoza. No, entertainment and not much leg room."

Contras: "The flight got changed to departure 1 hour earlier, didn't get any notification as the company who I bought the ticket through didn't give my contact details to the airline. The airline informed them about the change in schedule but the company did not informe me and I almost lost the flight which would have ended with me not arriving to australia until who knows when. I am quite disappointed with this!"

Contras: "I showed up to my flight from Lima and was told by Latam that my flight wasn't in their system. Due to the late hour and lack of customer service agents by the time I was able to get to the front of the line (phone calls didn't go through to anyone) the time had passed for me to even check in. According to Latam, Virgin changed my flight and forgot to rebook my return home. I ended up sleeping at the Lima airport, paying out of pocket almost $2000 and having to fly through Miami. No one took responsibility for the fact my ticket was changed and I wasn't informed - unacceptable."

Prós: "I liked the kidness of the crew, I liked the food"

Contras: "-Crew kept trying to take my plastic cup and looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to reuse it. No concept of sustainability or waste. Very troubling. -The attendants skipped my row when handing out M&M bags. When I alerted an attendant to this, again I was looked at like I was crazy, and he said that they were not distributing chocolates. I said that everyone else around me had M&M's. He then said that they had run out, which I found difficult to believe, given that they flight was at a max 75% full."

Contras: "Foods service was very very slow. Foods were not good at all"

Contras: "It took 40min to drop my bags off after having done web check in. There were only 4 people in front of me. Terribly system for check in and bag drop but everything else was great so I could overlook this in the future. Just plan for it."

Contras: "The flight was cancelled, we were reassigned to a Turkish Airlines flight that departed more than 6 hours later than our cancelled flight, we were given lunch but at a fast food restaurant even when we had to carry along all our luggage (super un-practical). And searching for info on twitter I found out this flight gets cancelled quite a lot."

Prós: "The planes were new and immaculate, seats were comfortable, we were welcomed by the flight crew upon embarking, and there was a wonderful selection of entertainment."
Contras: "The food selection was rather light, especially for those with celiac issues and or vegetarian."

Prós: "Flying on a Boing 787 is wonderful. The overall service from Latam is top quality; the crew was welcoming and very attentive. Food could be improved, specially offering vegetarian alternative for all of the food services. The movie selection could be improved (in variety and vintage). Music selection was very good for my taste."
Contras: "I was unable to choose my seats on line in advance, which created a stressful situation when at check-in we found that my wife and I were not seated together. Fortunately for the first leg of the trip (Santiago-Lima) there was an empty seat by her and I took it; and for the second leg (Lima-Los Angeles) the passenger next to her was upgraded on the last minute and left his seat for me. Latam has great service, but must let customers choose their seats or guarantee assigning adjacent seats to passengers traveling together, The process for servicing of the plane during the stop-over in Lima could be improved. I know it is hard to do minor cleaning, tidy-up, and replacement of pillows & blankets while many passengers remain on board, but at least there should be an announcement describing what the passengers are to expect during the stop-over."

Prós: "The meal offerings given my "special" menu request (vegetarian) was better than expected, portions were of a nice quantity, the food wasn't bland, and in terms of variety they offered a good food selection. The available entertainment catalog (movies, TV shows, etc) was vast, and included recently released films. I also love that LAN offers pillows, blankets (of good, warm material) and headsets. The crew was attentive and helpful. The plane plane was clean, which is expected to be but not always ends up being that way."
Contras: "The plane looked like an older model, which is not a problem itself, the problems were: my seat was missing the cup holder ring (looked like it broke) meaning no place to keep a cup to drink water throughout the flight. The remote for the "t.v."/entertainment system, that is nestled on the side of the seat, wasn't working and the touch screen glitched (it would freeze, or kick me back to the root menu while I was browsing through options) Small technical problems that given the $$ flights cost, one expects them to work properly."

Prós: "Nice new 787 service was very good They don't make you stay in your seat. You can get up and walk around"

In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B."

Contras: "Before boarding, crew member had each of us throw our carry on luggage through a hole in the wall (no, they didn't help), down a chute (yeah, a slide... not a motorized belt or anything), watching our luggage hit the ones below. No one was below to catch them, and we saw them slamming into each other, some falling on the ground. Highly disturbing!"

Contras: "Extremely uncomfortable and no food or drinks with basic fares (have to wait for separate paid cart). Watched a sick woman be told to go away when she asked for water."

Contras: "It was freezing on the plane. I had a jacket on and socks and used two of the blankets and was still cold. I also had tried to contact Iberia to order a special meal, but was not able to get through on the line even though I tried for several days. I also was not able to figure out how to order a meal on-line. I was disappointed with the choices of movies."

Prós: "Do comandante que simpaticamente explicou o que se ia passando"
Contras: "Quando chegámos de Figari e fomos logo fazer o check in não quiseram aceitar-nos porque o avião estava overbooked e tivemos que esperar até todos os passageiros estarem sentados sempre com o risco de nao embarcarmos, o que acabou por não acontecer. A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Prós: "It was nice and cool inside the plane."
Contras: "It was several empty seats available and wasnt offered the those who were crammed in the middle Isles."

Prós: "Everything flowed very smoothly desite the fact I had an irregularly shaped carry on. It was no problem, Staff were positive and acomodating and that lead to passengers being accommodating to each other. The intertainment was great, the only draws back is that I slept most of the time and wanted to watch another movie."
Contras: "That I had to bother the person sitting next to me to get up when I wanted to go tot the bathroom, but he was very accommodating"

Prós: "Not once have I had a positive experience on American Airlines. I actually booked this ticket 4 times before finally receiving a fully confirmed itinerary. Only to get on the plane in SLC and sit on the tarmac for 90 minutes causing me to miss my connecting flight. The replacement flights I again missed because American couldn't find anyone to give the travel voucher to an airport an hour away for the replacement flight they booked. I've never seen a more consistently incompetent company."
Contras: "On top of all of this, my bag is lost. I'm at my destination and have been for two days and American airlines all can't get me my luggage so I can start my vacation. This is the biggest joke of a company and I'm disgusted with their lack of accountability, responsibility for the problems they've caused and the insensitivity they've shown for their screw up."

Contras: "NO HUBO ENTRETENIMIENTO, EL AVION NO LO TENIA. EL PASAJE SE SENTIA INTRANQUILO . Y ESO HACE QUEEL VIAJE RESULTE MUY MOLESTO. ALICIA"

Prós: "The entertainment was good and some flight attendants were very polite."
Contras: "The last thing I would ever expect from a flight attendant is negligent behavior. A child aged around 5 years old clearly unattended by parents throughout the entire 9 1/2 hour flight to Chicago was not only being disruptive but his behavior could have placed him in danger. From banging the table shut successively against the chair, to walking on top of the seat and placing his hands in the monitor behind him not allowing me to see my screen. Furthermore, his feet and legs dangled and kicked the person immediately next to him across the aisle, creating a dangerous environment for himself and for others as he could have gotten hurt from somebody or a cart passing through. I proceeded to express my concern for the child's safety and the flight attendant expressed these matters are delicate and refused to engage the parent in any type of conversation. This child's screams and incessant yelling lasted the entirety of my flight, hindering ANYBODY from sleeping or watching their entertainment without interruption. Hopefully in the future when faced with not only an extremely disruptive family but a clinically uneasy child, flight attendants will make an effort to at least announce the importance of respecting other people's flight experience. Needless to say this is the very last time I ever fly Iberia. This matter was not only brought to the crew's attention once but three times by three different people."

Prós: "The food was decent, and we arrived in Boston in time."
Contras: "The 8 hour flight had no entertainment. There were screens but the movie system was not working. Furthermore, there was never an announcement over the intercom about it nor did the airline apologize in any sort of way. I had to ask the staff what was going on. But the airline/staff just swept it under the rug. I will avoid Iberia flights from now on."

Contras: "The air conditioning was not working correctly, they opened the door during boarding to allow for some relief. ??? It was just uncomfortable. Another thing which is terribly annoying is the touch screen entertainment on the back of the seat. Who in their right mind invented this? What happens when you have a inconsiderate person playing games behind you tapping your seat back like they are playing the xylophone? Ridiculous! People have lost their ability to be respectful, so please get rid of this and put the controls someplace else. This goes for all airlines. Thanks."
